Sold them my vehicle and bought another one from them. I wasn t happy with my purchase and called and talked to Dennis and he told me to come back and they would give me what I paid for the car and I could get another one. Only had the car for a couple weeks. Drove an hour to Henderson and was offered less then I gave for the car. I was lied to and they did nothing they promised. They made $7000 off the Yukon I sold them but wouldn t even work with me on trading what I bought from them. They lie and cheat people. Stay away!!! They don t even deserve one star.

Bought my 2009 Dodge charger on 11/29/24 had to have a great credit score car went down 1/14/24 transmission went out car still in shop DT auto won't take my calls didn't offer money to help fix or nothing basically it's on me and spray painted a rusty spot at bottom smh won't even call me back be aware buying from them once they get your money it's on you didn't have my car 60 days transmission out no help from them and making payments have no choice but to fix it because I will be sued if not so I bought a car that's been sitting over a month and making payments on it for them not to answer phone calls SMH

Bought a 2005 Ford F150. Truck looks and runs great. Was clean inside and out. I've been looking for months at trucks and this one fit all I wanted and needed! No hassle from John and he answered all I asked. I would definitely buy from here AGAIN! Thank you guys! This pic was from a few weeks later! Still CLEAN

I just traded my Ford Flex for a Dodge Durango Citadel. I bought the Flex from you guys 9 years ago and even tho I put the miles on it, it still drives as good as a new vehicle. I absolutely loved it and I absolutely love the Dodge Citadel too. It also drives like a new vehicle. John made the process so easy. I'm sure I will get the same value with the Dodge as I did with the Ford. Great people, great service, and reliable vehicles. I can tell you from personal experience that D&T works hard for the customers and do what they can to satisfy your vehicular needs.

We bought 2012 ford fusion and we are very satisfied with are purchase. We were treated very well and they were very respectful and I feel they were very honest. I would for sure recommend checking them out. I know when I get ready to buy a truck I will Check him out I wouldn't hesitate buying from him again

Bought a truck for 17k before taxes and 19k after taxes. A month later it needed 12k worth of work due to the transmission and transfer case on its last leg. Transmission was flashed to hide the damage. Oil pump in the engine was going out. Radiator was going out. Thermostat was bad. Hun assembly s were bad. Reading other reviews this is common for this place. Stay away!

The people at D&T were great to work with. I was given a good price on a Jeep that I really like. They helped with a few small problems even after the purchase. Would definitely use them again.

Had a great experience at the Lot. They went above and beyond to help us out ,Dennis and his Staff are very customer friendly, wonderful service. Had a minor issue a few weeks later with the vehicle, fixed with no problem or hesitation. Hard to find Honesty and Integrity in some places these days , shows me they truly care about the customer ! I highly recommend this place if your looking to purchase a automobile. Thanks D n T

10/10 would recommend. My past 3 cars have been from here. The only reason I got new ones was for more space. All 3 were/are great vehicles. I told them what I was looking for and they came through every time with the perfect vehicle at an affordable price.

I bought a truck for my daughter on Valentine's Day this year. Within the week, the truck was making weird noises and the brakes stopped working. I took it to a mechanic to find out there was over $5000 needed in repairs, including the transmission. I called up D&T and wanted to work out something like an exchange for a different vehicle, but John Doom absolutely refused to let me return the vehicle. DO NOT BUY HERE. He fixes up the vehicle just enough to sell it, attaches an AS IS warranty, and hides behind that to sell lemons to good people! The man is a complete fraud and my experience isn't the only time its happened!

Bought a truck in May, drove less than 1000 miles and total engine failure. Went to lot and spoke to them. They seemed less than concerned and never offered to even have their mechanic look at it. Asked for previous owner info and was told they would get back to me. After a week and no phone call I had to go back to find out they didn't have the info. Asked if they would help me at all and was told they would get back to me. That was two weeks ago and they haven't called. I payed 13k for the truck and bought another car there for $4200 before motor problem arose. I spent $17 k with the lot in a month or two and they didn't care about me so why would they care about you? If they make this right with me I will edit my review. Until then it stands!

My 82 year old mother and niece test drove a vehicle from this place. After getting stranded because it had a junk battery the nice owner offered to put a new battery in it FOR 150.00DOLLARS.IF THEY PAID FOR IT. You know what Karma is . I only hope others don't deal with a place like this that tries to take advantage of the elderly.

Talk to John. Went to look at a 2008 Duramax. Drove 9 hours to find out there was paint spilled in the bed, a gash in the chrome of the front bumper, paint chipped everywhere, dingy interior, a patched leather seat that wasn t even done right, buttons sticking, and the heat didn t even work. He told me it was a great truck but he didn t even know what was wrong with it. They just cleaned the outside and shined the tires. Dusty on the inside too. Horrible service. Two thumbs down.

About around this time this year I called this place, as I was looking for the car . They asked basic questions and I was immediately turned away . .I had a steady job and reasonable income . They turned me down BEFORE I EVEN GOT TO PHYSICALLY LOOK. It wasn't like I came in to be qualified or disqualified. My credit wasnt even ran lol.Anyhow I am driving a nice vehicle that I pined after (from somewhere else ) every payment has been made on time and my credit is soaring . This is just expierence that stuck out in my mind .Hopefully things have changed.Whenever you run a business you should treat everyone like a customer .

If I could give this a negative rating I would. We just bought a truck and found out it has a blown head gasket and can be anywhere from $6-13, 000 to fix. Trying to find out now if we have a leg to stand on for him to buy it back or make it right.

Bought a 99' Silverado, found out a month later the frame was cracked and the gas tank was being held up with a rope!! Not sure if it was even legal for him to sell that way. Went to the dealer ship and spoke with him and he just kept repeating it was bought as is. I kept pushing the issue and he said to talk to a lawyer and when I mentioned I had, he pretty much shut down and ended the conversation.

Bought a Buick come to find out transmission went out also radiator they tried to lie about a lemon law and didn't want to fix it. They toke it to AAA in the ville they replaced the trany now the CV joints went out too. Theyre rude and liers and frauds

JOHN DOOM THE SALESMAN . IS A CROOK AND A LIAR DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS MAN...OR THIS DEALERSHIP .. I broke down twice 300 MILES ..have spent over 5 thousand dollars so far on things he promised were all checked out ...the freaking headlights...i am not kidding.. fell out shocks were not even attached ..LEAKING EXHAUST MANIFOLDS .. SHORTED ELECTRICAL SYSTEM .. BAD BALL JOINTS ..THE LIST GOES ON AND ON... It is very obvious this dealership buys junk and cleans it up gets gets it running and sells it for what is quality ...BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE ..I have filed a lawsuit against them ..
