We recently found ourselves stranded and in need of service on our diesel while pulling a 38 fifth wheel and about 500 miles from home. Not only did they squeeze us into their already busy schedule first thing in the morning, but they let us camp in their lot while we waited. They were the picture of hospitality and customer service & went above and beyond to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. A giant THANK YOU to Caleb in service & our new friend Larry, who we thoroughly enjoyed meeting. (And so did our dog!) Top notch dealer!! We are so thankful!

Before we arrived the dealer confirmed times and vehicles. We were greeted when we arrived and well looked after the entire time we were there. They interacted with our sons and made them feel welcome as well. Showed us what we asked for, negotiated fairly with pricing and financing and by the time we were done our paperwork the van was cleaned up and ready for us to take it home. My wife hates car shopping but had all good things to say when we left. Thanks to our salesman David and the team, that s right Team, at Audubon. They earned our future business and recommendation to anyone else looking for a vehicle.

We brought our Mazda we purchased from Chrysler Audubon (which we were extremely happy with our purchase and our sales guy BEN!); however, we paid $100 for them to do nothing besides rotate the tires, which we didn t ask them to do. We have a seal issue around our front windows and it emits an extremely high pitch squeal when we drive down interstates. It s unbearable and we have to crack our windows so we don t pop our ear drums. Also, since we purchased the vehicle, the Radar Cruise control has not worked. The cruise control works fine, but setting the distance so the car slows down automatically when coming up on a car & the cruise is set so you don t have to break and speed back up. AND this was one of their selling points! Which is a bummer cause we were excited but it has never worked. They tested it and said it did work and they took a video and would send it but they never did. I think they re setting the cruise and saying that s the radar cruise. You physically have to inactivate the radar cruise just to be able to set the cruise so I highly doubt it just worked for them but I d love to see the video they were supposed to send to make sure we aren t doing something wrong (but it s not rocket science so pretty sure we are not trying to set it wrong )Unfortunately we won t be bringing our vehicle back here for maintenance :/ $100 and they said nothing was wrong but they spent an hour troubleshooting so we paid for that .rotating tires doesn t cost but $30 most places and they said they weren t charging us for that because I didn t ask them to do it BUT I did tell them I m more than happy to pay it since they did the work and it won t hurt to have them rotated early.Very friendly so no worries there at least!

I paid to have my Adaptive Cruise control sensor re calibrated. I didn t even make it home and it was acting up again. Then they reschedule me out two weeks to get it back in to have it looked at again. How about sorry we will refund you your money until we can fix it? Or better yet we will squeeze you in tomorrow or the next day sorry for the inconvenience we should have never let it go if it wasn t fixed.

I gave them five star because the salesman Ben was very polite. He didn t rush us, he didn t push us. He gave us our time, he let us drive the vehicle as many times as we needed to drive it. He was very cooperative and polite. The manager even threw in a penny to help us out because every penny counts. I would recommend them as they were willing to work with us on what we had to spend and which vehicle we were looking for.

Thank you to Peyton and Kenny Brown for the wonderful experience of purchasing my 2019 Jeep Renegade. I do not have the best credit history and figures I would be declined. To my amazement I was financed and with a loan I can afford. This team is excellent and I have worked with them in the past. They never seize to amaze me in how they work through their own obstacles to get things done as a team. I watched as they tagged one another to do specific tasks. I love that team work. I had a check engine light come on in my new truck. Caleb in service was able to squeeze me in within the first day to have it diagnosed. It turned out to be a simple fix and I was able to have my truck back within a day. I highly recommend them.

Send a truck in for a fuel pump recall. They called me after it was done to tell me the fuel line that connects to the fuel pump was not as tight as they would liked and wanted to charge me $1,100 to fix. However, the line was tight before they took it apart and replaced the pump but now it s not and its up to me to fix it.

Felt taken advantage of almost from the start.Purchased a used car with lots of hidden issues. Everything was covered by extended warranty thankfully & I was given a loaner minivan when they had my car. But, based on the inflated price I paid for the car, I paid for the warranty.Was told I'd be receiving some sort of free vacation package, never got it. Was told the guy that referred me to them would receive a referral check, he never got it. And I was told I was now part of the Audubon Chrysler family They had my car during first three months more than I did due to a persistent Check Engine light.After 3 months when warranty was about to expire, the salesman called & led me to believe they felt so bad for all the issues I'd had with the car that they were gonna take it back & get me a different car. I thought this was admirable & the right wat to treat customers. Obviously I expected to have to pay a little more, but I didn't expect them to offer me $2730 LESS than I had paid them for the car 3 months earlier & they insisted on document fees & other misc charges. In the end they offered to sell me a car identical to what I had but with 20k fewer miles but wanted me to give them another $3461. It was a hard NO.I understand they have to make $ to stay in business, but don't screw people over like that. I'll never go back & hopefully you won't either.

The two gentlemen that I worked with on getting this vehicle, and the financing were both entertaining and knowledgeable. JJ was the one that showed me the outlander and Scott was the one that worked everything out to try to keep it as close to $300 as possible and still get a warranty that was worthy. I would recommend their services to Any and all of my friends

Hands down the best customer service I've ever had at a repair shop. Everybody is so friendly quick and efficient. Scott went above and beyond making sure my vehicle and my needs were taken care of. Recommend all my friends to drive 45 minutes or so to come visit here because it is way better than our local dealer.

Don t expect anything extra or for anyone to go out of their way for you. If you ask about oil changes or the condition of tires? Expect to have someone change the subject and talk about anything at all that has nothing to do with the purchase of your vehicle. Ask again? Same thing. Then when you ve decided that you want the vehicle and you re going to purchase it anyway but there s an issue that Audubon promises they will take care of, don t take their word for it! When they finally get around to having it repaired, they will claim it on the warranty that you purchased for the vehicle. Audubon will never do anything for anyone if it costs them money. They only want your money and will do everything in their power to save money, including using your purchased warranty to repair issues they are responsible for. And this was for a loyal family that had made three purchases totaling $100,000, in the last seven years. If that s what they do to loyal customers, imagine being a first time buyer. I will never go back!

Went in for an oil change, fuel filters, and an alignment. I was charged $120 more than the price I was told when scheduling. 2 hours for service- the first time. After leaving I quickly realized my steering wheel was way off. Didn t have time to return immediately, so I had to make a second trip back. (coming from Chandler) It s important to note I watched a tech leave twice in my truck for a test drive and he failed to notice the wheel somehow or just settled on it being good enough. When I brought it back I watched the same tech go on more than 10 additional test drives for nearly another hour. Used up a quarter tank of fuel. Finally giving up and settling on it being as close as it s gonna get Highly unlikely I would return again.

My husband and I bought a 2010 Jeep Wrangler in Jan 2023. We paid over $1500 more to get the oil pan gasket and check engine light fixed. Oil pan gasket was fixed on the spot. But it's December 2023 and the engine light is STILL on. It's been in the shop...today makes turn #6 at best. Not only were they going to charge me labor but told me how much it would cost to fix NOW?!! NOW you know what's wrong and can fix it??? What about March, April, May, July, October (we had to contact them after they said we will call you as soon as we get a loaner) and today. They light has been on since day 1 and now since I HAVE to pay to get it fixed...you're ready to fix it. This place is a joke for workers, and the salesmen think they are in a bar with how they talk. I wouldn't buy anything from this place. Not only did I post it here...I told 3 friends today to go to Ford, Chevy dealers and stay away from the Chrysler dealer in Henderson.

I've dealt with Audubon Chrysler a couple of times now and both experiences have been wonderful. They are all so kind and polite. Each of them greet you and help as soon as you walk in the door. The gentleman that I signed paperwork with even wrote down my warranty and gap insurance dates on a sticky note to put with my paperwork and as I was leaving he showed me a better way out of Henderson because of traffic due to construction. 10/10 would recommend.

I bought my car here ten years ago. They are the only place that services my vehicle. They do such a fantastic gob every time! If you are a person that wants all the details about what is wrong with your vehicle they will sit and explain to you in detail so you know exactly what needs done and why. These service guys are the best around by far. Would not take my vehicle any were else.

I dropped my truck off after hours on Sunday night (for warranty service work ) and put my keys in the drop box. I was told by a technician that the service would take approximately an hour to complete. I returned to pick my truck up on Tuesday morning . Upon my return I found it concerning that my truck was parked exactly where I had left it , indicating to me that maybe it hadn t been worked on. When I went in to the service department my concerns were confirmed. I was then told that the service work would be performed immediately . The work was completed and my truck returned to me within the hour. Yes, this one off situation caused a slight inconvenience but I will return to have any future vehicle needs addressed.

Was pinpoint right on diagnosing my vehicle. But was shocked to hear they wanted 300$ for a 30 min job and was trying to charge 120$ for parts. We just decided to do the job ourselves and got the part and fluid for 60$.
