Went in there on a Saturday morning for a little information. Just me and one other fellow in there at the time. Man behind the counter was on the phone with someone, told whoever was on the phone that he had about 5 people in the store and didn t have time to mess with it . I just turned around and walked out.

I have been going to these guys for about 25 years now. They can fix stereos, amps and subs. These guys have the experience and knowledge you need for a killer car audio project.

Good prices on services, but sometimes the employees are mean to customers. My last time going there, the guy working had a back and forth issue with another customer. He told me I was lying about a visit I had to their Madisonville location, too. That said - their work is good and not too costly.

Very professional installation. Very respectful and honest information. I got an estimate from someone else and was trying to sale me things that I didn't need. Bought new items for my vehicle and Jeremy stated has soon as it came through the front door he would be calling me and a couple of days later he did exactly that and got me in same day.

These are some of the best people and products around. They installed a keyless start on my fianc�es car and it works amazingly. Chet made sure to take the time to explain exactly how it works. I would recommend them for anything. Chet is a true professional.

First I will say the staff was friendly. I have had a few issues and doesn t appear it is going to be fixed. I had a Sony in dash installed along with two video headrest player/monitors. The main monitor had an issue and had to have cables adjusted behind it. Neither headrest has ever held its position. They won t stay up or tilted forward. The power button on the driver side headrest has been an issue since day 1. The power button was messed up. I had to take it in and they used something to pry it out. It didn t last and broke again. Now it s out of warranty and I m stuck with a monitor the constantly runs when the truck is on. Yes I bought it in April of 2019 and yes it has had issues since I bought it and yes it s been worked on a few times. Now to fix the unit I have to pay to replace it.Not a good experience

Hello I went to custom audio to have my radio correctly installed in my vehicle on 10-20-2018. I furnished everything for this install and all the parts I had were correct and verified by the installer at custom audio when he was doing the install. The installer was Mike and he did install the radio and the radio install looked neat. But Mike couldn't find out how to correctly install the steering wheel control adapter. So I was at custom audio for two in a half hours and Mike couldn't figure out how to install the steering wheel control adapter the right way. Mike stopped working on my car and said he had to start working on two other customers vehicles. So I was without my steering wheel controls working. Mike said he was going to find out how to correctly install the steering wheel control adapter and call me. I had to call custom audio and ask Mike did he find anything out and he basically said he didn't and he would give me a call. I never heard anything else from Mike at custom audio! And I did pay the full price for a half job done install! This is bad customer service and bad business from suppose to be a professional shop. I would never recommend anyone to custom audio in Henderson, Kentucky on green street. I did go to Z-Teck in Evansville Indiana and they were able to find out why I didn't have steering wheel control features. Mike at custom audio had some wires hooked up the wrong way. And Z-teck fixed the problem and now I have all the functions in my vehicle.

I have used Custom Audio several times. I learned of them when they were located in Evansville, IN. Since they have moved, I continue to use them for all installations. Great prices, great guys!
