Decent place and professional experience. I had a hole at my trailer, after visiting other shops and they couldn't help me, I came here. Professional treatment from the arrival and really fast service. Price was just about it. Besides I had coffee, shower and I watched TV at their drivers lounge. 100% recommend this place.

Very reasonable on price nice parking very clean facility went after ta couldn't find what they had messed up on my truck and they got my truck in the shop right away and had me back on the rd in just only about an hr they also have a very nice driver lounge free washer and dryer free shower give them a visit very pleased with my visit

If I could give more than five stars I would ve! For the past decade or so that I was dealing with truck repair shops including dealers, I never seen a better place than RTS Truck repair. You ll feel home and friendly welcome by the great staff immediately after you arrive. The job, inspections and taking care of your rig just like their own is another level. Mr. Rob, Mr. Coy, Mr. Matt, and all other staff that I didn t get the time to know .Thank you so much indeed guys!

I recently had an amazing experience at the Truck Stop Repair Shop. They were incredibly efficient and skilled at fixing the part I needed. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend them for any truck repairs you may need!

Best in the business! Quick turn around, quality repair, great rate! Honesty is their policy. Repaired only what I needed done. When working on the road all over the country, you can really get got when it coms to any repair, especially on heavy trucks. Not the case here. Fair and honest! Great team! Thanks RTS!

I did fix my dpf system leak in this shop, 9 months later def leaks in this same location not tight enough parts placed wrong way, caused leaks, those leaks turned into crystals that clogged my dpf system and caused damage to the doser, don't go there, worst location with bad attitude from employees

Run a lot of trucks in and around the area and anytime we have an issue we use this shop. They always do an excellent job at a fair rate relatively quickly. Definitely recommend to anyone in need in the area.

Shop is very clean. Came in for a steering issue, ended up having more wrong than I originally thought. Diagnostics mechanic (Gary) was very knowledgeable and professional in his explaining to me what was going on. Fixed my truck and it drives better than it did when I bought it. Oh I did I mention the shop is clean enough to eat off of the floor.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair

It s the best truck shop I ever been to. Customer service was immaculate and they understand the customers needs. They explain everything so throughly and it made the best experience I have ever received at a truck repair shop. I highly recommend people to come here and check out you won t regret it

I take my roll off dumpster truck for service regularly and to keep it in DOT specs. They go over my truck with a fine tooth comb and find things I could never even imagine someone would look for. They have a state of the art shop and a great bunch of mechanics. The owner Rob is very involved and is very precessional but also makes you feel like family! I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for shop or mobile service and minor or major repairs and maintenance.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

I couldn t be more impressed by the professionalism of this company. I m convinced that they can do it all. Easy to work with, attention to detail, and timely execution. It s not everyday you see a technician who cares and takes the measures to do the job right. I was in a jam with one of those stubborn deals, and RTS saved the day.Special thanks to Jeremy for overcoming the obstacles and getting me back on the road.

This is the best shop probably in an entire us. We had a throwout bearing go out and one of the technicians Greg what's willing to stay drop the trans and replace clutch at the same time and this was around 3:30 p.m. by 7:30 I got a phone call that my truck is ready. These guys are amazing and the shop is so clean you could eat off the floors. They even have super clean showers for the drivers and a beautiful waiting area I could go on and on. Our base is in Chicago and and from now on we will take our trucks over there for repairs it's definitely worth the drive and on top of it the prices are extremely competitive the price I was given I was shocked I expected at least thousand more. Kudos to the entire team at RTS

Excellent service, on top of things, I had a small floor section to replace. Good job. When I got there I got right in, but truck stopped working, so had to work on truck also. Stock switch in the dash replaced warranty. They ask about the other sensor codes, but I told them to not worry about the front radar issues. The Radar mitigation is useless anyway. 2 thumbs up

Brought my truck in for an oil change. Got me in very quick! Nice drivers lounge & showers. I was informed my steer axle wheel seal was leaking. This establishment is amazing.

Wow, I want to say thank you for the excellent service. Our truck had a coolant problem and broke down going up the hill into northern KY on I-75 late in the evening. We called RTS who answered right away (I like that rather than leaving messages). They sent a tech who was able to put in enough coolant to be able to drive it to their shop. They let the driver stay on site overnight.First thing in the morning they were able to source the parts and get us up and running by 1pm.Great job guys!.

First off I'll start by saying RTS is absolutely one of the best shops I have used in 15 years of being an owner operator! My truck was towed in with a transmission issue Tuesday morning around 3am. I proceeded to go to a local motel and came back around 8am when the office opened. I explained to them my situation and what was going on and needless to say they had my transmission out by lunch time! During the removal the mechanic Doug noticed there was an issue with the kingpins on my truck as well. Obviously not good news but we removed the axle and had it sent to a shop to be sleeved and fixed. I rented a car and headed back home to get a new transmission the owner even called me an Uber to get to my rental car! I returned with the transmission a day later and returned home until the truck was done. During the entire time I was home and my truck was in their shop there was daily communication on what was going on! No wondering no worries I knew my truck was in good hands! A few days later I came to get my truck and it was all ready to go! Nicole in the office was absolutely awesome she went above and beyond as well as everyone I dealt with did! The owner the shop manager and everyone in between that I dealt with was beyond fantastic! There was a little issue with the speed sensor but without question they told me to have it replaced and they promptly took care of it!The cleanliness and professionalism of this shop is 2nd to none and I'll be back when my truck needs repairs again! Wish I could give this more than 5 stars! So with that being said I want to thank everyone at RTS and believe me when I say this if you're in the area use this shop!!!Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair

Great shop. I'm an Owner Operator and work out of Independence KY. I found them by accident when I was having problems last Labor Day and have been going there ever since. The owner is very knowledgeable and communicates with me as a customer in a genuine manner with concern about keeping my truck on the road. Everyone I have dealt with there is on point and professional. I usually deal with Matt about my truck and he always goes above and beyond. I would like to add that the shop is absolutely spotless and superbly maintained. I live 180 miles away and take my truck there over shops that are local to me if that gives you an idea about the faith o have in their services.

Great team here very professional nice Establishment. U joint broke on drive shaft Ms Nicole found me a tow truck and tow me to shop. They then jump rite on me i was fix and back running in 6hr . Blew a steer tire at 230am, and after calling numerous places I stumbled across these guys. Spoke to the tech around 330 am and he said it would take about 1.5 hrs for him to get to the shop, mount tire, and get to me. Rolled in right at 5am. VERY reasonable on pricing and service was excellent. Will def use again when needed (hopefully next time not along interstate).

We needed Road Service for a broken down Tractor-Trailer along the interstate. Emergency Road Service was there very quickly. Great communication and a fair price.
