I went to the Hillview store, and the employees there are so helpful! The other auto store across the street don't really seem to want to help a customer trying to get something as simple as a radiator hose.

After a bad experience trying to get a battery at another bug name store across the street these people were awesome. :-). Had the battery and helped me every step of the way even though one of the terminals was so frozen to the connector it took a lot of work to get it free.This store was nice. Maybe not perfect but nice but more important the workers were awesome.

The manager John was absolutely incredible to work with. He helped us jump our truck to get it to the store. Then he explained the difference between two battery types available to make sure we picked the correct one. He cleaned up the terminals really well and installed the new battery and had is back up and running right away. Incredible customer service!

I have had to replace the same battery twice in two and a half years. Is a premium battery . Warranty replaced it. No problem. I asked manager if this line of batteries had problems. Answer was no. I went to AutoZone next day for a few things and mentioned it to an employee and they stated that they get alot of these batteries on trade ins.

Great customer service is always appreciated however this particular store goes beyond that. The associates are friendly and very helpful but the manager Jeff is outstanding! Not only did he display spactacilur customer service he went above and beyond that. If it wasn't for the wonderful people at this location I would have never made it home. They were prompt to find exactly what I needed but knowing I was stranded hundreds of miles from home did much more. They found my part that was available for my budget which was very very limited but knowing I couldn't afford to put it on and I couldn't make it with out the part they were willing find away to get it on for me.I will forever be grateful for the kindness and willingness that they have provided and only wish I could somehow repay them. It was a true blessing that I broke down where I did and that they were there to help!! By far the best experience I have ever had anywhere!! THANK YOU!!

Always have what I need. My last visit I needed some CVT transmission fluid they originally told me they didn't have any so I left and while I was getting into my truck the girl comes running out of the store and tells me they found some. So a long story short they really do always have what I need.

My 2nd O'Reilly today that I tried to get a code pulled, The other was off National Turnpike. Each of these stores said they didn't have a code pulling machine. The Hillview location said he couldn't do it even if they had one because he was the only one there yet a guy was back working by the battery section that def was a O'Reilly employee. I am not impressed and will not go back to any other O'Reilly in the future!

Do not buy batteries ATV batteries from this place.I bought a ETX20L for my ATV in July 2020 from O'Reilleys in Hillview.. By April of 2021 it was already bad and since there is only have a 6 month warranty on this battery I flushed $120 down the tube. When I called O'Reilly, they basically said "sorry, it's out of warranty" and nothing else.This battery was made by East Penn battery so I called East Penn Deka, who is the local distributor and got the same smug answer with no apologies for getting a bad battery. Check where batteries are made and stay away from this manufacturer.UPDATE: I contacted East Penn and while the first customer service rep sounded like the O'Reilley store person, once I talked to Mary (a manager) she apologized for my experience and shipped me a new battery. More people should take note of Mary's performance and excellent people skills.

Amazing staff. Went there last night and they were able to give me advice and sell me the parts I needed to get my car from useless to running! They can test everything and know how to use them! Very knowledgable and friendly employees!

They are the number one part store to go to. If you want to talk to somebody that actually knows what they're talking about, it's the perfect store. I got sick of going to other parts stores with teenagers behind the counter that didn't have a clue anything about anything.

Took a pair of rotors to them to have turned. Turns out thier machine was broken and the clerk didn't realize it until after he ruint one of them. He asked if I would take it to another store and see if they could turn the bad spot out that he had made. I took it to another store and they thought they had it fixed but when I put them back on the car the brakes vibrated terrible. Took it back to the Hillview store and after talking with three different clerks the best they were willing to do was sell me a rotor for $30.So they ruined my rotor and thought that it would be fair to charge me to take care of thier mistake and then tell me I'm just trying to get something for nothing.Needless to say I'll never go to O'Reilly's again.

MGM Crus very rude.would not replace battery that had a life time warranty suppose to be there best only a year old all he would do was charge it.Which we had already done to get over there. Don't go there.

on this store the people work there they not helping you I was there Thursday asking them to checking the alternator on my truck and they said no I can't go out they was 2 employee's and no costumer around no one bad bad

Tony, the Assistant Manager, was extremely helpful! When my car broke down, he took all the stress out of it and fixed it on the spot! Definitely my go-to for car repairs, parts and automotive accessories in Hillview.
