I shop at this advance all the time due to the costumer service that all the team member at this store has. I am always greeted at the door with kindness and help. I am not talk down due to being a girl and not knowing much about cars. They all are very helping and understanding. Not had one bad experience while shopping at this store. I will continue to shop at this store and all my friend that have car issues or need something for they store I ALWAYS recommend that they got to the Advance Auto Parts in Henderson, Ky

Customer service was great. They were able to get my the part I needed in a timely fashion without asking a hundred unimportant questions. In and out. Absolutely great experience.

I went in there lookig for some stuff, and the lovely and gorgeous Miss Shona was so super helpful. She knew exactly what I needed, walked me over there and had it all done in like, 5 minutes. I flirted a little, but she kept it strictly business. (I mean, she smiled a lil of course)..But in all seriousness, Shona was super helpful. And igtuy appreciate all the knowledge she has andt3 assistance she gave.So thankyou for a pleasant and enjoyable experience. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

Loved there was a UPS pickup location and they checked the package in seemed official!However there was NO SIGNAGE ANYWHERE and the one girl employee was busy for over 10 min with another customer. Another girl came in and easily took care of me!I did not know where I was going for UPS Dropoff...as no business was named JUST an Address. I started looking for it stopping at the 5th and Green Walgreens and they had No Idea of UPS Dropoff. Then I went to Capt. D's, No idea, then I walked into the Auto Store and had to wait 10 minutes for One Visible Employee in Whole Store to ask anyone if I was in the correct UPS Pickup location...Don't think the Convenient Location of UPS Pickup is positively doing what UPS envisioned. Too bad. Once Finally confirmed I was in the correct location, it was EASY!!! Just wished all the time I was waiting to be waited on- that I knew I was in the right location!

Did a pickup yesterday, faith I believe was the workers name made the process quick and easy will definitely shop here more often. Beats O'Reilly's hands down!

When you get the right employee, then you can get what you need . About same selection as autozone or oriellys.

Place is nice but the guys who work there really have no clue about fixing cars. Lookin up the parts is all the job requires. Went there for one thing left with 3 others with no results. :(

The manager of the store worked at a winery before he worked there he had no idea what car parts even were you just do them by their number. 19-year-old kid behind the counter was better help than the manager

This store is always great you when you walk in to see if you need help . friendly workers . bought some wipers and they put them on before I left , I appreciated that .

I would give zero Stars if Google would let me! I ordered something online to pick up in the store, and when I got there they had no idea what I was talking about and said they had sent all of them back. I also happened to notice that the store was very disorganized, and they had a very poor selection. I really don't think I'll ever do business with Advance Auto Parts - any Advance Auto Parts - ever again.

Did not have the parts I needed. Customer service was not good. Went down the street to O'reilly's and had great customer service and they had the parts I needed.

If you need the parts now. Then I'd go to them. Otherwise save money and go online.... The staff is always trying to help you out. But not all are auto-knowledgeable.
