I dont like writing bad reviews, but I have to with these guys. Dont go to this shop unless you are just buying tires. Worst service I have ever experienced.A while back I made an appointment with BestOne and dropped my truck off with a printed list of things to repair. I went on a week long vacation. I was ready to spend 3k on my truck, told them no need to call me, just fix it. Long story short, they didn't touch my truck the week I was gone. Made excuses why. Then took multiple days to change the shocks and not perform the other work I asked. Said they couldn't fix my 4 wheel drive because it required a dealer part and tie rods didn't need replaced. I kept it cool, maybe they had some issue. Then, after I paid I checked my truck for work they billed me for. They charged me for fixing fog lamp lights that still didn't work! I said take it off my bill and guy said then he is taking the lightbulbs back. I said go ahead! I didn't ask you to replace the light bulbs! (Wiring was ripped) He tried for a bit in parking lot, but couldn't get them out and said fine, have them. What a joke!Went to another shop and got new tires and tie rods were so worn out they couldn't align vehicle, so they replaced them. Also had this shop fix my 4 wheel drive, they had no problem getting the part BestOne said they couldn't get. What a joke!

These guys have been doing my mechanical work for a long time and they always do great work!I recently had my 2013 Cruze in with a problem and they told me a sensor was not plugged in all the way.They charged me nothing and sent me on my way!I would have gladly paid for the diagnostic time but I m thankful that they didn t charge me.I m thankful for the good service and tremendous courtesy!!!

Utility trailer had blow out on the parkway. Had to leave trailer with equipment on it. Brought rim in they had a tire and got me one my way in less than 20 minutes. Probably one of the hottest days of the year and they appeared extremely busy. So appreciate the outstanding service.

Brought my truck up for brakes and to have the ac checked out. Front disc pads and rotors and rear shoes was quoted between $600-700, ac needed a switch. Said don't worry about the brakes, I'll do it myself. Just go ahead and throw the switch in for the ac if that's all it needs. Guy quotes me over the phone for $160. I say fine, he does the 15 minute job, wife goes up to pay him. She sends me a picture of the receipt, and the biggest thing that stuck out as odd is that "for any work done on a vehicle, there's a half hour labor charge for diagnostics". Most places take off the diagnostic fee if you have the work done at the shop, but whatever. All in all, very cryptically, I got charged $112 in labor to plug a switch in that took less than 15 minutes. Also, fun fact. They said the trucks ac blows nice and cold. Just picked the truck up after getting back from North Carolina, and it's cooler outside than I could possibly get the inside of the truck after letting it run for 20-30 minutes. Not the best service, doesn't seem like they're too forthcoming with charges, and they also don't quality check their work. But maybe gas prices are too high and they were being considerate? Maybe they wanted to save me a second diagnostic fee? Who knows.

I had to get 4 new tires on the car. They were recommended to me by a co worker, so I called them to check prices & ordered my tires. He made me an appointment to have them put on during a Saturday. I arrived early and waited till the tires were put on. They have excellent customer service and would recommend them as well.

Great roadside service was getting scammed by another company wanting 1900 for steer tire and payment before they even head my way i called best one they had guy going near where i was to change tires for someones who is not on roadside and in no hurry and sent them straight to me same tire was 970 total owner stopped by and seemed like really good people support this company if ur in area its been a month or so since repair forgot to do it sooner but companies like this should have the support to put the fraudulent ones out of business so if u need tire work done look no farther and was not asked to write this just to support honest people who dont take advantage of you also was very quick highly recommended

I had only one day off to get some tires and light work done on my vehicle. I called and Best One Tire & Service was able to get me in and out. They gave me a great price and amazing warranty and roadside assistance package.

Best place for tires and service in the area got a brand new set of tires and really good service and there's nothing I can say bad, great place to go. Henderson, Kentucky store is so much better than Evansville, Indiana burkhardt store.

The entire staff was very professional and helpful. Helpful on phone and when I arrived, technician quickly got my old, flat tire and put a new one on and I was ready to go!Have had another amazing visit to Best Tire! Thank you Brian, Tyler, Kyle, Debbie and the amazing mechanic that fixed my truck in record time. With the extent of repairs needed, I came prepared to camp out the whole day. But the mechanic was done in two hours! WOW! And thanks for the added touch of checking fluids levels for winter. You guys are great!

Getting an appointment was fine. However, I went to pick my vehicle up and pay the bill. 1/2 way through the process the phone rings and he answers the phone and proceeds to take care of person on the phone about a quote while I am standing there waiting with my card in hand. I finally had to ask him to put the call on hold and finish with me, After all I was there first! I can understand answering and asking them to hold but to have someone stand at the counter that was there before the phone rang is a poor choice. But then he gets off the phone apologizing and then says we care about all of our customers the same and there isn t a right answer for that. Like three times. I m pretty sure the right answer is to take care of the first person then move on to the next.They are super nice guys but they seriously need some help on managing the processes. This isn t the first time I ve not been happy with things (Like the time I set there for almost an hour for a tire to be patched and then they tell me it can t be patched. Like how about you look before you have a customer wait an hour.) But it will be my last. I will not be taking my business there anymore.

I had a great experience at Best One in Henderson! The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all my questions. I needed a set of tires for my van and they showed me several options but didn't try to pressure me to buy a certain one. They let me choose the date and time of service, told me how long it would take, and it was ready as promised. The price of goods and service was comparable to others in the area. I definitely recommend them!

Service with a smile!! They had the best prices on tires and got me in quickly. Bryan communicated with me about any issues find without trying to "up sell". They had new tires on and ready for pick up within hours of drop off. Highly recommend!

The only reason I'm giving this 2 places is because the mechanic that fixed my commercial tire was awesome. Now time for the main complaint about the person I later found out was the owner's son. Apparently coming to this shop at 0830 was a inconvenience to him. The first 2 guys I met were polite. And they told me the short guy would be the one to help me. I stood in front of him for 15-20 minutes waiting for some kind of acknowledgement while he played on his phone and answered text messages and send pictures to someone. Then as I was about to leave he sighed and asked what do you need? Like I was a inconvenience to him. I told him I was about to leave and all he did was shrug his shoulders. Very rude and unprofessional. Will not use this establishment again. I will go to Evansville in before I go back to this place

I was shopping for a new set of tires for my sons car and everything from the inquiry phone call to picking up the vehicle after install was wonderful at Best One Tire! My sons tires were in bad shape and needed replaced ASAP. I called Best One expecting to be told they were booked up for several days but was pleasantly surprised when the nice gentleman told me he could work me in the next day. Tire shopping isn't too exciting and I just wanted a good quality set and told the man just that. He could have taken that opportunity to up sell me but didn't. He told me about the set he had just put in his fianc�e car and I decided to go with those. I even price checked the set and Best One beat every place I checked by quite a bit and if you factor in the Road Hazard coverage they offer for $50, no one came close to beating their price! I dropped the car off the next day and was greeted with smiling, chatty faces. Left with the husband to do a little shopping and they called me a few hours later and told me the car was ready and not to rush to pick up if I was still shopping. When I came back to pick the car up they had everything ready to go and the car looked great. The manager came out and chit chatted with me and was very friendly and funny-he was very sweet and thanked me for my business. Little things like calling me by my first name make a big difference and they did just that! I highly recommend using Best One Tire in Henderson Ky! I know they will be my go to tire shop!

This place made my 82 year old mother wait for FOUR hours and still did not service her car. She even asked if she needed to make an appointment for another day. Twice! They kept telling her it wouldn t take long and to wait. All she needed was signal lights replaced, which they said they had. They also rifled through her personal paperwork in the glove box without her permission. Needless to say, she will not be back and anyone else should pass this shop up.

I stopped in with a low tire, while they were rather busy, and myself in quite the hurry. I was took care of in their quickest manner, and was pleasantly surprised at how little I had to pay, all the while I never once was made to feel like I was asking a favor of them. I would easily recommend Best One to any friend, or family!!!

Well for the most part I received prompt service and they are always eager to help me and they are always friendly! However, I wasn t impressed by the fact that they tried to charge me an astronomical charge for a bunch of stuff that I didn t need done to my car! All I needed was one thing done to it and they were gonna charge me for all these parts and don t even get me started on the labor cost! Either they have lost sight of what REAL GOOD BUSINESS means or they are delusional about how valuable their time is! $2400 is a ridiculous quote! I am officially not a customer anymore!

I had a wonderful experience with Best One of Henderson! I pretty urgently needed an appointment for a flat tire, and best one accommodated me wonderfully! They got me in quickly and had my car done same day! Jake was very helpful to answer any and all of my questions over the phone! I will definitely be using best one for my future car needs!

I m on a road trip with a 31ft bumper pull behind me. Pull into a gas station and boom. Tires on the camper goes down. Called and they had a very handsome guy out with in a hour fixing my tire. Very polite. Reasonable price. Wish I could have got that guys number. So hot.

I was having trouble with my car pulling in my steering while I was driving. I am a mechanic myself, so I jacked up my front & rear ends and checked all my components. Everything was tight and seen no damage. I brought my car in for an alignment. They said it would take about an hour and a half. I came back in two and my car never was even pulled in. Thirty minutes later they pulled my car in for about 30 minutes and then pulled it out and parked it. The salesman at the counter said the mechanic found like $2000 worth of work needed. I told him that I ve done checked it and it didn t need anything. He said leave it tonight and we ll align it tomorrow morning first thing. The next day around twelve they said they can t do the alignment. I brought he it to another shop and had it aligned. They said they seen nothing wrong, as neither did I. I wonder just how many people who don t actually know vehicle maintenance are paying for work that their vehicle doesn t even need? I have one word for the Henderson Kentucky Best One Tire and Service, Dishonest!

Issue with battery. They got me in immediately, performed system check & was there less than an hour! Couldn't ask for better service, considering I did not have an appointment. Excellent job MIKE & Best One team.

I had my tires rotated and I had one that was losing air, also my sensors for my tire air was all messed up and they fixed everything and it was fast service and didn't cost much at all. I love best one and will use them every time. Thanks for a great experience.

My husband took our new 2017 dodge grand caravan to your store for service and from the beginning was treated wrong. The technician who supposedly scheduled his appointment did not write it in so when my husband came back for his appointment they didn't know what he was talking about. They charged for an extra quart of oil that I am pretty sure we didn't need. Our oil was at the right level when we checked it that morning. The big topper is after the oil change my van is still saying we need an oil change!!! No you didn't do it correctly or to our satisfaction!!!!

Had to have 4 tires put on asap. They put on new tires got me in and out very quickly. Great friendly family owned business. They are the only ones I use for my tire needs and oil changes. Great job thank you Best One Tires

This business consistently proves it was named Best One for a reason. Over the years, I have followed Jason and Jennifer Lucas to different stores in the tristate because they maintain my vehicle with optimum care while treating me like family. Great team work!
