So thankful for this kind people! Chelsea and Nate knocked it out of the park by letting us come by a few minutes after closing. We had a blown tire and needed another before it went out. We were so thankful they had 2 tires for us! It was raining and they helped us even in the element. Thank you again!!! These are the old tires!

I just moved back to Kentucky, I haven't established car maintenance with anyone when low and behold I get a flat. I ran into my local Tire Discounters and started chatting with Chad. Not only was he able to get me in to fix my tire in less than a half hour, he was so pleasant to talk to! He genuinely cared that I was stressed out by this happening (I'm not car savvy), and explained to me in detail what had happened with my tire. I appreciate Chad and his team so much. Thanks guys! You're the best!

Ten out of ten would recommend. I had two tires with valve stem leaks and called to see if they could get them in. They said we have a full day, but bring it in they will squeeze it in. I brought it in, took em 5 minutes and I was out of there. Absolutely amazing service and would recommend this location to anyone.

My experience here has been very good. Twice I was turned away for a service I was told I needed elsewhere by shady mechanics.I went back a second time 6 months later to the other place to see what they would say. And came back to tire discounter the second time to be told I still didn't need the original service. That other place was very adamant I needed done.When work was done, tire discounter did a good job and called me back within a day or two. Imo pretty quick.I came another time due to some noise rattling I heard. Figured something came loose. INSTEAD of charging me money. They looked at my car seen the bottom cover had some rocks in it. Took them out and put my cover back on. And sent me on my way.(3 times I've come here expecting to pay money to be told that's not necessary! How often can you say that about your mechanics?!)I cant say everyone else's experience here will be as good as mine. But I know THIS tire discounter takes pretty good care of ME.Whenever I need work done. This WILL be my go-to place from now on, due to the honesty of the employees.

Amazing! I showed up with no appointment or estimate, just a broke Explorer. Suspension was gone, metal on metal.Had a quote in an hour. Hubs, struts, shocks and tires.They did the whole job in the same Day!My 13 Explorer rides like new. It truly feels like off the showroom floor it's so smooth.Just amazing work, I feel I got a great deal on a very needed rework.Bravo TD!

Unfortunately we had an awful experience with this Tire Discounters. We dropped off my daughter s car for a battery install. Instead of installing the battery we just purchased that was in the trunk, they installed their own, charged us $173 and said the battery we purchased from Costco was no good. Turns out the Costco battery was fine they just wanted us to purchase theirs. We were lied to several times when talking to the two managers. Will never trust them again to do do any work on our cars. So disappointing. They are issuing a full refund but now we have to take time out of our afternoon to go back up there for them to install the Costco battery. Also, the window was left down all weekend while sitting outside. It poured rain all weekend so my daughter s car was soaked not to mention anyone could have stolen anything out of it. Just so disappointing.

Thanks so much to Chelsea for getting me in and out, she was absolutely AMAZING! I got exactly what I needed and at an unbeatable price. This is the best Tire Discounters I have been to and will continue to take my business here for years to come. I have never experienced such friendly people willing to help in any way they can. The staff at Tire Discounters in Hebron Kentucky our top-notch, I have personally use this place of business over the last 15 years, they ve always went above and beyond expectations they ve earned my business for life. The manager there, Chad McDine has always helped me out when I was in a pinch. He s a good man and runs a great store. I highly recommend this business.

The staff at the Hebron Tire Discounters are friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. I have visited twice with tire issues, and both times I was treated courteously and kindly. Chad, the manager, did not talk down to me or attempt to sell to me in any way (both of these things have happened at other places). On the contrary, he welcomed me, fixed my issue promptly, and didn t charge me at all. I will definitely return to Hebron Tire Discounters next time I need to buy tires, happy in the knowledge that I can trust their expertise and excellent customer service!

Stellar service !!! In and out and saved a ton on Black Friday.This location is way better than it used to be. Chad really cares about his customers and making sure they are taken care of. I showUpOn Black Friday, get a deal, then a free Uber home and 1.5 hours later my car is ready and I Love these new Pirellis thanks againBought another set and these guys did a great job and got me a deal.

I had a flat and needed a tire, and went to Tire Discounters in a pinch. Right from the start I was pressured into buying a set of four tires, although I only came for one replacement.The salesman also falsely claimed that my tires were dry rotting, despite the fact I was at my mechanic that same day, who said I only needed to replace the one tire.I basically had to say: Look: I don't have $1000 to spend. So I was recommended the cheapest chinese knockoff tires they offered, and pressured on the extended warranty, which I refused.The salesman never once asked me what my budget was, which was $250. I would have done far better with a good salesperson who can properly qualify their customers. It was too frustrating to ever want to go back.

Lately, it seems like anytime you have a service, they always tell you something else is wrong and needs to be replaced. I took my truck in for tires a couple weeks ago. I asked them to replace the tire pressure sensors, since I have 3 that are not reading at all. When I came to pick up my truck, tire sensors are still bad. None were replaced. In addition, I was told my struts were bad, upper ball joints were bad, lower ball joints were bad (uppers and lowers were just replaced 3 years ago). They told me they could not do the alignment since there was so much play in the front end from the bad parts.I decided to take my truck to another garage who performed the prior work. That garage told me my struts are still in good shape, upper ball joints are still good, and lowers have very little movement, but do not need to be replaced. And they were not sure why TD told me they could not align it.Overall, I was quoted almost $2300.00 for additional services/parts I don't need at this time. I'm not sure I'll be back to TD.

Left my car the night before to get an oil change. Called about 2:30 pm to check on my car and it wasn t done yet. Get a call from Chelsea telling me the paperwork is missing and no key to move my car. I couldn t do anything until my husband got done with work. On our way to take a key there and I get a call from Chelsea stating they found the paperwork and the key. Oil change done, tires rotated and I get a call about the brakes but passed on the service. Wasn t long and Chelsea is called to let me know my car was ready. I am thankful things went smoothly once the key was found. Thank you for being diligent to find my key. I will be back!!

They took good care of me and were fair and honest. Didn't try to upsell me on anything. Got new brakes and shocks all within half a day. Very friendly as well.

Had a vibration, so had my wheels balanced. Next day I noticed that the alloy wheels from my truck had scratches and black marks around the center hole. This was a result of the locking nut was likely over tightened when securing to the balancer.In addition, every lugnut was scratched with circular marks in the center on the nut. Apparently being driven on with an impact, instead of snugged up and used a torque wrench.After speaking with Chad, and another District Manager several times, I was not offered any compensation for the factory lug nuts that I replaced or the wheel damage. I was only offered to be reimbursed for what I paid for the balancing. That has been several months ago and still not received.So I cannot recommend anyone doing business there unless you want to take the chance on having your expensive alloy wheels damaged

Great service - they fixed my one flat on the house as it just needed a new stem! I brought another flat in off the car and they put it back on my car for free too! I will be coming back for any of my tire needs!

10/11/2023 - New VisitI had to bring my vehicle in for them to look/listen at my left, rear shock. I entered the establishment at 7:53am and as of this moment it is 11:57pm and my car has yet to be pulled into a bay. I told them I purchased my struts, shocks and installation 3 months ago with them and they should still be under warranty. It appears when that is said, you will be waiting a long while so pack some patience. When service includes a payment to be made you appear to get seen faster than a warranty customer. I was given my car back at 1:15pm with them driving my vehicle and not hearing the noise I m hearing when I left the establishment._______________________________________Some days are better than other days but they will get er done!

I had this awful grinding noise start randomly happening and I took my car up to Brock at this location. He took such great care of me and the mechanic who worked on my car was really nice as well! Definitely helped make my very stressful situation a lot less stressful!

This is 2nd time I have been to this location for oil change & tire rotation. Both times I was given an excuse for not rotating the tires on different vehicles with good tires. Will not return while under this management.
