Knowledgeable. Kind. Helpful. Prompt. We are so grateful that the team at Purcell repaired the blowout on our Class A RV (19.5 wheels) as we passed through town on vacation. I wasn't sure if they worked on heavy duty vehicles (trucks and RVs); lucky for us they do. On their own initiative, they called a nearby store and found the exact tires to match what we had. That saved us $200 dollars compared to the tire they had in stock. We were in a bind and would have had no choice but to pay whatever they required. We went ahead and replaced 4 tires. The technician was a champ . The front desk professional was kind and thoughtful to make a call and find exactly what we needed. The manager (maybe owner) delivered the tires we needed from a different store. Customer service is alive and thriving at this Purcell Tire and Service Center.

I'm not sure what's going on with my luck, or lack of it, but I had to make my third trip in three months to Purcell's today to repair a tire that had a screw in it. Once again, these are great people. I'll be back when it's time to purchase new tires.

0 stars. Took my car there twice for the same issue "tire losing air". After 200 bucks the tire still lost air. Took it to muffler express in madisonville ky and they fixed it for free since I was getting my my oil change there. Tire wasn't seated on the rim properly. Do not go here, rip offs. I worked with one of the mechanics in a previous job and surprised his shoes were tied. Use ewing tire or muffler express in madisonville ky.

Took in for some work. Upper ball joint and a few other things. Not even a week later my lower ball joint went out on the same side they fixed.When I first took it there they checked out the jeep and told me my issues. I even told them and asked them about my lower ball joint issues. So if you can tell me one is bad after a test then why didn't the other show up...!?Makes me feel and wonder if I was set up to have to bring back to fix other ball joint.So be very careful when or if you go there..

I have taken my car to Purcell for over 20 years. They don't just sell tires. They do a large variety of auto repairs (but no body work). Very friendly people and great customer service.

Went in got new tires, oil change, fuel filter, check brakes.As usual the service was great, and my truck rides like a dream.I know I m safe driving 80,000 miles a year because of the team at Purcell in Henderson

They were able to get me right in for a tire patching and I was done in 20 minutes. Friendly and courteous staff!! I ve been there many times over the years and never had a bad experience. Thank you!

The guys at Purcell answered my phone call quickly and did not require me to make an appointment. They got the car in an assisted quickly and let me know that it was not as bad as I thought. They were able to accomplish the repair very quickly and had me ready to get back on the road in less than half a day. They even offered to drive me to work and pick me up. Great shop!

I travel from north side of Evansville to come here. I bring all of my vehicles here, as I don t trust anyone else. These guys are great. Honest, helpful, experienced, and just all around excellent customer service. It s what keeps me coming back.

Very pleasant, friendly, experienced employees. Haley is very sweet and helpful. Derrick is very knowledgeable and their outside crew fixed my problems in no time. This was my first time in and I will be back! Thank you so much Purcell!

A special thanks to the staff at Purcell who went beyond to help me.I had a trail whose tire kept going down. This was on a Saturday. I stopped at other places that were open as Purcell and same number working. Hard to find help theses days. It was 11:00 and Purcell although they had people waiting and were to close at noon took me in and completed my job staying till almost 1.I left with 2 new tire and the peace of mind that I don t have to worry about the older tires.THANKS PURCELL!LOUIS SMITH

HelloI had a squeaking sound coming from my brakes. There was a tiny rock wedged between brake pads and they removed it. Now they could have charged me for doing my brakes even if they weren't changed and I want to give HIGH PRAISES to your team for being HONEST!! Thank you and have a Blessed day

Great Service! Had a punctured tire and they were the only place in Henderson that would get me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Other shops said I would have to wait in the store for 3-6 hours to get a tire patched. I was in and out of Purcell in 40 minutes!

I pick up a nail on my way over to court in Henderson. I didn't have time to stay while they fixed it. The gentleman gave me a ride to court and say after it was over they would come pick me up, and my tire would be fixed. Very helpful and went above and beyond to take care of me. Would recommend for anyone.

Fine job on my tire alignment, vehicle drives as smooth as new now. Just don't rely on the website form to make an appointment, but call them instead. I received a confirmation email from the site after using the form, but nobody ever reached out to me afterwards.

The people at our local Purcell tire Co. have been talking care of my car for many years. Every one treat you like they are part of your family. You walk out knowing you can trust your car has been serviced, inspected for safety and you can be on your way with confidence. I would go no where else!

I love seeing Hailey when I need stuff done! Her and her team are great people to do business with!! Derrick the manager is also amazing with being one on one and helping with issues! This is my go-to when I need anything fixed! Best place in Henderson if not the Tri-State area!!

I usually use them everytime. The last time in I got an oil change and tire rotation. They didn't rotate the tires but said they did. When the tech was confronted about it he said " I could of sworn I did that". Like he imagined doing it. Mark your tires and check there work before paying. It only takes 1 deception to lose peoples faith in you.

I walked in and in less than a minute I was helped. Matt at Purcell tire was very nice and was helped us out. He took good care of us and at a good price. I will be returning back if I need any more help with tires

.Not to be rude by any means but you need a new lady to answer your phone calls.She sounds so rude and isn t interested in helping people out at all.Every time I call, I pray it s not her who picks up the phone.Makes me so uncomfortable and not valued as a customer at allPS: If they tell you an appointment isn t needed, make one! I went in to get a simple job done and they acted like they couldn t help me at all! And told me to go to Ewing Tire, who does that?

Had a low tire on my CRV and stopped at another tire place to have it looked at. They put air and told me they could check it on Friday. Told them I could not wait that long. Called Purcell and they told me to cone on in. The young man checked my tire with water and the put it under water. No leak but I truly appreciated it as I am a senior and by myself. The young man at the front desk was extremely polite. Great service all around!!

Emergency stop to this location due to running over a large screw! Matt and Casey got me in right away! Their customer service was above exceptional! They were able to fix my tire and make other necessary recommendations to have the best performing vehicle! Also the pricing was very reasonable! I can't thank Matt and Casey enough for helping me in an emergency situation!

This place is great. They are very nice and helpful. I really like when I visit no matter if it's just for an oil change how they always tell me if there is any thing that might come up later as far as repairs. They fixed my brake light issue and it was a small fix thank God. I recommend going here. Yes they are a bit pricey but so far honest and an auto repair service that is honest is very hard to come by. As long as they remain this way, I will keep coming back. Thanks Guys for all you do!!!

Shop folks do a great job! Front desk could use a training in customer service. Instead of thanking me for dropping off my vehicle, with a low tire issue and leaving it all day for a work in, he said don t know if we can get to it . I said you can have it all day, I am a long standing customer. There was a screw in the tire, so I am glad they worked it in. Be more grateful of your customers

Derrick at the Henderson location goes the extra mile to make sure each customer gets the best tire and service for their needs. I just wish he was at the Owensboro location. Until then I ll keep my business in Henderson.
