So Perfect and the assistant manager there they both was wonderful. I will recommend Henderson Kentucky Car Mart to anybody because they are the best. I am really loving my car I got from. When I went in there, they did not turn me away like another one. Did they help me and they was really there for me and I really appreciate them. They are the best.

I went there 1st and then went to 4 different counties just to come back. They got me a vehicle that Im happy with and the service was excellent. Top notch people and their willingness to work with you is no doubt the best in town

My daughter and I went to Car-Mart to find a car. My daughter fell in love with an altima during the test drive the car messed up. A loud sound came from the front end it was so loud I thought we had a blow out. When I got out to look I notices that the clips and bolts to the plastic on the car was missing. It's during the summer and the a/c don't work. When I returned back the GM and her assistant manager agreed in writing to fix everything listed above and signed stating we agreed at the time of purchase they was going to fix the things that was wrong before I bought it. They get the car into the shop and the loud sound ended up being the struts and the front sway bar was completely missing so they replaced that and gave it back. When I picked it up before leaving the lot I took assistant manager back outside and told her it wasn't completely fixed the clips and bolts are still missing. She said she will let the gm know and get it back into the shop. After driving the car I notice the a/c still is not fixed either so the next day I called the GM and told her the car still wasn't completely fixed. Also let her know that the front still was making a noise and there was a vibration in the gas peddle now. She said she would get me back into the shop and would call me back with the date. I didn't have the car a week and a half and have to call her back because the transmission started messing up. She gets it in the shop and the transmission has to be replaced. Long story short now that they have had to replace what they did now they are refusing to fix what we agreed on at the time of purchase but expect me to pay for a car that I have not had. I call the area manager for him to say that they didn't agree to fix the car on proper car mart paperwork and I cant prove she signed it. So I guess there cameras don't work and there calls are not recorded either because if they worked they would see me pointing out everything that was wrong before I bought it and if calls are recorded then they would hear both assistant and GM telling me on the phone that they was supposed to have fixed the clips bolts and a/c when they fixed the swaybar and stuff. So now I have no car unless I pay 460 and even if paid they are refusing to fix anything else agreed on. I do not recommend this place at all.

I had a smooth time choosing a good car for my needs with the help of Eli at Henderson Car Mart. Unfortunately i cant remember his last name bur i know hes the only Eli there. Keana the GM also helped me finalize everything to get me out on the road. They both helped me get a payment that works for me for a car thats best for me as well.

I walked into the lot and fell in love with my car. The ladies their were so sweet and worked with me to pay my down payment. The payments are also reasonable and fall within my budget. It was so easy to walk in and drive away with my new car. Thank you car mart

Absolutely great people Chris is amazing and so the the manger she is awesome and really knows how to take care of her customers she made me feel right at home and comfortable she is amazing! Kalee is the best ever! Best manager I ve ever witness!

Will NEVER go to a carmart ever again. They know those cars are lemons and will still sale them to you. Shady as ever. Had to finally give my car back to them because it broke down weekly and NOBODY could fix it not even their mechanics. Waste of business!! Their cars last no longer than a year. I will be going to a REAL dealership from now on. HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND!

I have dealt with Car-Mart since 2004 and Henderson is the best lot I ve been to. Always have been helpful with anything I needed. They have worked with me many times. The staff has always been nice. I would recommend the Henderson Car-Mart to everyone.

This is the shadiest company I have ever had the displeasure to work with. I traded my car in at the time of purchase of my current car in November of 2021. Come to find out they NEVER took the car out of my name and said it was back lots problem even though my car wasn t handed over to back lot until May of 2022. So I had to pay taxes on a car I did not own for over a year bc Car Mart failed to do their job. When I brought it to their attention they said it was something I WOULD have to call the court house to get it fixed. After going back and forth with them about the issue, it was finally resolved when they actually decided to do their job. I then requested reimbursement for what I had to pay in taxes and the branch told me that would be a corporate decision. So I call corporate my self since Henderson's branch had already shown they were incompetent of simple phone calls with the past issues I had with my lemon of a car. I was promised a 7 day follow up from the area manager and have heard nothing. I called corporate multiple times the last time being January 19, 2023 wanting answers and solutions and was told we try to have a 7 day turn around but our area managers are busy and it could take longer . Fine so be it. ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS and I have head absolutely NOTHING. Also would like to note the area manager completed my case multiple times without ever having a resolution or even reaching out to me. As much as i know corporate employees are doing their jobs they offer little no help and only tell you want you want to hear to get good reviews. Save your time money and energy and buy somewhere else if you can. Over priced junk is what they are selling. And they are a shady company and don t record phone calls so there s no proof of what you said or what they re saying either. I would try somewhere with a little more integrity for the customers.

Car lot lied to me about the trim package of the car I bought. They said it was a king ranch and when I insured it they said it is not a king ranch Even the Ford dealership said it is not a king ranch. Now the general manager believes its ok and they can't do anything about it. The car is worth $10000 due to the trim package not what they sold it to me. I will be getting a attorney and then making then famous. Corporate office believes that this store is bad and plans to do some changes. I will update as the process hits. They even paid off the mechanic shop to lie about mechanical issues so they don't have to fix them. I have a phone recording of the mechanic shop admitting to the general manager asking them to lie about it if a customer takes it there to get inspected before buying it.

Chris was very helpful not only in helping me find a good vehicle but helping me learn about owning/leasing the vehicle with carmart. The other staff members were polite and explained in detail all the paperwork.10/10 recommended coming up here and talking to Chris Bridges.

Customer service is fantastic! No pushy salesman. They allowed me to check out the vehicles on my own and answered any questions I had. The application process was quick and easy. After making arrangements for them to hold a vehicle till a certain day for me, I showed up a day early to purchase the vehicle with less than hour to closing time. The staff were very friendly and sociable. Chris Bridges was the salesman I originally dealt with when looking to purchase the vehicle. The day I went to purchase the vehicle it was his day off but he made a special trip in to help finalize the sale and ensure I got my vehicle that day. I highly recommend Car-Mart in Henderson Ky.

They are the most disrespectful staff I've ever met. You guys should have kept Tiffany, or even Gerald would have been better then this crew. They sold my car to the auction while it was broke down, they never gave me my title work even after almost a year of me having my car. They took it even though I had just paid them 1200 dollars. Whatever happened to compassion, integrity?? Wish I would have went to superior Auto!! Or Z international!!
