I was driving an old VW cross country when I broke down in Hazard. Ishmael and his crew treated me so good. They were very thorough and worked nonstop until they were able to get me back on the road. I found their work and pricing to be extremely reasonable. I have broken down in similar situations and did not have the same outcome. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

I broke down in a bad situation. I was very worried since I was trying to make it back from N.C. to MN and I was stranded. However, I found Ishmael's shop. I can't say enough about this place. They worked continuously to get me back on the road. Not only was Ishmael diligent in fixing my car, but he was also more then generous in what he charged for the fix. I was in a situation where it would have been easy to make a fortune off my stranded predicament. But the whole crew was helpful, knowledgeable and honest. You can't go wrong doing business here!

They were really helpful and respectful and even went through all of my fuses and made sure they were good because my back up lamps under my license plate. Told me to come back tomorrow and he should have all of the tools that he will need to fix it. Thank you all so much for helping me today.

Just awful to deal with, owners sister Daisy told me it would be one price, owner said another, told not worry about would be what sister said. Then 3 months later get bill. Just awful, never deal with again.

Absolutely wonderful service great manager has a excellent attitude and affordable prices. Very understanding when it comes to a persons finances and how difficult in is in this day and time to afford car repair and goes out of his way to make getting your car fixed the best way to suit your financial situation! I feel so blessed to have found this individual he's a God sent!!! FACT!!!!

I was absolutely blown away by the high quality service that the guys here provided. I would give them 1,000,000 stars if I could! My girlfriend and I broke down and were stranded in a tiny town called Neon, and Victory gave an awesome, timely tow back to Hazard the man that drove us (Paul) was great. After managing to find a room at the Hampton in Hazard that night, we woke up and called the owner of Victory, Ismael, and he was able to do a quick repair to get the car back up to us at the hotel. When the engine was still overheating at the hotel, we drove back down to the shop, and Ismael and one of the mechanics (Travis) spent a good 2 hours straight helping us burp the cooling system and talking us through everything. After taking numerous test drives and going through a bunch of parts and fluids, Ismael gave us an incredible discount for everything, from the tow to the parts and labor. These guys are wonderful people, and I'd trust them with my car (hell, probably even my newborn) in a heartbeat.

I wanted to thank Ismael Stacy at victory towing. This evening my barring dislocated itself leaving my ride completely immobile.I called Ismael, he answered within a few rings, said he'd send someone right away.We waited no more than 15 minutes tops.He arrived and loaded my car himself!Towed it to Lothar for a measly 40 bucks.I fully expected to be charged an astronomical amount- so because he didn't extort me, the professionalism, prompt timing, I threw in a tip to show my appreciation and because he was worth more that he was asking.Thanks bunches victory towing!!

We broke down in Hazard, had Victory tow us. they said they could fix the transmission, even had a used one there. We spent three days there, as no car rental was open until the following Monday. We rented a car, our truck was to be done no later than Wednesday. We had to re-rent the car mid-week because of course the truck had not been worked on. We HAD to have the rental back by 1pm the following Saturday. Victory ASSURED me repeatedly it would be done. We arrived promptly at 9 am Saturday morning, even though they said it would be done Friday. We sat, and we sat, waiting on the truck, as it was still up on the rack. We watched the men smoke, joke around. One went and got breakfast for the gang. We watched them eat. They knew we were sitting RIGHT there waiting. 11:30 I stormed into the place, and they assured me again, few more minutes. We barely made it to drop off the rental.My bill was $1100 Five weeks later, the driveshaft fell off the rear end on my way to work. My mechanic said the bolts on the yoke were over-tightened and snapped. It sits in the garage as I write this. Stay as far away from Victory as possible. Oh, almost forgot, they were going to let us use one of their vehicles to get home, which was nice of them, but it burst into flames in their parking lot after they finally got it running.

Job was done. The guys sent didn't even call before pickup, price was higher than before, they tore my bumper off more than it was torn already. Driver kept going into 1st trying to get to 3rd gear. Towed from Jamestown to Crowe Tire for $60.

Wife and I were stranded in Harlan KY after completely frying the clutch on our TJ after a trail run. Victory Towing's driver "Jeff" drove an hour from Hazard to pick us up and flatbedded our dead Jeep to our home in Knoxville TN. Jeff had us loaded and unloaded quickly and was more than courteous the entire time. Can't say enough good things about Victory Towing or their operator Jeff. Recommend Victory Towing 110%!!!!Jeff and Andreau, Knoxville, TN.

The owners sister is very rude and being in a company vehicle tried to act like a police. Pulling up beside our car mad because we accidentally didn't see a top sign. I called the owner who told me she didn't work there but was ihis siztethe vehicle representing the company with very bad manners. Start toju.ping out pretendi g she was extremely mean. I will no longer use this company along with my friends. Very rude person that answered along with the two wemon In the Victory truck. If you think these people are honest and trustworthy bless you but I don't think these ladies are the law so beware you could get stopped by them.

Had A Clutch rebuilt was told 450$ no Lot fee, Had my car for long time, charged lot fee and other fees totaled 900$ total RIP off. And Hes your AAA tower/ service as Well and you don't have a choice.

Victory Towing is awful!!! i took my chevy equinox to get fixed and they charged me 400 dollars to fix and change my tire they did not even put my hub cap back on so i took it somewhere else and come to find out they put an old used wheel rim and tire from a chevy impala that's why the hub cap wouldn't fit , ended up buying a whole new tire and rim and hubcap plus out 400 bucks for nothing , DO NOT take your car there you will regret it and they charge out the nose for junk parts that are used!
