I was stranded on the side of the road in a rental car and the rental car company could not be reached. Justice came and picked me up, towed the car, and returned me to the airport. The owner wasn't even sure he'd be paid for the tow as the rental car company didn't provide him all the info to properly bill them. His compassionate decision to help me, was very kind. I was stressed because the rental car company was unavailable and I was 1000 miles from home. Thank you Justice Service and Towing. You're the best! Mike Davis

Used Justice auto through AAA for a tow to our house. The driver was a literal saint and helped us so much. After the day we had, nothing seemed to go right and he was so unbelievably helpful and kind and made everything end on a much better note. He took time to help us with things he didn t HAVE to do but did out of the kindness of his heart. Would recommend their business over and over to anyone.

Roger was extremely helpful and professional. My tire had come off my car which caused my tow job to be more difficult, but Roger got it done quickly and went above and beyond as it was super late in the evening. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about this company! Truly incredible and helpful. Had a horrible experience with multiple different towing companies that were providing horrible service and unable to complete a simple request. The owner went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. 10/10!

I had many issues trying to get towed from a garage. Roger came with his special truck to get me out and take me to a auto repair shop. He was quick, courteous, and polite. I could not have been more fortunate to find this company for towing service.

Awesome service! My family and I landed after a flight from cvg, went to take off in our vehicle and it was in limp mode with check engine light on. They were quick to answer the phone and came out immediately. Really appreciated the quick service. I saved his number for if I ever have issues again.

Justice was the 2nd company contacted by AAA to have my car towed from one repair shop to a 2nd shop and the only one who managed to get the job done. Roger called me to confirm the pick up and agin to confirm where the car was being dropped off. Would definitely use them again.

What an amazing service I was given. I believe it was the owner that helped me, but either way. He listened to every concern I had and went above and beyond. Even when I got to the drop off location he was concerned about where to put it as to make sure it wouldn t get hit when we got to the dealership. My car was in park with parking brake on and no key locked out. The tow driver used skid plates and was gentle moving the car rather than drag it like the previous 2 tow drivers wanted to do and make me sign a damage waiver.Luckily insurance covered my tow expenses but if I had to pay, Justice towing would absolutely be my first choice in this area.

Yesterday, I hit a curb, and the curb won. Popped my front tire. After calling my insurance company and finding I didn t have coverage for tire change, they put me thru to another company, that was going to take 90 min and cost more than I thought was reasonable. I called justice towing, Roger gave me a great price and was to me within 20 min. My lug nuts were hard to get off, Roger told me they may break. He managed to get them all off, without breaking them. The service was fast, professional, and the price was great! I highly recommend them for any of your auto transport/tire change etc needs.Service: Tire change

Roger arrived in a timely manner. Did a masterful job placing a dolly under back of the car wheels for special circumstance towing. Paid closed attention to how the car was situated under the towing hook, using all the safety mechanisms to assure no damage occurred during transport. My wrecker driver was Tony. He was quick to arrive, helpful and friendly. I will definitely recommend Justice Towing based on my experience with them on May 4th, 2023. After loading my trunk with groceries, my car wouldn't start. Tony's quick response kept all of my food from thawing, melting or spoiling and saved me A Lot of money. We were stranded at the CVG Airport, and AAA sent Roger Justice out to help. He was VERY nice, performed extra work to try and get us going (and avoid a tow). Ultimately we had to have the vehicle towed, but we were very happy with the service we received from Justice Auto Service and Towing. Highly recommend.

Jessie was so kind in my most frantic moment of my tire being blown to shreds on the side of 75. He towed my car to Walmart to get a new tire and was very polite to me and my 15 year old daughter. Definitely 5 Star service!Service: Long distance haulingService: Long distance hauling

We have going to Justice Auto Service for a couple of years now for all of our vehicle needs. Roger is professional, personable and easy to work with. He is always quick to diagnose and fix our vehicle issues. Tonight was the first night that I have had to use their towing service. Our driver John was prompt , professional, and personable. He arrived in 12 minutes. We started with no traffice and ended up dealing with work traffic in our neighborhood as well as an on coming ambulance. I have never seen anyone manuver an tow truck as quickly and safely as John did this evening. He worked quick without impeding the traffic. Thank you both for your time and service. Jon was my tow driver, he arrived to my vehicle in less than 30 minutes on a rainy Sunday evening. He was not only courteous to me, but extremely careful with my AWD BMW 330Xi. This is the best Towing company in the whole city. Specially the driver John who was very nice and got there very fast; less than 20 minutes. If i need this service in the future i will mot doubt calling this same company and asking for the same driver. Only giving 3 stars because we waited longer than anticipated for our tow and although they communicated well through the wait, they never mentioned that there is a $10 fee to use a credit card for payment or you need to pay in cash. Talk about taking advantage of someone who is stranded! The driver claimed it's not them, it's the credit card company but I've never heard of a charge more than 3%.

Changed my flat tire and was so quick. He arrived before the estimated arrival time and was also so nice! Helped me put my flat tire away and left. Great service! Was in an accident fairly early around 6 am and Justice was able to get to the scene and tow my car fast despite having one tire falling off and another gone flat. When I was broken down in the center lane I started calling towing companies. Justice is the one who answered the phone. He arrived quickly and was polite. He got the vehicle loaded quick and dropped it off where I asked him too. All for what I thought was a fair price. Job well done.

Thanks to Roger for getting to me so quickly today. I was stuck on side of highway unable to roll down windows. It was super hot. He kept me up to date and made sure I wasn t going to be left without a ride. I would definitely use again if needed.
