He always quotes a fair price that is generally lower than anyone else, professional service and home town flexibility and they try to keep your car as clean as possible, owner is a trusted hometown kinda guy who also (owns?) the BP up the roadAlso they will give you a lift to where you are heading as part of your maintenance if you are within 5 miles which is unbelievably helpful

I stopped by here on a 5 hr trip after my tire blew out and they were great!! My tire was changed in 15 minutes and I couldn t have been happier. Very nice and friendly people that truly care!

Mike and Bill are the best! We went in last month thinking my SUV needed breaks they told me no you ve got more wear on these. Today went in for what a dealer told us to replace my tire bc a nail was in a non repairable place. This crew checked and said no we can plug it! Anytime we need anything they go above and beyond to try to help with used parts or other ways to cut cost! My dad took me here many times when I was younger. Thank you!

They installed my tires I bought elsewhere and got me in the same day, took about an hour for all 4 tires. I highly recommend this garage for your tire needs!

I ve been to these guys several times now and they never fail to exceed my expectations. They re knowledgeable, experienced, and honest. They won t tell you you need new parts when you actually don t. I thought I needed a new serpentine belt but it ended up being a much simpler and cheaper fix. They told me that they would put a new belt on if I wanted, but that it wasn t necessary at this time. You can t get better service for your car than here. They re always busy, probably because they re so good, but they will most always try to work to fit you into their day if you re able to drop your car off early in the morning. Can t recommend these guys enough! I never want to take my car anywhere else.

Stopped in after work to see about an oil change for my 13 Ford F-350 6.7 liter diesel truck. I expected to have to make an appointment but they worked my truck in right away. They were professional and polite answered any and all questions concerning my truck and the service being provided I was out in about 45 minutes. Very happy with this shop and the services they provide.

A great auto service center. My go to place for a leaky tire, flat repair and tire installation purchased elsewhere. A full service tire center that offers other auto work also. Service is helpful, reasonably priced and quick. The get you in quickly for tire repair issue in most times 30 min or less and back out the door. If you want to buy tires from the internet they will install them for you, just call and make an appointment.

Owner and staff at Airport Tire & Auto were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They showed great flexibility by agreeing to check out an issue we had while on vacation. They fixed it quickly and easily and got us on our way. I highly recommend them!!

I have used them formtire repair and their price was fair. However, I decided to quote a front wheel hub bearing replacement and was quoted $435. Went to Saylor Auto in Florence who just did it for $205, including tax. Sadly, you've lost my future business. Recommend to always check around for prices. I've worked in auto repair and knew instantly their pricing was way high...but the amatuer wouldn't know.

Oh man, me and my love are on a road trip in our Town and Country passing through on our way to TN. Suddenly our temp gauge went off, car over heated, etc. Pretty scary. Go on Google to find a mechanic. Only ONE near us is open because of course it's 2pm on a Saturday.I call up Airport and the kindest woman answers the phone, hears our plights, runs the details up the chain of command. Comes back to me with a "get here quick because we close at 4pm". Done! We're only a mile down the road at the Jimmy John's so we get there immediately. We wait maybe 5-10 mins as they finish up some customers but they get our wheels in the garage quickly.30 min diagnosis, turns out we've got some bad/old hoses and our temp gauge needs replacing. Price is a bit high to fix but less than what I thought it'd be considering what needs fixing and the last minute of it all.All in all, we should be back on the road in no more than an hour. I am very satisfied with the service recieved and incredibly grateful to them for helping us get on our way safely. The customer service was too notch Kentucky hospitality and it has been a pleasure doing business.Bonus! The bathroom was very clean and they sell a number of drinks and snacks.

Been taking my vehicles here for a few years after moving out here. Great service and fair prices. Had a lot work done on my truck and the next day something went wrong on another part of the engine. I bought it back in and they get it right in and found the issue by the next day and had it fixed.

I've been bringing my cars to Airport Tire for ten years. They've always been honest and fair, and their work very good. There was even a time, six years ago, when they replaced a starter motor and 3 months later it failed; without question or hesitation they replaced it under the parts warranty. Even as it has changed owners a couple of times the crew there has remained mostly the same. I would recommend them.

I took my car to 5 different auto shops who quoted me 800 dollars to repair my heater core.These guys gave me no quote, but did a test and turns out my heater core was fine. A hose had just slipped off.The repairs ended up costing 60 bucks all together, so they saved me 740 dollars.Really good guys. Really good.

The absolute best experiences with this place.I went in to get my breaks changed and was told I had plenty of life left on them. They are honest and I will always do my business with Bill. Also, wanted to say thank you to Mike for being an honest guy and easy to work with

Horrible expreince. I was given an estimate to remove two broken exhaust manifold bolts from my truck. I dropped off the truck in the morning and was called later that evening and was told it was ready to be picked up. When picking up the vehicle I was given an invoice that was DOUBLE what I was quoted! Their reasoning for the increase was that they had to drill and tap to remove the two bolts. I guess when they quoted me they were just hoping they would fall out on the floor!? The manager Bill did agree that they should have called to get approval before proceeding but would not do anything to adjust the bill. As a small business owner I hate to leave a bad review but I could not imagine doubling a customers bill without their consent and demanding that they pay it.

Great place, great people. Called them at 530 to get my tire plugged. They close at 6. He told me to get there as quick as possible. I got there at 545 and was done by 555. Great customer service!

Here it goes. I hit a pot hole on 275, cause there are millions to dodge inevitably I would hit one and my car started driving not as smooth. I walk into Airport Tire & Auto on Monday asking when I could bring it in to get looked at and take a look at the sunroof if they do electrical stuff. I said I could bring it in Tomorrow, Wednesday or Next week if it worked better. They told me tomorrow, so I brought it in around 10. I was told I would get a call when it's been looked at. No call all day. I called around 5:30 (they close at 6:30) because I needed my car for errands in the morning. I spoke to a gentleman that said something along the lines of "we just started looking at it, I'll call back with an estimate". Again, no call. I desperately need my car so I drive over right before they close to pick it up. My car is still on the jack, no one knows what the status of my car was. I can't take it home. I was told by the closing guy that they would give me a call.No call in the morning, so I call around 11:30. Yeah they got it fixed, I have no idea what they fixed because I received no estimate. I was told the dealership typically does sunroof stuff, yeah okay no problem the sunroof isn't the end of the world.I start telling the gentleman how upset I was with the customer service and another guy walks out and gets involved. During our slightly heated conversation with the second guy he informs me he was the one who I talked to last night and it was "common sense that if we are looking at it before close, that means we wont get working on it that day." That makes perfect sense, however, I as the customer should be informed of that. At one point he said "I'm not the one who hit the pothole," "we can reverse the damage," and I responded "I'm not going to allow you to take a sledgehammer to my car."Anyways, long story short --- I just wanted an update, I wanted to be respected. I think I should know if my car is going to be some place over night. I should know what I am paying for before they do the work. I shouldn't be blindly charged. I will not be coming back.

I have been there for oil changes and tires. They have yet to let me down. they do the job correctly and quickly; most of the time, for about less than other "chain" tire shops can/will do the job.As long as you understand that they are primarily a tire shop, you will not be disappointed. Can they do major repairs; yes. but the question is, are YOU taking enough care of your car to avoid the major repairs to begin with.I trust them with all the regular maintenance on my vehicles. That being said, I havent really had to have many major repairs.I will continue to use them!!!

This place is great! I was traveling and I had to get my oil changed so I stopped here, and they fixed my converter cover and pumped my tires up for free! Its just goes to show that there is some nice and helpful people left in this world.

What a nice place! We got a flat on a road trip and when we explained we had an 11 hour trip ahead they got us right in and on the road. I would highly recommend this tire store!

This website made me put 1 star. I would give them none. Took my BMW in tuesday because I broke down on the expressway and couldn't get into Superior until Thursday morning. They had my car for 2 days. They called my husband Wednesday evening to say it was fixed. My husband went up and paid $386 and left to pick me up at work. When we picked my car up it still sounded like a jet taking off and overheated. When they called my husband they said they had driven it and it was fine. There is no way this car could have ever been considered fixed. Took it to Superior Thursday morning. No way they were going to touch my car again. Not every Tom, Dick, or Harry can fix a foreign car. Especially not this company. My spineless husband wouldn't call them to get my money back. $975 at Superior and they had to take out what Airport put in to replace the waterpump. Cost me double labor.

They did a fine job on my car I have no complaints. Is only there for an alignment but I've seen in other places that try to say I had all kinds of stuff wrong with it

Brought my car here for repairs. Ended up needing a new engine. Bought and paid for it and not 3 months later its bad. Airport tire said I had a warranty when I got the engine, but refused to get me a new one. So now I have to buy another engine. 3 weeks later, still don't have my car. Everyday I'm told a new story how they need this or someone called out. They won't put another mechanic on it because thet have commitments. Where's my comitment? So far this is the fourth week I am told everyday that it will be ready tomorrow. WTF? I do not recommend bringing any car here for work.
