Date of purchase- Saturday November 12th 2022 It all started several days ago. Me and Charles texted back-and-forth on Facebook about different trailers and he mentioned this 2022 trailer that was brand new and it was sitting in Dexter Missouri so i will have to pay $350 to have it delivered to the silverline in Hickory. So I sent the 350 by card to Charles and he got the trailer to delivered. So after work on Saturday I headed to Hickory to pick up the trailer. After signing all the paperwork it was just about dark and we headed outside and Charles handed me the clipboard and then ran back inside and told me to do the inspection myself. So with it being dark and not really no one had to inspect a trailer sound off and when I went on with my business. Charles, is the salesman that sold me the junk and knew it was because when we went outside to inspect it, he handed me the clipboard and he ran back inside. It was a few minutes away from being dark outside. What was supposed to be a NEW 2022, turns out is a 2021 and almost certain its used. Very used. When the sun came up, thats when i really looked over the trailer and thats when it all unfolded. The underneath of the trailer is almost completely covered in rust. Would a new 2022 have this much rust? The scratches and dents are clearly from being used. Not to mention the plate on the bottom of the jack is missing. It was almost dark, without a light, you can't see none of this.

The team at Silverline in Hickory is amazing. I called them last second on a Sunday In a pinch for new trailer. They came in on a Sunday when they were closed and had me out the door in little under an hour with my new 35+5 trail maxx. Amazing customer service. Above and beyond. Evan in particular was the one who put out the sos and saved me. I promise you Silverline is the way to go.

After dealing with multiple salesmen / I only had a couple of stipulations on the trailer that it needed to be red/14k/and the ramps slide out of the rear at least five different salesman could not make this happen. Most of them wanted to sell me what was on the lot. /and I understand that but if you don t have it, you don t have it./then they would move to another Silverlin in Kentucky, / and when they couldn t get it done in Kentucky, it was simply we don t have one and cannot be ordered/that very evening I seen an ad on Facebook and reached out to a guy /at Silverline trailers in Hickory Kentucky within two hours, not only had he found me a trailer in Oklahoma that fit the bill/he jumped in a truck the next morning and went and picked up the trailer and brought it to me a day and a half later/if you re ever in the need for a trailer reach out to Jason Aslin at Silverline trailers in Hickory Kentucky this guy went above and beyond to get the job done

The good: gentleman staid knowing I had a drive.Bad: the trailer wasn t the correct one so they had to swap it for a different one. The other trailer was given to me with odd tires on the back that didn t match the front. Missing all sorts of parts which had to be swapped from another trailer which then leaves that trailer missing parts. Since the trailer was picked up at night, I missed all the important details like the condition of the floor, spots where the coating just wasn t enough and was rusting. One side fender was installed and welded wrong so it was higher than the other. No Sapir tire option given. Jack was missing two bolts and was almost off by the time I drove back 6 hours. They changed the lights on this unit so you could barely see them at night. I ended up putting the higher led light back on like the previous trailer.Had the trailer for three months and never carried more than 4000 pounds when it was found that the rear axles was bent and wore the tires out. Probably why it had different tires to begin with. When I called this location to report an warranty issue, I was told I would get a call back. That was three weeks ago. The trailer has since been returned to silverline. Due to their reminisced quality and lack of warranty support after the purchase, I will no longer buy another Iron Bull

We love our new enclosed trailer. Charles is an awesome guy to worth with. He was up front with us and honest. Because of him silverline will always have my business. He even did a multi point inspection to make sure all the lights was working properly.

When I say this I mean it Charles down there is THE man! Finished the contract which was very quick to add, and went to hook up and Charles pointed out that my left blinker wasn t working on the trailer. Turns out it was a fuse on my S10 and Charles even helped me fix that! Incredible customer service, these guys go out of their way to make sure everything goes well. Go see these fellas on 40 Commerce Street!!!!!

Junk! I've had my enclosed trailer from these ppl for around a year and haven't had nothing but problems. When I reached out about the warranty nobody would get back with me or help me in NO way. DO NOT RECOMMEND
