This O'Reilly's store kept me on the road today while I was traveling through town. Their staff, specifically James and Craig, couldn't have treated me better or helped me any more than they did. I'm a long way from home and these two guys are the type of people that just want to help and get the job done right. Thank you for keeping this truck on the road for me and saving me money too.

I'll not return to this place the manager was lazy & rude in my opinion. I went to get my battery check. The young man couldn't read theDiagnosis right & finally he said there wasn't any connection. I asked him could they recharge my battery, yes he said. I came back & the manager said which is women who didn't really want to help me. She told me that they couldn't recharge my battery lol.. I told her the young man told me to come BACK!!! She said that he was wrong! .. well I left & went auto zone they took out my battery & rechargeed it!!!! They were nice ! Shame on yall. O' REALLY

Yesterday on the way to my mechanic, I picked up parts for my repair. Although I was not directly assisted by Bobby, I watched his friendly interactions with each customer he assisted. Bobby was attentive as he noticed his co-worker skip over me to assist others that stood in line after me.I was not concerned by being skipped over as I watched the co-worker s interactions with other customers and decided I would prefer to stand in line longer if it meant I d be assisted by Bobby.After other customers were taken care of, I was the only person left for his co-worker to assist. While said co-worker left to get the parts, even while helping his own customer, Bobby still checked in to see if I was being assisted.When his co-worker came back with the parts, the co-worker was quick to provide unnecessary aggressive confusion based on an assumption that only complicated what should have been a simple interaction.Bobby was kind and quick to de-escalate by politely instructing his co-worker on how to determine a purchase order account.I understand how difficult it can be at times in the customer service industry. That being said, the day is only more complicated when having to apologize for a co-worker s behavior. Bobby managed to do so with a smile and integrity in a way that was sure to not cause friction between himself and his co-worker.While I commend Bobby s work ethic, I hope for his sake he is provided with a supportive work environment moving forward in which he is not required to exhaust additional energy managing the temperament of his adult co-workers. Bobby is a gem and because of this I will be back.

Definitely failed at assisting me with my search for graphite and this was my second stop at an auto parts store that didn't deliver any type help or assistance like the first. Won't get any return "attempted" business from me.

Been years since I even called to compare their prices with others in town. Never been here that I didn't regret going. Can't give a quote on phone that will be honored at checkout. Then nothing can be done. They pass you around till your ready to blow. Cost me over 40 for nothing years ago and over 15.00 more than was quoted this time. Which also means they were not the cheapest in reality. SMDH never again.

The person that waited on me didn't know what he was doing and after standing there for 20 minutes he said screw it and walked off. The other guy had to help us and he can't find what I was looking for. I think the people that works at a part store needs to work on cars for about 5 years so they know what they are doing.

They always know exactly the right questions to ask you until these guys have been under a hood before they know what they're talking about and they're fast and friendly service will keep me coming back forever.

We tried the Henderson, Kentucky Green Street location we needed windshield wipers for my wife's car the man was very helpful he put them on for us so I went back the next day and got some new ones for my truck again not the same man but he put them on for us & very helpful, fast friendly service I recommend this location.

My front bumper was pulled off by the sidewalk at work. I live 40 minutes away and didn t know what to do. So I pushed the bumper up gently and drove to oreillys. The front bumper was barely hanging on.I came inside a female rep asked if she could help? To be honest I was hoping the other male rep would offer assistance I explained everything to Kristen she came out to my car spent about 30 minutes working on it and secured my bumper. She totally exceeded my expectations. She was very personable professional and knowledgeable!Now I feel safe driving home. Thanks Oreilly Kristen you are awesome.

I went to O'Reilly auto parts due tail lamp problem. Walked in, told the gentleman what I needed. He walked over got the items. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Good price, great service.

Staff (I think Brandon) was super polite and helpful. Had went to advanced auto parts right before visiting here and they were not helpful at all. They had what I needed and were very quick to help me. Went the extra mile. Will come here next time, and never to the crap hole down the street.

I had tried fixing my own headlight but a cap was stuck. I went to i Reilly and bought a light from them and Dawn fixed it for me. She was extremely thoughtful kind and friendly and knew what she was doing! Couldn t have asked for better service! Thanks Dawn!

BOBBY IS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND RESPECTFULLY POLITE TOO. HELPED ME LOCATE MY LOW AC SO MY HUSBAND COULD RECHARGE IT. WE DIDNT KNOW THERE IS A HIGH AND LOW AND BOBBY SCHOOLED ME BY TELLING ME YOU CAN ONLY RECHARGE ON THE LOW LINE TO MY AC..THANKS MAN

Usually the staff are very good & parts needed are available for your vehicle. There have been times that they are slow, but overall it is a good place to shop.

I only buy my auto parts from O'reilly's auto parts because they have never made a mistake on the product I ordered they go out of there way to find what you want in the store very friendly and professional also Veterans get a 10 percent discount they also carried out my rotors for my brakes for me
