I was told to move my car so 2 cars won't go ahead Of me, so, I'm gonna go round, treated fairly. I was there first that's messed up

Staff is great. Friendly and helpful. Great coupons. Always sold out of 0-20 Euro oil. Otherwise they are great.

$$$$ pricey but quick. Dealerships cost less but they are faster here. If you're in a hurry and can't wait this is the place. Had an issue where they messed up the o-ring on my drain plug. Called in and they took care of it no problem. Friendly staff. If not for price I would have given 5.

The price keeps going up and the "couldn't" check my air pressure. I will find a cheaper place for my car service. Owensboro Toyota is cheaper, just too far.

This Valvoline Oil Change business in Henderson KY is just what the proverbial Dr ordered! A small business with knowledgable and friendly people who really are fast with their oil change! You can even stay in your vehicle if you wish! And they are an equal opportunity employer as well; the technician was a very efficient young lady.I love the smaller businesses!

There was only one truck when I pulled up. Noone came out to see what I needed or pointed to which bay. A girl was leaning in the passenger side as I could see her legs. A guy was under the hood cause I could see his legs too. I didn't know how long the truck had been there... About 10 minutes later the girl closed the door and scampered to a fridge looking box and got out a Tupperware and started eating out of it and gave the truck driver some. After 5 more minutes I left cause it was so hot I had kept my car running.I had just gone to check my oil level before a trip the next day but they didn't know that. Aside the following day I gassed up and checked oil. Needed to buy oil and having trouble opening the gas cap. Guy helped and then offered to put the oil in... He did terrible job getting oil all over inside of motor. It's Still leaking at all my stops and blame (ha) Valvoline for their lack of service - and my continued oil leak that makes parking a Pain....!

Stopped at Valvoline oil change On Friday in Henderson KY on Green St Workers very friendly took care of all Business checking on vehicle took 30 minutes & I was extremely satisfied plus I'll go back there again

Quick and professional service at a fair price. Went in for a transmission flush because my truck wasn't wanting to shift properly. They took care of my transmission and put a quart of engine oil in for $177. Couldn't be happier, my truck shifts like it should again.

No issues, friendly, and cost-effective (there's always at least a 10% off coupon on their web site). This is our go-to for oil changes and associated services. Also nice to be able to drop by in between services for free top-off of air in tires and washer fluid.

I get my oil changed and tires rotated there every time it needs done. I've never had a problem over there. The staff are very direct but friendly, they get it done fast, and the prices are fair. I don't know what more I could ask for when getting an oil change.

Fast, great for oil changes but will not have them install options on my car anymore. The light they replaced lasted a few days and they would not replace it. The windshield wiper was cheap and seemed to be worse after it was replaced. I am better off to purchase the items myself so that I get higher quality products.

Best place to go!! Walmart messed up not offering services anymore. If it weren t for that, I never would ve known about this amazing place!! Took care of my oil change as well as did a full 10 point inspection included with the price. I see people complaining about that, but why? Don t you want your vehicle to run for as long as possible?? Forget the $10-$20 over what junk places charge! That little extra is well worth the friendly and professional service! I ll definitely be back. They earned my business and I ll be referring everyone to them as well!! See y all in 3000 miles!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

I come in for an oil change, which I have no complaints about. BUT I do not need you to tell me my tires need to be rotated or my wipers need to be changed. and I especially don't need you to check my coolant and tell me it will freeze at 20 degrees. and yet 2 weeks ago it was 1 degrees here and did not freeze. But you could flush it for me for $150. That makes me feel like you are trying to taking advantage of me and I'll go elsewhere for my oil change.

These guys are easily the best in town. The 3 techs working here today are all knowledgeable, fast, friendly and professional. Sure, they are more expensive than Walmart, but the price difference isn't actually that much and the level of service is far superior. I, nor my family members, will be going anywhere else. Great job guys!

Took Beast Mode in to get the oil changed, and was pleasantly surprised. I worked at the Valvoline business on Garden Mile almost 20 years ago. And let me tell you, this business has stepped their game up. Very professional and friendly staff, and they are phenomenal at their jobs and telling you what's going on with your vehicle through each step. Ive seen people say the price is too high. But unless your gonna climb under your own car and do it yourself, you will see their pricing is competitive with everyone else's. I will be back with my other vehicles, thanks guys and gal you were great.

I am a professional cross country courier/expediter. I average 120,000 miles per year. I get and oil change every 3 weeks. Have never had any problems with Valvoline. This oil change was a shock. The manager Ashley was the most rude arrogant service person I have ever encountered. She was plain rude from the second I arrived. She was being rude to an older couple in the bay next to mine as I pulled on. I tried to tell her full synthetic and she said I'll get to you when Im ready. I asked about tire pressure check she opened door as I told her 65 front 80 rear. As she got air hose she told other worker 60 lbs front I I corrected her 65 front please she yells back door tag says 60, it doesn't it states 65. Light never went off went to Discount Tire 60 lbs in both front tires. I also needed wiper blades. I told her it uses 2 seperate sizes 22 inch and 24 she tells me computer says 22 I'm tired of being yelled at and give up and drive off with 1 wrong size wiper that will suffice. I ask to speak with a manage I spend about $200 every 5-6 weeks with Valvoline she goes I'm the manager I then ask for the head office phone number she gives a a card and its the shop number. Ashley I will locate the owner to speak with them about your rude and belittling behavior. Their are 30 vans in my fleet and we will NEVER use Valvoline again. I suggest walmart 1/2 the price and polite, grateful for your business. I'm not a complainer and do not want to cause trouble for anyone especially in these hard times but some people aren't cut out for customer service she needs to find an away from public career.

They were quick with the oil change but it took them over 20 min after they were finished to figure out how to reset my change oil light.. they literally had to Google how to do..

Do not go here even if you absolutely need too and you work on your own vehicle. Broken oil cap, loose oil filter, oil everywhere on the valve cover, stripped drain plug bolt. Had to come here since i had no tools and now I have to buy a new oil cap and drain plug bolt Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

We go to the one off of Green Street in Henderson KY for synthetic oil changes for my husband's corvette. Earlier today I popped a tire and limped my car into their parking lot. Amazingly, a staff member came to my rescue and changed my tire for me free of charge. He wouldn't even accept the $20 I tried sliding him. Great service and great employees. Thank you so much!

Will not ever go back to this Valvoline recommend you not either went and got a complete oil change my tires rotated the work they broke my hubcap and when my lug nuts so my husband had to fix the they mess and the stuff.

I have NEVER been so DISAPPOINTED in VALVOLINE INSTANT OIL CHANGE its not funny, WHY I WENT TO GET OIL CHANGE AND THEY HAD THE NERVE TO CHARGE $135. DOLLARS, I SAID WHAT KIND OF OIL DID YOU GUYS PUT IN MY CAR EVEN WITH THE COUPON IT WAS $7 OFF, SO NOW ITS $128 UP HERE IN HENDERSON KENTUCKY, NOW I'M FROM ILLINOIS AND FOR ME TO GET A OIL CHANGE THERE FOR A "FULL SYNTHETIC OIL CHANGE", $79.99 MINUS THE $7 COUPON, IT'LL BE $72.99 A BIG BIG BIG DIFFERENCE. I WILL DRIVE 288 MILES TO ILLINOIS TO GET MY OIL CHANGE BEFORE I GO BACK TO VALVOLINE INSTANT OIL CHANGE IN HENDERSON KENTUCKY AGAIN.

Wow, I am impressed.I will certainly be getting my Infinite served there from this day forward.The staff was very professional and polite and what I really liked was how the staff spoke to each other.They used the term yes sir when they acknowledged one another.In closing, Kalyn is an asset to Valvoline.......

Wow! So fast! Great customer service. Google them for coupons. They always have coupons they just scan from your phone. It was a 10 minute oil change. I loved it.
