I scheduled an appointment because I had a nail in my tire causing a slow leak. I showed the individual my purchase paperwork & warranty for the tires I purchased when it was still Raben Tire before becoming Goodyear Tire. They no longer had record of me purchasing the tires & warranty in their system so luckily i had mine. After waiting an hour into my appointment, another individual comes & tells me because of where the nail was located in the tire it couldnt be patched & I would need a whole new tire. The guy helping me said they would need to call me back with more information on purchasing a new tire because they didn't have my tire in stock. I waited a day & never received a phone call so I called back. Doug answered the phone & told me he had talked to customer service for Goodyear & with my warranty they could offer 20% off a new Michelin tire (not exactly like the one I had on because they couldn't get another one like it). He quoted me $415+ for 1 new tire & that was with 20% off he said!! I couldn't believe it but then again I'm a woman who was by herself so only made sense that I was getting ripped off. I found the exact same tire they quoted me on Sam's Club website for $285 and cheaper with other companies as well. I took the vehicle to my 75+ year old dad who is not in good health for him to look at nail in the tire. The nail was not in or even close to the sidewall. My dad patched the tire with no problems & I haven't had a leak since then. My dad even made a comment that he would patch it under one condition.....to never take my vehicle back to Goodyear/Raben because they are crooks. The tire most definately could have been patched at Goodyear/Raben & they just didn't want to do it after making me wait an hour to tell me that it couldn't be patched. They weren't honoring my warranty on the tires that I purchased like they said they were. They were simply ripping me off or trying to & it isn't the first time. I took my vehicle in there for tire rotation almost 2 years ago & was told I needed new brake pads & rotars (when they were only 2-3 years old since I had them done there before). I still haven't replaced them 2 years later because other places have told me they weren't close to needing to be replaced. I will NEVER give this place my business again & I have gave them a lot in the past. I don't normally leave reviews but felt like as much as this place has tried to rip me off over the last few years I needed to. The only thing I will even consider only because it doesn't cost me anything since I purchased my tires from there is a tire rotation when needed but then again I'm worried that won't be done correctly. Be careful who you trust!

Took vehicle in for low air pressure in tire with a screw in the tire. When I called was told it would be most likely 4:00 PM when they could look at my vehicle. Took my car in and dropped it off handing key to person at counter telling him my name and phone number. He said they would all me after repair. Since they close at 6:00 PM, I contacted them at 5:20, and was told they didn t know anything about my car. Was told there was no invoice and they didn t have my key. They did however replace tire and stayed until ultimately tire was replaced.

Excellent customer service We stopped in 20 minutes before they closed and the service manager went above and beyond! He got us back on the road in no time at all. I'd give him 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much

Excellent service. Had a puncture in my tire. One of the other shops couldn t help me until 3 days later. They fit me in and told me might not be til close of the day before they could get to it. They had it done in 1 hour. Under promised and over delivered!!!

I called Raben and they said they fix air conditioning and able to do on my honda. I get a call today saying that the compressor and condenser needs replaced but they don't have the man power to do it. So when I go to pick it up they were going to charge me $160 for looking at it. I was so mad that they had the manager come out and he agreed it was high so reduced it but still had to pay $110. I told them so basically I gave them $110 to look at it when I wanted them to fix it.Update, the General Manager called me back today and agreed that that the staff did not handle this the proper way. The GM gave me a full refund of the $110 today. He is going to get back with me on pricing to get my air conditioning running again. I went from one star to five star service! Thank you Larry for making this right. Hopefully I will get my air conditioning fixed next week with Raben.

It was very fast and friendly. I thought I was going to be waiting at least an hour but it was done in about 30 mins. Which was great because I had my daughter with me. Great customer service. Thank you for being speedy and not so expensive. I was looking to have to pay at least 800 but got 4 new tired plus warranty and balance for less than 600. I recommend my hometown Raben.

I recently had a set of 4 tires put on my truck. I have to tell you that the service was excellent and they looked the truck over to inform me of other problems. Thank you Raben Tire !!

The customer service person (his name is Doug) was very professional, understanding and helpful to get me an affordable price on my tires. I really appreciate their integrity and honesty. They also have shuttle service that picked and dropped me off until they got done with my car. Great customer services. I highly recommend people to go to Raben tire.

The staff at Raben Tire & Auto in Henderson, KY. we're very friendly, polite and caring. They got me in and out quickly. It was a job well done! I arrived about 15 mins. before closing on a Saturday and there was no rush to push me through. I highly recommend them for your tire and auto needs.

I m a happy and satisfied customer.I have done business with Raben tire, twice in 2020 and both times they were friendly, Had competitive prices,and gave me great service.Happy CustomerJayUpdate I had to have my transmission replaced March 2021, and once again Raben Tire had my back, they were the most competitive and gave me great friendly service. The service manager is Danny Long, if you have a car or truck that needs repair call Raben Tire and ask for Danny, he will tell exactly what he can do for you.Another year and still a happy customer

Quality care; not robber barrens. I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation & a consult on few things. They handled the oil change & tire rotation like pros. They didn t charge me for the consult, which my dealership verified as accurate when I took it in for their manufacturer expertise. That level of service creates loyalty for me.

Very professional, honest, and nice! We took a tire there Saturday that was flat. I called before hand and they told us they were really busy and probably couldn t fit it in the same day which is understandable and I was completely fine with. We took the tire up there just to leave it and we would pick it up Monday or Tuesday and instead of leaving it they fit us in their busy schedule and fixed it on the spot! We appreciate it so much and we will be back in the future.

They were the only ones in town that get my tires in the next day and actually have them on my car. They went as far as to call me the next morning when the tires got in which I think is above and beyond what they needed to do. And the price was very reasonable. Their customer service is phenomenal and that is why I give them a five star rating.

I got to Raben ten minutes before closing with a tire needing repaired. I explained I was not from Henderson but was traveling to St Louis and had hit something in the road. The young men were so nice and stayed after closing on a Saturday afternoon to repair my tire and get me on my way. The service was great. The men polite and caring. I highly recommend Raben Tire and Auto.

I called to make an appointment and got my van in fast. The people at Raben were extremely friendly and found out the problem. They fixed it and even done an oil change when I asked. Now going back for a couple more things to get fixed. Wonderful people and an excellent place.

I thought the service was fine. The price to have a tire repaired was very high. Especially when the tire/wheel was already off of the trailer. The tire only needed bead sealer, thus no repair required. I was charged over $26 for this- too high! I won't be back.

I am absolutely pleased with Raben Tire & Auto. I was traveling through the state when my alternator failed. Raben T & A were able to fix my issue in a very timely manner at an amazing price and were able to have me back on the road very quickly! The employees were all very respectful, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient! They kept me informed and up to date on their progress. I highly recommend Raben Tire & Auto for any future repairs and services! I cannot speak highly enough of their quality, knowledge and pleasantries!! Class act!

My experience with Raben was a 10/10. I pulled up with them closing in 7 minutes and you would have never known. They unloaded my tire from the trunk and had the new tire on my rim in a matter of minutes. Quick and easy. Thank you guys

I called and asked for an oil change that needed to be done on that day. I was told it could be worked in if I could drop it off. However, they competed the job way faster than expected. The service at Raben is friendly, professional and dependable.

I stopped into Raben's because our truck was making a noise. I didn't have an appointment. The guy's fixed it within an hour and I was on my way. Was very pleased.

I had purchased a vehicle on 12/28/19. I was in Henderson on 1/3/20 when the vehicle started to overheat. After much babying the vehicle I was able to get it to Raben Tire. Even though they were extremely busy that day Danny (shop manager) took the time to talk to me and had it checked out for me. The water pump had gone out plus some other issues. They gave me a free estimate on what it would cost. I agreed to letting them fix it. I left the vehicle there on Friday. On Monday, the told me they found another problem with it. I told them to go ahead and fix that too. Tuesday they called that it was ready to be picked up. All employees I have encountered there have always been friendly, kind, and eager to help. Thank you Danny and all staff at Raben Tire

Had a blowout on our 5th wheel the very first day of our RV trip. Contacted Doug and he immediately said they could help us out. He only had 3 of the new 4 tires we wanted to put on, but sent his team to get the fourth. They had us fixed up and on the road in no time. Wonderful service with a Can do! Attitude. We competed our 3500 mile RV trip with the 4 new tires with no issues. Thanks, Doug.

Can t say enough about the excellent service I received from Raben Tire & Auto Service in Henderson KY. They went above and beyond to get my vehicle back on the road with a new battery in no time. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. I am new to the area and Raben will be my go to for any future service my vehicle needs.

I dropped my car off they said it would be an hour. I called 3 hours later they said 30 more minutes. I got there in 45 minutes and still had to wait an additional 45 minutes. All of this just for them to patch a tire. Quality repairs but plan to wait a long time if you need anything done.

I had a headlight that was blown. I called and Raben was able to replace the bulb that day. I waited at the store only about 20 minutes. I was very happy that they were able to quickly get my vehicle in and take care of the headlight.

I highly recommend going to Raben. I had been using a different company/business to take care of my vehicle. After getting a quote on something and discovering how it was overpriced I immediately started looking for someone else to do my vehicle service work and found Raben.They have excellent customer service who is knowledgeable and works very well with the customer to ensure proper care and service is delivered. I will NOT go back to anyone else BUT Raben from this point forward for any of my automotive needs and would highly recommend them to anyone.
