I have so many reasons that I love this place that I m just going to have to list them out. You cannot go wrong having work done here. They ve always done me right and at the right price. I ve been coming here for years. I wouldn t go anywhere else!-Their hours are great & you can always get through to a real person on the phone.-They will quote you a range price for work ahead of time. They won t do the work until you give them the ok on the turnaround time and price. No nasty surprises.-They will have you bring your car in on the day they can do the work. There s no guessing about when you ll have your vehicle back. They do good and quick work which is not something you usually get both of. I ve had all 4 tires & shocks replaced in just a day.-Their prices are the fairest you ll find as far as you could drive. They never overcharge. I ve been pleasantly shocked at the cost of work every time.-Their customer service is unmatched.-They re honest about how long you can go without having more expensive work done.They are just the best!!

I highly recommend this place! I was very impressed with Tim, one of their mechanics. He's quiet and reserved in his duties but makes himself available for customers' questions, etc.In fact, all the employees there treated everyone that walked through the door with respect and courtesy. And Neil is super awesome . He's the center "hub" on the wagon wheel of wagon wheel', so to speak. They're all superb!I felt like this place is an honest establishment in an industry ripe with ripoffs. Two thumbs. I recommend this place. Walk-ins are handled fairly even when they're super busy.Call before visiting for questions and appt. scheduling is recommended. They do stay busy and work after closing hours to offset customer delays .

These guys are great! One of the benefits of rural Kentucky is the friendly small town atmosphere. They went above and beyond when I stopped in for help and saved my bacon!They'll give you a fill-up, check your oil, clean your windshield, etc. and you don't even have to get out of the car. And if your car or yard equipment needs serious attention, their capable and experienced technicians can fix it.

Neal is trustworthy and has good prices and does quick work. Ive had him put tires on my tractor and ATV.

Rock and Rogers has been around for quite a long time. locally owned and operated great service with usually a 24hr turn time. not for manufacture warranty repairs. no longer sells gasoline. very friendly and super helpful. rarely extremely busy. I take both of my cars here

They always provide great service for any of my needs, anything from simply airing up a tire to replacing engine parts, you name it they can do it!Always provide a professional service at a competitive price and they are friendly as anyone could ask for I highly recommend them!

Had a slow leak in one of my tires. They plugged it at the same price as buying a can of fix a flat in almost as much time. I was back on the road quickly.

These guys are crooks. Most of the "technicians" they hire are uncertified and ignorant in the ways of diagnosing car problems. I'd trust them to pump my gas if I absolutely had too, otherwise I'd steer clear of the whole store.

Quick service, friendly employees. If they don't have what you need (very rarely) they're quick to recommend you to a neighboring business.
