paid them over $500 to fix my car. they had my car over a week. Told me they couldn't do everything I asked them to (replace the front bumper even though I provided the bumper). When I picked my car up they assured the problem was fixed. The next day the problem was still there and I ended up having to get a new car because I was starting a new job out of town and needed a reliable vehicle. Because I trusted them I am now out $500 with nothing to show for it.

Had some exhaust work done to my car here. Service was excellent and straight forward. Buddy Turner is a great guy to do business with and his mechanics are top notch. Highly recommend!!!

They have had my car for 13 days said it would be fixed in a couple days called back again today told me if the lords willing it will be fixed tomorrow. So long story short I took my car to them over a month ago they told me it was my transmission and told me to take it to a guy in Jackson I did that they keep my car for over a month turns out it s my turbo so I go get my car from Jackson bring it to turner brothers they told me they could have it fixed in a couple days well they have had my car for 12 days now and still not fixed. I have had a very bad experience with the garages trying to get my car fixed I hope and I pray it is fixed tomorrow I ve had to bum rides to get to work get my kids back and forth to school for over a month now.

First mechanic I've ever heard say "don't drive that, its not safe" and not try to steal my wallet. Had some exhaust, suspension, and spark plug work done for a fair price.

Extremely nice and helpful staff. Fair honest Mechanic's who actually know what their doing! Best place to get you car fixed in Hazard.

I can't believe how great they r. Came and picked me up from my house bc they had my ride working on it and I had no way to get there besides paying a taxi, but they wouldn't have it. Then when I get there they had put a tire on for me, fixed my muffler, and tried to straighten out a bar on the back of my vehicle bc they didnt think I had the money for it at the time. THEN only charged me for tire! They will work with u! During this pandemic has been so harf for me as a single mother pregnant with 2 young girls, and they have been so kind to me always trying to help me. I have no complaints. They r wonderful and know what they r doing!

They are a busy shop. I broke down in the area and a local recommended them. The owner told me on the phone he would not charge me to put it on the diagnostic machine. Once I got the bill, they charged me $60 for putting it on the diagnostic machine. My check engine light came back on the following day.

People stay away they lie about everything all they do is want more money for nothing and they don't want to work you can tell it told me part for my car I couldn't even order it but I walk into advance and buy it I'm stock lazy and ps they messed up stuff before on my wife's vehicle it never did run right again ever so staying away and you should do the same you'll leave with a empty wallet and more car problems than you had before you came there no joke
