Visiting family for the weekend from my army duty station and had a leaking tire. They were able to get it fixed same day. The staff were friendly and did a great job. Great experience with Kate Faupel ford. They also have massage chairs you can use while waiting.

Super easy to get your car worked on with the valet pick up!! I ve used this service 3 times already! I put my keys in my car when I go into work, I get a text they are coming for my car, then I get another text when they are finished that they are bringing it back. When I m finished with work my car is fixed or oil changed and I didn t have to do a thing!! Great service for busy moms like me!!!! Thanks Kate Faupel Ford!

Service department has lousy service. Communication & being sympathetic doesn t exist in the service department. I will be going to another Ford dealer to have work done in my car. You should know if using credit card, it will cost you a 3% surcharge to pay your bill.Their new pickup & return service of your vehicle is very good.

I worked David Hall and Elizabeth in finance, and they were superstars! Very welcoming and able to break things down and explain them in terms that someone who s not car-savvy (me) can understand. Both were willing to go above and beyond to make my car buying experience as easy as possible.

As always, a great experience with the service department! I did not have an appointment but the were able to service my vehicle in less time than they had told me to expect! Thank you and I will continue to use them for my service needs!

I would not recommend this place. Due to the fact I had my car in to do a few simple things and one was a simple recall the mechanic says I forgot to do it and I have to keep it in another day to get fixed. Also my appointment was at 9, they didn t look at my car until 3 only cause I called to check on it. This happen twice, my car stay there for about 4 days. So be aware if you buy a car there, the service department on it sucks. I will do my business somewhere else. They charge way too much than other mechanics. Do not get brakes done there it cost more they almost double the price.

Kate Faupel Ford turned out to be quite an industrious dealer. David Hall, my salesman, was a tremendous help in the entire process! Kate Faupel honored my father s (Z) plan pricing discount, you get this as a Ford Employee retiree, and not all dealers honor this. I am pleased with my 2024 Bronco Wildtrak! I know in today s world finding a good dealer is not easy, however, Kate Faupel was great in my car buying experience.

Dealership is only entity that touches the lug nuts on my Expedition yet they get stripped by your impact wrenches then you want to charge $151.20 to replace 25 of them the dealership itself strips, and you now want $2400.00 to $2600.00 to install new rotors, and ball joints and break pads Been nice doing business with the Ford Service Department and dealership since 1967. Have bought 7 new Fords, and driven all of them 200,000 miles because I serviced the vehicle every 6 months. I pride myself on keeping my vehicles up with the dealership I buy from but guess times change. Thank you Ms. Kim for the many years of service and friendship. Just can t do business anymore with a dealership that causes me unnecessary expenses by servicing my vehicle, and having my wheels balanced twice a year and aligned once. I could have purchased 25 OEM lugs on line for $36.00. This was a problem 3 years ago and Ford hasn't done anything to resolve the (Check out your bucket of lugs) issue nor the dealership, however I want to say that I would not have stayed with our local Ford Dealer since 1967 if the service hadn't been good and it has and was but falling short of expectations on servicing my auto anymore. I do however want to say nothing personal with the new owner or the last one for that reason. When Ford itself says it's a dealership problem and the dealership says it's a manufacturing issue who goes to bat for the FORD OWNER? ( I MISS SKEETER) I also want to let Phillip my mechanic there at the dealership he has been the best mechanic a Ford owner could ask for. Truly going to miss you guy's. Hope Kate does great at her new dealership.

Had 3 vehicles serviced with tire rotationLug nut stud was broken while rotating tires on one of the vehicles.Wanted to charge me $100 to fix it?Almost changed to another place but decided to give it another chance.Still not satisfied. Seems like business is trying to drum up additional work.

They acquired Henderson Ford but not their customers. As others have stated, the warranty and two free oil changes given by Henderson Ford are not going to be honored. I have a little understanding on the power train warranty but the oil changes are a slap in the face in my opinion. Whoever does their marketing should review this policy. They have the option to welcome the old Henderson Ford customers to the new "family" by honoring the one or two promised oil changes but they chose to not. This miniscule cost will shun many including myself from purchasing a new vehicle in the future from them. I too called the dealership in Bowling Green and they did indeed say that money was included in the sale to address their promises. I would like to know where that money went .... I have heard good things of the new owners but this isn't giving me a positive outlook. I gave a 2nd star because the service department made me aware right out of the gate when scheduling an oil change of this terrible policy. No need to get oil changed there now since warranty is no longer honored. Kate, I recommend you nip this early because word of mouth will spread quickly.

Second time purchasing a vehicle through a Faupel dealership and they always make us feel like family. They got us all set up in a brand new F150 with leather seats and butt warmers! Affordable and great customer service (fantastic coffee in the lobby). Go wildcats!

I have traded and purchased 10 vehicles in the last 12 years with the previous owners. I had also done business with the GM dealer Ron Faupel and stopped due to poor service and the ridiculous practice of putting add ons on top of sticker prices. So I go to service my truck and ask them to check for a slow leak on a tire the previously mounted by the new dealer. Charged me $30 to set a new bead and didn t rebalance it. So as others have noted they won t honor anything from the previous owners. Furthermore I was lucky a long time employee pointed out the 3% surcharge on credit cards so I could pay in cash. So while it s not as convenient I ll take my business to Expressway Ford in Mt Vernon IN. It s really a shame. I love the employees there and always enjoyed doing business with them. I just can t abide these business practices. It will be interesting to see what happens once the 41 strip is bypassed.

I put my story on Facebook but since they know they are totally in the wrong & they don't want others to know about they service department & how they treat their customers they deleted it all. So I will tell it again & again. My husband always has had his truck service there. He takes excellent care & has alot of pride in all of this vehicle. He took it there for a simple oil change & it ended up costing us $1047. Would have been $1247. But our son was very upset & call them & they took $200 off. How does a simple oil change cost that much unless someone in the service department doesn't know what they are doing & stripped out something. All I can say if you go there for a oil change you better take a pocket full of money because if this happens to you & you try to use your credit card there is a 3% charge to use it

My father took his truck in to be serviced. Nothing was wrong with it when he took it in. The service department claims that the drain plug threads in the oil pan came out when they serviced it. They were going to charge him $1200 to fix this. After lengthy conversations they lowered the bill to $1000. I don't know how the problem occured, but if you take a vehicle in for service with no issues, and issues occur directly pertaining to the service being performed, I feel that this should be the responsibility of the service department. I will add that they were also the previous shop to service the truck.

People were friendly. Kids play area needs MAJOR cleaning on everything. This was my 2nd time had to bring grandchild with me. Its a nice area for children just need disinfect and wiped down.

Kate Faupel Ford sucks! Any new vehicles purchased previously from Henderson Ford with the Lifetime Powertrain Warranty are no longer honored. When spoke with previous owners in Bowling Green was informed that money was left behind for the Powertrain Warranty to be continued for the owners that had previously purchased vehicles with this warranty. Kate Faupel Ford employee was rude when spoken to in regards to the vehicle I purchased 3.5 months ago with a warranty that is no longer available.

I brought a F150 there in may of 22, and since then I have replaced my back breaks there, when I got it with two months after I notice that the front left wheel rotor had deep grooves in it I took back in to have them to look at it the manager told me that I was right they dont look like they was good. then he said that he was going to talk to the sales rep. then he came and said that there was nothing wrong with them so I left it alone. now the same wheel breaks are grubbing. another 6g so tomorrow what can I do about that?

Dealership sent out a flyer saying that they were in desperate need of used vehicles. It stated that they were paying thousands over Kelly Blue Book. Took my time (and truck) to investigate. Their offer was a few thousand BELOW KBB... Don't believe what they say. Typical salesmen that will say anything to get you through the doors.
