I had a flat tire at Walgreens and they were there litterally within minutes. They were very professional and work so well together as a team to be as fast as possible. They put my donut on and ensured it had an efficient amount of air before sending me on my way! 10/10 recommend!!!

I Had a blowout on the interstate. After contacting our roadside assistance company they contacted CASE. It took a little bit for them to get to our location because they had emergencies. (Understandable as my blowout was not an emergency just an inconvenience for myself) Once they arrived they had my car loaded in no time. And we were able to change the drop off location with no troubles. They were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely remember them if I am ever in need of a tow again.

Koty and Amanda were friendly and professional. They towed my car to the dealership on a Sunday afternoon. They arrived in a timely manner and got the job done! I was super impressed that Amanda just jumped in and was on the ground, hooking up the car and all that stuff! #girlbossI hope I never need them again, but I do recommend them!

Great experience with this business. They got me taken care of car was towed safe and sound where it needed to go. Also they were the first ones to answer after trying 2 other places claiming to be 24 hours and getting no answer. Definitely hope I don't need them in the future but if I ever need services again I know who to call.

Excellent customer service and communication skills. Called when he was minutes away and even when he was outside. Didn't have to wait long like most towing services just overall exceptional. So thankful for them and the prices was on point. Thank you guys again...you rock....

My poor jeep was completely forked with broken ball joints, and stuck at a gas station, with an owner who did not want her there. Coty was quick, efficient, and way more affordable than any other tow company I called. So grateful

We had an emergency this evening and the car wouldn t start for anything. Coty was there within maybe 30 mins max to help us out and get the car back home - and not as expensive as most other towing companies after hours. We didn t know what else to do. Can t thank you enough!

Highly recommend using Tri-County towing anytime you need a tow truck. My car slid off the side of the road and was sitting on the frame. Any other company would ve just hooked up and drug it out and not cared what it done to the car but they took extra time and readjusted a few times ended up pulling my car out with no damage at all.all while standing in 7� weather they re the only tow company, I will ever use again

When a trip from Iowa to Florida is suddenly interrupted by a flat on southbound 69 somewhere south of Henderson, you call Tri-City! I needed ride share information and Amanda hooked me up with a phone number to a Taxi service! When I needed to reroute my tow from one place to another, the change of plans was no problem! We got our vehicle to the right place and got back on the road!

A huge thank you goes out to the tow company for their careful transportation of my beloved van, Beluga, to the welding shop! Despite the challenge of Beluga's immobile steering, their meticulous handling ensured its safe arrival. They expertly maneuvered through narrow spaces at the shop, showcasing their impressive tow-truck Tetris skills. Their prices were so reasonable, it felt like stumbling upon a pot of gold at the end of a tow truck rainbow. Kudos to them for their gentle touch, quick service, and exceptional rates. Thanks to their outstanding quality of care, Beluga now has the chance to shine brightly once again!
