I had pretty significant damage to my passenger side. Bryce and the team at Classic took care of everything and in a timely manner! They were easy to work with, and very friendly. They kept me updated on the progress with pictures and estimated time frames as well. You work hard for your valued possessions so take them to someone who cares and is good at what they do!

Total Rip Off. Paint didn't match, misaligned panels, paint overspray, replaced thing with cheap mismatched parts. Rust after 6 months. Paint fell off bumper. Threatening customer service. Was threatened by them on numerous occasions. Beware. Terrible job, terrible service. You live and learn.

Very nice and honest. They are restoring our chevy truck that was my late husband's. They give suggestions that are a benefit to the customer

This business did insurance collision work and is trying to committ insurance fraud. The estimate was $400 less than the check was that the insurance sent and they found out and tried to charge me the same exact amount as the amount of the insurance check. Amazing work! all done in a very timely manner. Cliff & Bryce will work with you on every aspect to meet your needs! They have a very smart and talented staff and best of all they get your vehicle in and out the door with top notch work when ever you get your vehicle back! A+ in my book and highly recommend them to anyone needing collision repair, custom work, classic restoration, and anything in general you need painted!

Very nice, friendly, patient and handled things in a very timely manner. Also he made the calls right in front of me while having his phone on "speaker phone mode" while checking for verification of stock product & pricing. Very clean work place, area & great location. Took my camery there on a wed, was done before lunch, Cliff & his staff are AWESOME!! They put a bumper on my car, they matched my paint PERFECT!!! And they even washed & put tire shine on my tires, & put on my new tire on too, that's the kind of people they are!! Thank u for going out of your way for me, i would refer anyone to Classic Automotive!!

My sons BMW was hit in the rear whileHe was sitting still at 40 MPH. We entrusted Classic Automotive to do the work. The check engine light came on continuously and we kept taking it back. The final time he told me it was the after market head lights throwing the codes which I knew wasn t true. So I finally took it to another body shop where they ran codes and tore it back down. Needless to say the vehicle has been very poorly repaired and was deemed unsafe to drive. I finally received repair tickets from BMW and they even made these notes on their repair receipt Inspected and found smashed wiring in right rear of vehicle from accident damage, also found VERY POORLY REPAIRED DAMAGE which will cause water leaks into trunk area in the future. Vehicle still has other lights on dash on and faults stored for those Now when another shop makes notes about a poor repair you know it s just that poorly repaired. The owner refuses to make it right.I am upset over the car but I m more upset that he sent my son out in the vehicle knowing how unsafe it was to driveSo now I have a vehicle that has been poorly repaired and I can not drive it or sale it. He s been paid and my vehicle sits un repaired with him refusing to do a thing about it expect slapping a little paint over the mess he s created.Kathy K Willoughby

They ruined my car. Paint did not match. Lines and panels were all crooked. Welds were sloppy and rusted within a week. Overcharged for new panels and magnets wouldn't stick to the new panels. That usually means bondo on old panels......Excessive paint overspray into rubber trim and speakers. Paint runs inside door panel. Gas door wouldn't even operate after their repair. Replacement shock didn't match the other shocks. Paint flaked off after six months. PPG representative even said that it looked as if they did not properly prep the bumper. They do not honor their lifetime warranty. Harassed and threatened on multiple occasions by Cliff and Bryce. They block all the negative reviews on their Facebook.
