I came to buy 4 new tires, when I arrived my back tire was flat again after leaving work. It was 2 hours before they closed for the day! The guy said that they sold the last 4 tires before I even told him the tire size for my car! I know they had the size in stock because I saw them in store and online. They left me stranded in the parking lot for 4 hours before my husband could come and help me! They wouldn't even offer to help put my spare on! Very bad customer service! I will not go back to this Walmart again. I will buy my tires at a real auto service from now on! If you don't want to help the customer then you're in the wrong job!Service: Tires

These guys left my wife in their lot with a flat on her car. Told her they didn't have her tire in stock before she even told them what size she needed and they clearly did have her tire in stock .because she seen them. Not only in the shop but also showed they had them in stock on the web site. They didn't want t change them because it was 2 hrs til quitting time. They didn't even want to plug it for her . She had to stay there 4 hrs before I could get to her. Sorry bunch of people. she was going to buy 4 new tires but I'll never buy from Walmart again. I'll just pay a little more from a real tire dealer. It's bad when you leave a woman stranded like that. Says alot about your character.Services: Tires, Auto tire replacement

Have my own tires, but was told it was going to be a two wait if I bought or brought my own. Here's the kicker one vehicle in bay, but it's the same when it comes to oil changes, just sitting and waiting. The services don't take that long to do at all, reason why I do my own oil changes, and if I had my own tire machine I would do that as well. Cheaper to do it all your own.

Nice people but I doubt i will go there anymore. 2 tries and the service just takes hours. After being told it would be 3 hours I asked when the best time would be to come and the lady behind the counter said in the morning when we open. I did and it was still 2 hours plus. The price is good and having the store to wonder around is good for an hour or so but I time is important to you this is your place. If its price then this might be a good move for you.

The team at this walmart is amazing. They care about their customers and when my vehicle had issues, they notified me about them immediately. I was given an oil change, batteries, and tires. Great place for vehicle diagnoses, tire rotations, and replacements... They're really reasonable with their prices. I've never had anything else done to my vehicle by Walmart. I'm sure they do way more.

Went to get new tires on my truck. Unfortunately they weren't able to get one of my tires off. I took it home and removed it myself with an electric impact and socket. Not sure why they couldn't have done this with what is supposed to be high quality tools.

You need to update what time this place opens. It says 7am but wasn't open I thought well maybe they open at 8 am I go to the door at 8 am and lady. Says thur door we don't open until 9 am. So I ask what time do they stop taking costumers. She keeps saying we're open 9am to 6pm she was rude about it too

Took awhile to get done when just another single customer was ahead of me. They did put my old tires in the back for me which was good service and did a decent job installing the tires.

Stated they were open until 6, I show up at 4:45 and they weren't even there. Called the store and they said they already left for the day. Had an emergency and ended up over $100 more out of pocket having to rush somewhere else.

For a quick OLF & decent prices on name brand tires they are a glace to go to.,Can't beat the $19.95 deal. It is Just the baSic service but if you want to save yourself $$. Workers are usually friendly helpful.

Went in to get a standard oil change, tires rotated and turn signal bulb replaced. 4 hours later and 2 trips to Walmart I was told they couldn t replace my bulb. After waiting 2 hrs because they told me they broke the bulb and needed a special tool to get it fixed. So 4 hrs for an oil change and tires rotated.....

Never checked radiator. 3 times I had oil change n 10 months. Radiator was full of stop leak!!!!
