Our interaction was very friendly and I didn't realize it till we left, but he stayed a bit after to help us get sorted out.In the time we were there he simultaneously helped out conceivably 2 other people alongside us, and made good time/was patient with his interactions.I would recommend, just remember to be understanding as a customer as well

Mr Allen and his daughter were awesome. They put me into something I think is a good fit for me at a price I can afford and even wrote a warranty policy for me. Had a few issues with it in the beginning but their mechanic took care of it even better than I thought and calmed my nerves down.. thank you.

Service was great.Sadly the heater in the vehicle I bought did not work. I did not do my due diligence and check the heat before buying. I did inform them of some other issues that they said were fixed, but apparently werent.

DO NOT, AND I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS CAR LOT!!! WE HAD THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE FROM THEM. GLAD WE CANCELED THE DEAL, IT WAS A BLESSING IN DISGUISE! WENT TO A DIFFERENT CAR LOT THE NEXT DAY, AND DROVE OFF IN LESS THAN AN HOUR! SO IM APPRECIATIVE TO THIS PLACE FOR MESSING UP! WE BOUGHT SOMETHING ALOT NICER AND IN ALOT LESS TIME!

The worst place to buy a car from! I bought a Chevrolet traverse a few months ago from Michael Allen. Only had the car a few days and lost control of the car and had to pay over $3,000 to get it fixed. Michael Allen refused to do anything to help me my loan company sent him numerous emails trying to get him to cover some of the balance and he refused. Said he wants to treat his customers this way. Worst experience of my life please never buy a car from him. And his secretary that he had we had to show her how to send and receive emails she knew nothing of what she was doing.
