Dwayne B was an incredible help who went above and beyond. I had my wife and kids, including our baby, in the car. It was cold and rainy, and he immediately stepped up and helped us get back on the road. I would give more than 5 stars if I could, exceptional customer service.

We brought my wife's explorer in to get a new battery this evening and Dwayne was extremely helpful installing it. It was dark and the battery was a hassle to remove, so much so that I couldn't have done it by myself. His customer service was great and I know I'll be coming back when it's time for a new battery for my car.

I stopped by this AutoZone to return my old brakes and get my refund because my warranty was still good. William was extremely rude he refused to do his job and look through the computer to locate my warranty. Then he stated that he did not see one in the system. I went to another location and they found it immediately also giving me my refund back for my brake pads. William was very unprofessional and obviously needs more training.

Update: AutoZone replied to this review and I reached out to them as they asked but they have not contacted me. I will update if they contact me. I believe they just reply to make it look like they will honor their warranty.I purchased a battery 8 months ago from this store (Auto Zone Hebron, Ky). This week I had to get a jump three times before I could take the car to be looked at. Tire Discounters gave me a print out that showed the battery was bad. I took the car back to Auto Zone and since their machine showed the battery was ok they would not honor the warranty (3 years). I work third shift and can t be stranded with a car that won t start. I took the car to VW to rule out any other problems with the car. They too gave me a print out showing the battery is bad.I won t buy anything from AutoZone again, I m out for the battery that I got 8 months of use out of. Peace of mind is worth so much. Buy from somewhere that honors the warranty.

I went to order a product online so it would be ready for me to run in the store and pick it up. Unfortunately it wasn't ready in time and I had to buy from another vendor. I was told I had to make a special trip in to get a refund. I finally find the time to come in and get a refund and the associate was having a difficult time figuring out how to process the refund. A manager came over and asked what was going on. Assuming since I overheard the associate explain I needed a refund and I'd already given the barcode associated with the order, I began to explain fully what had occurred. I was cut off and told get to the point. It was rude and disrespectful especially to women. Never go here!

Above and beyond! Dwayne and Evan were so incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and guided us to what we needed. They took care of everything to get my car back to working like it s supposed to! Thank you Hebron Autozone!

Today, I needed a miracle. And it's exactly what I got from the team at AutoZone. Without the kind and helpful people who worked as a team to help me, I would have been totally screwed.I was 109 miles from home with my daughter and a brand new dog in my car at rush hour on a Friday afternoon when my car brandished the "service engine" light and it started bucking and riding rough. I had no idea how I was going to get home since I didn't know an auto shop in the area. I'm sure I would have had to leave my car for the weekend and find transport home if it weren't for this amazing team of guys at AutoZone.The team put their heads together to help me get home by bringing Nathan in on his day off to help me put my car back together again. Within 15 minutes from Nathan's arrival, I was able to hit the road.To me, this was nothing short of a miracle and I'm so happy I made the choice to go to AutoZone in Hebron, KY. This was definitely my lucky day.Thank you to the team at the Hebron AutoZone! You guys are the best.

The worst parts store. Employees including the manager are the rudest people. NO customer service skills at all how any of them keep their jobs is a shock to me. Will never shop there again. Would not give them any stars but can t post with it.

This guy was helping me than jump over to the other guy cashier and stock there for 30 min make me waiting without saying sorry. Not nice Nathan sales dude. Won t stop here again in my life

I came in last week to fix an issue with a low tire pressure light and was helped by Mariah E. Apparently, she is new to the location but you wouldn't know it. She was extremely helpful and easy to work with. As someone not very knowledgeable on cars at all she helped with all my questions and did a great job!

The two gentlemen working last night are what customer service is all about. They were on point with everything I needed. Helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. This is why I keep coming to the Hebron KY location. The owner or person doing the hiring is doing great. Besides parts they also have LED effects, paint, sound system equipment, and more. Two thumbs up for this store.

I just want to say that today June 11, 2023 Brayden went way above and beyond today! I was broken down at the Kroger by Autozone and Brayden came over to Kroger to help me get my truck started! I was very impressed by his knowledge and professionalism!

I wanted to write and say thank you so much for the help I received at your store yesterday. I have been a frequent customer of various Autozone stores in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky so I expected that I might find help for my predicament when I absentmindedly locked my keys and cell phone in my car while shopping at Kroger. When I explained the problem, your employee, Thomas, didn't ask questions, he just made a phone call, drove to a friend's to borrow the tools and was back to put me on the road in 15 minutes. I offered him money but he said, "No, that's what we do here, take care of customers, Merry Christmas!" Thank you again, Thomas, for resolving a very frustrating situation and being a light in this season in which we often are overwhelmed with responsibilities and miss these opportunities to shine for someone else. I was not your customer today. But, I most likely will be again, soon. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Customer service was top notch. Todd and Sam were awesome. I will not go anywhere else, those two gentleman took the time to research my problem and looked at my car and fixed the problem. Good customer service is hard to find these days. Keep it up gentlemen

I had the best experience at the autozone in hebron! During my lunch break today, my car starting making a rattling noise and my oil light was on. Being 40 minutes away from means that my dad couldn t come to my rescue, but the manager at autozone did! I am not a fat person at all and he made sure that I was taken care of! I m very appreciative of him and his customer service! Well done!

Instead of helping another customer, young man held a 10 min conversation with a lady. He looked over at me a couple times, but didn't help me nor call for someone to help me while he continued the conversation with the lady about her son. After, 10 mins I put the items back on the shelf and left. No apology was given by salesperson.

Thomas at the Hebron AutoZone was great. I know nothing about cars, but was worried when my check engine light came on. He took the extra time to explain everything to me and understood the importance of my kids and my car being safe. He changed my battery within minutes and I couldn t be happier. Thanks Thomas!

Auto Zone in Hebron has definitely stepped up their game. Recently, they helped me change out a starter in my daughter's car. They checked the battery also to make sure that the starter was the issue.

walked in, ignored. 4 employees gathered around socializing, i had to interrupt them for help. what, i told them what i needed, gave them my item number. one of the women went in the back. she returned with my item, cash or card. the only words out of their mouths. i tried to be pleasant and they looked at me like i was bothering them. i can and will go somewhere else. you would think a $100.00 purchase would at least receive a thank you.

Needed a new battery for my car after it sat for months during the stay at home order. Chris helped me pick a new battery and took the time to explain everything as he installed the new battery. My car is running great, and I would definitely recommend this store to my friends. Very good experience.

Will no longer replace battery. Paid $224.71 for a new battery for my son's car. He was told that they no longer replace batteries so he and his girlfriend had to wait in the car that would not run for over an hour until I could get there to change out the battery. It is 26 degrees outside tonight but that didn't matter to the employees. There were 3 people working and 1 client inside so they could have taken care of it in 10 minutes or less. Instead they chose to make them wait in the cold. He did not have any tools with him. It's disappointing that this is acceptable customer service. I sure hope this is not the type of service that Autozone expects but it unfortunately is the service being delivered in Hebron KY.

Associates are always willing to help if they can. Great customer service at this location. The one thing I would especially like to point out is the manager Emil that was I'm assuming the MOD at the time at this location, instead of delegating to a sales associate to come out and install my battery he took it upon himself to come out and get his hands dirty and that to me speaks volumes. Kudos to that individual for sure. That's why this auto zone keeps my business.

Four young men didn t want to look up a cross reference for a spark plug then when I told them what I needed all four had to look at another issue so I left and went to O Reilly and wow a young man listened to what I needed and I was in and out in 60 seconds. Will drive past Auto Zone from now on

Driving through from Houston. Van battery was dying. Went in and staff was friendly, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and fast. They tested and replaced my faulty battery. I was in and out in about 15 minutes and my family and I were back on the road. Fast and friendly service. Thanks Hayden!
