Thank you for taking care of my Aunt & Uncle and keeping their two vehicles on the road safely. Especially Tim, your care & concern for customers means a lot to me and my family as they are not able to get around easily and find people like you that they can trust. Everything you've done for them was above & beyond what most people would do. It's not easy being hundreds of miles away and them needing auto repairs but Tim you made it worry free. Absolutely the BEST auto repair center in the area hands down! Josh handled my issues with extreme care and approached the repairs from an educated and experienced platform. So hard to find these days even though most everything is done with computers. Thanks for everything and I ll be sure to be back with any and all of my issues.

I took my car in to have a few minor things done. I ended up needing brakes, rotors, new tires, new post on my rim that was stripped, air system cleaned, and more. Shawn up front really took care of me. He made sure to explain things so I understood and also explained what came up in the diagnostics and what needed to be fixed now and what could wait. I spent a lot of money but I had been neglecting my car so it needed every bit of it. While my car was being worked on my signal switch was broken. I was told they go out all the time. I left that day with a broken signal switch and my car doing some weird revving up and my check engine light came on shortly after leaving. I called and spoke to Tim and he asked me to please bring my car back in so he could personally look at it. I did. He ended up fixing my signal switch and trying to figure out what was causing the revving. They took care of me there. I didn't pay a thing after bringing my car back in the second time. I don't know if my signal switch just went out while they were working on my car or one of the technicians accidentally broke it but, Tim took care of it anyways. I really appreciated that. Thank you, Tim and Shawn for your excellent customer service and helping my family. I will continue to bring my car there for services.

Went Midas to get oil change in 2013 Silverado 2500HD pickup, also told them about my exhaust needing repair, they did a great job on both, would recommend them to others.

Great place to have service done. I purchased new headers for my Ram due to the broken manifold bolts issue. They did a great job on a pain in the butt repair. I had 5 broken bolts they had to extract. Pricing was fair. Would recommend.

I spent most of the afternoon at Midas, I called that morning and they got me right in. These guys are amazing (T-Rex) friendly, professional, honest! They fixed every problem I had with my husbands car! Highly recommend them!!

T-Rex and his team were the absolute best around. If I could, I'd give them 12/10 stars!! The exceeded all expectations and I could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend. They have me as a customer for life.

This is a 5 star Midas! I was in an emergency situation with my car breaking down and this staff, most notably Tim and Sean, took great care of our situation. They were thorough, efficient, clear with me about the repairs and charges, and expressed incredible kindness. They handled several other customers during my wait time and they managed each person s needs wonderfully. I hope I never break down again BUT if so, I hope it s at a time and place to have their help again. While it was their sincere kindness that struck me the most, I also should obviously point out that they fixed my car and made it safe for me to get back on the road.

The guys over at Midas are great. They are friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to get me in quick for a light change and even got my daughter in last minute for a wiring issue.

Very satisfied with ALL services they have performed on my vehicle,professional and friendly staff,Sean goes above and beyond to make sure you get the best deal possible and has always been very explanatory and honest when working on my vehicle. Needed an alignment bad after installing a level kit, not only did they get me in on a Saturday, they were done quick. Great customer service and great techs. Highly recommend.

Veryyy disappointed with the service sadly. I was looking forward to the problem with my car to be fixed but was not at all! After getting my car back it was worst then before! I was told about this place from previous customers but would have never went if I knew this would happen. Was over charged for an oil change / and the labor. Asked for information from them and what they were going to do and haven t heard anything back after saying they would call me back later in the day or morning . I m not one to put others down Or business but this was very unacceptable. Ohhh also 2 diagnoses were done because the best guy made a mistake . I also take from this places like car shops will get over I say on women. Stick to where your car is actually from or someone you truly trust!! I m still having the problems for what THEY DIAGNOSED AND WERE SUPPOSED TO FIX plus more :/ No stars from me. . Sorry forgot to add when I picked it up I drove for about 10 mins my car was stopping almost causing in accident in traffic I had to take it back and they claimed they drove it after for miles after working on it which was clearly impossible .

I took two vehicles there to get worked on and had to take both vehicles back because they weren t fixed correctly the first time. So what did I pay thousands of dollars for the first time they worked on it if it wasn t fixed? They over charge and will try to come up with any repairs possible to charge you more. These guys will rip you off I wouldn t trust them just because they are friendly

Decent work, average prices. Tried to get a set of tires put on my van, called twice and was given the "I'll call you back" runaround. Discount tire had me taken care of same day.Used to be great, now, feels more of a coin flip.

I was working several hours from home and on a time crunch when I had a flat tire in a rural area. After putting on the temporary tire, I found the Midas Henderson shop online. When I arrived, the staff was helpful and had me up and going with a new tire in less than an hour. I am greatly appreciative of the assistance, professionalism and speed with which the Midas Henderson staff took care of me. I was able to complete my work before sundown.Service: Tires

Midas in henderson is the only shop in town that I will continue to take my truck to for service. They go above and beyond as far as customer service. They can almost always fit me in same day for a last minute oil change. These guys are awesome and the price is pretty fair for the amount of work they do
