On April 12, 2023, I had 30 minutes for lunch, so I thought I would get a quick oil change. I told them I would like an oil change and gave them my fleet maintenance card from my company vehicle. They got started. In a few minutes, I noticed they were taking my battery out. I saw their computer that said my estimated charges were more than $400. I asked, "What are you doing?" The tech said, "The maintenance company authorized a new battery and air filter." I said."No, I told you to change the oil. I don't have time for all this and my battery is fine. They argued, and I repeated just change the oil. They put everything back and closed my hood and said I could leave. "You're not changing my oil?" The said."No, we don't like your attitude." I pulled forward, very angry. I decided to check to make sure everything was put back, and I found my oil cap lying on the ground. The manager witnessed me picking it up and apologized for that. Too late. Fast forward to today. My battery died (over a year later) when my mechanic tried to get a battery authorized, and he was told I got a new battery last April. THEY CHARGED MY COMPANY FOR WORK THEY DIDN'T COMPLETE. $400 dollars, and they didn't do a thing! It's all documented and being sent to the maintenance company for collection. This place is dishonest!!

Loved the quick service. The attendees were the best, friendly, smiling, helpful. Other technicians even came to help. I decided to obtain new windshield wipers, they were eager to help. Came in today, told them my rpm s weren t getting the full power, they suggested first getting some fuel injector cleaner and how to do it, but they went ahead and checked my tires and fluids for me ;) will be back for next oil change. Great friendly service

I love this location. They are very quick to get me in and out and the staff are always a huge help. They have fantastic prices and helped install fresh wipers for my windshield wipers. I will definitely be back.

I go to Henderson, Ky. Wait time less than 5 minutes, service time less than 15 minutes. I stay in my car. They tell me my tire pressure, ck my wipers, inspect my air filter and show me my dipstick full of clean oil. They are very professional and friendly. I've been several times, always consistent. Great place to have your radiator flushed, oil change and air filter checked as well. The people that are very friendly, very knowledgeable... especially I forget her name, but the girl that has purple hair she's a sweetheart. Just wish that they still did gas filter service and replacement like they use too!

Girl working told me I didn t need an oil change and it was many miles over. Tried to sell me things I didn t need. Go to the one on GREEN ST. ! The service here was terrible!

Quick in and out. Got my oil changed, air filter and wiper blades replaced. They even replaced a headlight bulb for me. Very professional and knowledgeable. This is the 3rd time I've been here, will definitely be returning.

Waited an hour for someone to show up that even knew how to operate machine to service A/C. After performing the service, air was still hot. Broke the dipstick during the oil change and did not properly inflate tires. Don't think I would recommend this business.Services: Air conditioning, Oil changeServices: Air conditioning, Oil change

Screwed up my power steering system! The people working there are great workers and nice. They did everything that was asked of them. The training they take doesn t even come close to certified technician! Maybe to change oil but that s it! They totally screwed up my power steering system! They air locked the system! So now my power steering pump pulley is lagging! And my belt is sqealing! Not to mention that the hydraulic cylinder (works your power steering) on my rack and pinion steering is completely dry when it s supposed to have fluid in it! I now have to bleed the entire power steering system to correct there mess up! If my seals on the rack an pinion are burnt up! Then the owner will be hearing from my attorney! So I was in there today and then also talk to corporate from bowling green who lied to me about the workers training!Don t let them touch your car!

I told them I didn't want a oil change and I want a tramission flush and they did it anyway without my permission. They got me when I was distracted. fluids and said it was free . I have a disabily so I guess their was lack of communication between. me and the sale lady. I already had oil change from Henderson Ford. I didn't need oil change. I'm angry I want my money back. She said she look at the camera and she never got back with me. She told she called her boss she lied I called up there and her boss told me that she never called him.

Called and asked if we were there in 30 minutes if we could get an oil change, employee said as long as we were there by closing at 6pm they would get us in. Drove and got there in a little less than 30 minutes only to be turned away because other cars got there before me. Not cool valvoline, get your story straight.
