Have about any tire or basic automotive parts,an the service an people were excellent

I have came here the past couple of months to have my oil changed. Both time I was told that they do not have enough workers to work on my vehicle. This time I waited in line for 20 minutes to be told they are shutting at 4 on a Saturday. When I do get service to my vehicle everything has always been fine. I wish they would schedule their employees in a more sufficient manner.

If it was left up to me I would not give you a one star not at all. For one thing auto care center would get their story strat. Told my husband that they could put tires on our daughters car we drove about 45 minutes to get there they even took the car back and jacked it up took the tires off put them back on. No new tires went to ask what was going on we can put a different tire on it just what it comes with from the factory.SHOULD HAVE TOLD US THAT ON THE PHONE. NOW OUR DAUGHTER WITH OUR GRANDKIDS HAD TO DRIVE BACK HOME. THST IS 2 HOURS AWAY ON BALD TIRES. WILL NOT SHOP AT WALMART AGAIN.

That service was the worst I ever experienced was told it would take 1 1/2 and I sat there over 3 hours waiting to get my tires put on I payed 500.00 to watch the workers play and slack on putting tires on. I always buy new tires for my cars but it was a mistake taking my car to the Walmart in hazard ky

Pretty upset I asked for cheapest tire possible and they gave me $115 Goodyear tire. Also have a nail in different tire they were supposed to check, per copy of receipt, yet was not. Now I have an even bigger issue!!!!

Don t go there if you value your time. It takes 4 hours just for oil change. It s ridiculous. Not impressed by their coustomer service.

Last time a tire was purchased, they stripped threads on lug. Went to purchase new tire and they refused due to their own mistake. Made wait an hour before telling me this.

Took longer than estimated to get them on the vehicle, but got a very price for nice set of tires.

Worst place to get tire put on told me and my wife it would be 1 hour and it was past 3 hours and our car wasn t still in the bay but every time I ask we was next in line give me a job there bet I could do it 10 times faster it s BS
