I went there and bought a 2005 ford Taurus paid 3500 for it and a week later got stranded on the highway with my 3 kids car started over heating and engine was shaking went to a mechanic that butlers goes threw for there customers and was told it had a blown head gasket before I even drove it off the lot and he couldn t understand why I was sold it in the first place went to Joe to see if we could figure something out because I felt like I got robbed of my money at first he did not want to help at all then Joe said he would swap us a car in the budget then it went from that to him saying he could lease to us didn t have a choice at the time so we leased it then what do you know a week later it started over heating called butlers and was told that they weren t gonna fix it all the hoses needed replaced car could barley go 10 minutes up the street finally Joe said if I brought the car down he would fix it I did that and he fixed nothing but fans and that he was talking about doing before we leased it wasted our time long story short this place should be shut down it is a joke Joe and his crew will sell u a lemon and just don t care they take advantage of others and to do this stuff to people especially with kids is awful I would just warn people so nobody ends up in that situation like we did

I bought a 2011 Toyota Tundra for 20,000. Within 3 months the started needed to be replaced along with the transmission.

Buying a truck from there, didn't have heat, few minutes after driving it check engine light came on, few different code's, od light for transmission started flashing and barely stays running after warm up,so I'm not very impressed with Butler's auto, or their mechanic,oh yeah radiator was filled with water only full of rust.

Sold me a 2010 Toyota Camry and he put a guarantee on it the car was acting up like crazy bad engine and transmission And he will not stand behind the guarantee
