Prices are a little high but most places related to this are nonetheless parts are good quality and so are most other items, you will find whatever you need here.

I had a service engine light come on and was concerned for my safety. I stopped in the store and Natalie was amazing. She immediately helped me. I had a poor battery connection and not only did she fix the connection, she showed me how to do it myself if ever needed.My awareness of the issue was triggered by a car salesman who would not allow me to even lift the hood.Natalie saved the day! Thank you, Natalie!

James Fehrenbacher was my hero today!After needing new battery installed in my 2014 Ford Escape, I took it first to Advance Auto Parts where I was told they would not install a new battery because it would be too much work for them to be able to get the old one out.I then took it to AutoZone, just a few blocks away, and they were more than happy to stand by their guarantee of free installation with purchase of a new battery.James Fehrenbacher was super knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and his determination to get the job done right was beyond impressive. It was a time consuming job, but not once did he show anything but the utmost respect for me, along with encouragement and helpful maintenance tips to keep my engine running at peak performance. He went above and beyond the call of duty, a rarity in this day and time.I will recommend only AutoZone to everyone who needs expert knowledge and no holes barred service you can trust!Thank you Mr. Fehrenbacher for your willingness to help me today. You are one of Henderson s greatest assets and I appreciate you!

Manager is not management material afraid to tell someone no had me drive to Evansville for interview cause she didn't want to tell me no yeah sure gas is free and I don't have a wife battling cancer so yes I'm broke and don't have The gas to waist grow up and stop waisting people time geezzz

Prompt, courteous service. Angel checked my battery, replaced the old one and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. I ll definitely visit AutoZone again.

It's OK. Nothing special. I'm An O'REILLY fan. I stopped using autoz9ne long time ago but they are price competitive and will match prices if items are in-stock item

My husband and I broke down a couple of weeks ago. We were 6 hours away from home. The staff was very helpful! John W. went above and beyond to help us and we couldn't be more grateful. I highly recommend this store. Thanks again John! You're the best!

Best staff anyone could ask for! Especially to a lady trying to learn her new [used, but new to me..]car!! I was taken care of extremely well even though once I finally made it from Evamsville, they closed in 40 mins. These are the two cars I currently own and take care of. Amazing Auto Zone staff and location..I'd would make the extra drive ANY DAY to visit this store. Thank you guys!

Came in for a battery check and ended up with much more. Team member John W. Has gone above and beyond. He is dependable, dedicated, hard working, honest and trustworthy. After warming my vehicle this morning before heading to work, I noticed I had an antifreeze leak. With the quick drip in temperatures and bad roads, I was unable to have it look at for service after my shift as many places were closed. On my way home I stopped to pick up antifreeze in hopes it would hold me over until I could have it looked at. Natalie was incredibly helpful, provided insight to all the potential scenarios in what I may be looking at in terms of possible repairs and gave me peace of mind. Even in 7 degree the weather, Natalie offered and came out to my vehicle to explain how to keep an eye on things and what to look for to determine if my vehicle needs service. I greatly appreciated the kindness, knowledge and the unquestioned effort of her customer service!

Poor service in both customer & cashier department couldn't know if the management is better because couldn't get anyone to help assist me in my search for graphite and that is not good customer service it definitely was a let down in the point of how I used to think of AutoZone expected more and they delivered less than satisfactory.

I didn't get a friendly hello or anything I asked for help & one of the employees took THE longest time to help me. I hope to get a better experience NEXT time!!!!!!!! I HOPE.......

Itoday I purchased new windshield wipers for my car. The gentleman was so helpful in showing me the price range and told me about the different ones. another man came up and told be about a special on the blades that came with washer fluid they were both very nice the man who rang them up was Travis and he was so nice to come out and put them on my car.. Excellent customer service which is really hard to find these days

Mel helped me right away - I needed a new battery for my van. Mel made sure I got the right one and installed the battery herself! Another associate came out to offer a helping hand - I like to see that kind of teamwork at a business. Mel impressed me - you should go see her at Auto Zone in Henderson, Ky. You won t be disappointed.

The guy that waited on me was very friendly and helpful, and made my experience about me. In fact, when the older guy asked him to do something, he made sure to tell him that he would as soon as he finished up with me. I had already paid, but he made sure that I had everything I needed before I went out the door. Thanks!

Waited from 2:35 to now to buy 1 bottle of fluid,Couldn't get service. 3 different employees acted like they didn't see me standing on a cane. Just had surgery on foot, had bone removed. Horrible service

Prices are way higher than Wally World ( idk if I can legally type the company's name here but everyone should know where I'm talking about). At this particular location I had to wait a good 5 minutes just to check out. Maybe because I knew what I needed and didn't need help so I wasn't at the " help me I'm vehicle illiterate desk". There were two employees at that desk that wouldn't even look over at me. Once I got someone to the register from the back he did a great job, was very professional, and courteous which is the only reason I gave them three stars.

We just replaced an alternater after driving for 3 hours to Chicago to pick up a truck and without the shop and the crew we would of been out of luck they are such a big help and some of the nicest people we have ever met.

Very UNDERSTAFFED and although counter help was around it was during lunch hour so all but one person took their lunch break as I needed checking out! I was short on time and it was not a bother to sny of them! Very "scattered" and unattentative store!

Great Customer ServiceI suspected I had a low battery when I arrived. The gentleman who helped me (wish I got his name) cleaned and tested my battery to confirm. There were some glitches with the register/computer as I was purchasing the new battery but he stuck with it to make sure I received the best price. He then installed the new battery and helped me troubleshoot a sensor issue. Highly recommend!

Very helpful, professional! Quick service. I needed a battery installed. The manager did not over sell but gave good advice on the correct product. I had stopped using Auto Zone. However over the past year they have earned my exclusive loyalty!

Not the best auto parts to shop from but no place is the best really. if they have what you need it'll probably work. Or it won't. Either way I know these guys will make it right an help you with anything you need to make it right. I once borrowed a screwdriver to adjust my headlights and couldn't get it perfect so I asked the guy if I could drive around back an shine my lights on the building so I could actually see what I was doing an he surprised me with a "yeah man, that's cool go right ahead". I drove around back I fixed my light got in the truck and drove away. When I got home I realized that I had stolen his screwdriver so i quickly called up there but they were closed already. So the next few days after work I'd stop by and look for him. He wasn't there an eventually I forgot about it A few months later I stopped in to get something I don't remember what now but he was there an I was like " bro!! I have your screwdriver! Went to my truck got it from the tool box and returned it. Felt good to give it back
