Walked in and was immediately greeted with a big smile and welcome. Nice inventory and quick approval. Manager explained the financing details and Superior Auto's contract in laymen's terms and had me approved fast.

Absolutely terrible people. My fianc� and I have just found out that are unborn child may not be making it and we have been in and out of hospitals for weeks. She calls to tell them she will be there tomorrow to pay her payment and the lady says (we don t play games you better have it paid before we open or I m gonna take your car.) I about lost my Christianity when I was told this. If you do business here you are deciding to do business with people that care less about the personal hardships of the customers they have. Anyone who will put stress on someone whose child is dying is a lowlife. The payment was paid and that s all they care about. Not even a day late when treated like this.

Tracey was more than remarkable,more than exceptional in her regard for my needs and want for a quality,dependable vehicle.Tracey took every consideration in the right choice of automobile for me.She valued my time as she did her own.It must be noted that in all instances she was highly professional,cheerful,very personable, courteous and friendly.I noticed that the staff all followed suit.I would and will happily recommend Superior Autos to family,friends and when I am in contact with peers and people in need of a reliable mode of transportation.I will relate my Positive experience with this wonderful Business to all.

I went Friday to purchase a car and Jessica helped me out with a car that I can afford and I just want to thank her for helping me and being patient with me for a good month that we ve been working together. I was in dire need of a vehicle and only had a small down payment and I had to be at work. They found me exactly what I was looking for and got me in a sharp vehicle extremely quickly. They were all so friendly and nice.

I wish I could give this place a negative rating. They are hard to work with and Iwon t change your due date one day when they were the ones that messed it up in the first place. So every 2 week they threaten to repo my car for being one day late when I asked to be due on Saturdays anyway. I wouldn t buy a car for me is people again if it was the only option. And when you try to call on Friday to do the over the phone payment that they offer and the phone is busy for 20 minutes they call you a liar and say you didn t call in the first place.

It was easy to talk to Braxton and he was very understanding on all that we asked questions about and just made the experience easy and not so drawn out and stressful like it usually is when purchasing a car

Bad cars they sell you for a high price the vehicle is not even worth... when you tell them something is wrong with the vehicle they beat around the bush or tell you to take it to a shop for estimates that you end up paying for anyway
