Absolutely great service, timely manner, friendly and helpful mechanics on deck. Prices you can not beat! The best service I have received in years. Hands down!D's Automotive it's where to take your vehicle if your having issues and where to spend your money. These fellas know what their doing.

This family owned and operated business was absolutely lovely to work with, after going to a ford dealership and sinking more money than needed into my car D s auto was able to help me save more money and time compared to any other competitors in Henderson. Not only was their work exceptional but their customer service was above and beyond any I ve ever experienced, they made me feel extremely comfortable as a young women who knows nothing about cars leaving my baby in their hands, if I could rate above 5 stars I would. Attentive, Respectful and, Hardworking people!! Highly recommend!

Nope! My car was broke down few months. Took it here. Asked them to please make sure the motor & transmission were ok before doing the work. They did not. Just did the work finally got it my stepdaughter drove it home following me and the transmission was slipping so bad she barely made it. Dude tried to say that can't be true he drove it then said him and another guy drove it all over east end with zero trouble. That's a lie! It was slipping so bad no way could that be true. I will NEVER go here again I promise that! Obviously they didn't check it and definitely didn't test drive with no trouble. Ain't no way!

Scheduled an appointment for today on 5/19/23 on Tuesday 5/16/23 for my front brakes and rotors. We scheduled for 1. The super nice lady said they would get all parts ordered and see me today at 1. I get here, been here for an hour and they re closed. Sign on the door says they won t return until10am. Made several calls to their office inside, no answer. I m livid. Like, no one even called me to tell me they needed to reschedule or anything.Won t do business here and I don t recommend it to anyone else.

Dropped by here for an emergency repair to my gas tank while passing through town (I hit a pot hole and my gas tank was suddenly dragging on the ground!) and these guys took care of me right away and charged me nothing for their trouble. Thanks to them I was able to get right back on the road and get to my final destination. Very grateful to these guys. Highly recommend them!

I broke down nearby and D's came to rescue! Not only did they look at my vehicle that day, but they also had it fixed the next day. Quick service, very friendly and attentive. I would absolutely recommend for any auto repairs. Thank you, D's Automotive!!

Had Brake concerns on 2001 Infiniti SUV checked out again, that had maybe been repaired before. No problems in getting it in and they even delivered it back home after working late Thursday at No Charge. Not heard any brake sounds since! Think Dwight would be proud of work his son and daughter are doing since his passing!

I give 5 stars for phone conversation question I had... The lady who answered was very polite and laid back professional attitude which I like... She had me talk to one of the guys about the question I have... He, just like her was polite and laid back professional attitude... The only downsize I found is that I don't live in Henderson but across the river in Evansville and couldn't take my truck in... If this type of service is reflected in the quality of work they do, by all means go and see them... Finding a good mechanic is hard enough these days and they did a real solid favor in helping me out... Thank you guys.... I really do appreciate your help....

Best place in town for repairs. We have been going to this shop for almost 20 years and they have always taken care of our vehicles. We do not use anyone else.

I had my car break down in henderson, and my car dropped off to D's auto. Even though it took a month to get it taken care of, this team is amazing and very passionate with what they do. They even went out of their way to help me get my car by driving 3 hours 1 way and 3 hours another to meet me from Michigan. TY again Guys'gals. These folks are beyond amazing with fair prices. Not only do they do awesome and thorough work, they also work with the customers needs. I broke down late Friday and even though it was the start of a long weekend they stayed late to make sure I was able to get home. Very impressed. First time visit. Wife had regulator cable on driver's side window break, so window was stuck half open. Called a couple of places (BTW, Raben tire said they'd have someone call me right back with a quote...never heard from them again) before calling Dwight. He answered the phone promptly, immediately diagnosed the problem, didn't try to over sell me ("The window motors on that vehicle are pretty solid, so I doubt you'd need to replace that."), and said to come in anytime the next day. Long story short, we get there around noon, he said the part would be there around 1:30 or 2 so we walked over to get some lunch. No more than 50 minutes later he called, said part got there earlier than expected, and we were ready!We'll definitely be going back for future car needs. Btw, say "Hi" to Thor when you go! He basically runs the place and is super cute.

They are pretty nice and do decent work here but they take FOREVER. At one point after our vehicle had been put in a bay after waiting several days for one to open they TOOK IT BACK OUT to do a job on ANOTHER CAR! So frustrating! Not a place I would recommend unless you have a second vehicle or don't need your vehicle for a week or more.

It's been awhile since I've been here. the mechanic was good but you have to specify exactly what you wanted done or it won't get done. With that said my first Repair I had done here was my motor mounts, my brother had told me that was causing my transmission to kick when shifting. So I took it here and said replace the mounts, they ask which ones? I replied all of them since I was having them done I figured have them all done so I wouldn't worry about them in future problems. Well it's be about 3 years I now have my own mechanic experience and I'm replacing them again and noticed the the front mount and the rear mount are terrible condition and still have the original bolts and nuts mean they didn't replace them. They just replaced the side and the top mounts (easiest) and charred me for all four.

I dropped my car off and the lady was super nice.Now I'm just waiting for a call to see what's wrong with my car. She was super helpful and would recommend this place.

Dwight was exceptional. Went in for serpentine belt and he was cost effective and gave list of potential repairs for future reference. Extremely pleased!!
