Salesman seemed to be a great. I looked at a truck and it had issues with it and they didn t want to fully fix those issues so a couple weeks later I find another truck that seemed to be in really good shape or so I thought. The truck overheated and just a host of problems to say the least I ll never do any business there again they do not go over used vehicles or address any problems with their used vehicles plain and simple.

Awful place!!! My son bought a car on a Thursday and by the following Wednesday it was overheating and in the shop!!! We were told the the car had just had a brand new turbo put in it and it would be a great work car for my son to drive back and forth 1.50 hours 1 way 5 days a week!!!! We found out that the car did NOT have a new turbo put in it as that turbo we had to replace because it was busted on both sides!!! We have had to replace so far the turbo, coolant sensor, thermostat, mass air flow sensor, water pump and are going to have to get new tires because the ones that are on it have wires on the inside sticking out, not to mention there is a massive oil leak!!!! I understand it is a used car but you should not pay $5,000.00 for a car to have it in the shop with in 6 days!!!! They lied to me and to my son!!!!!! I have tried 5 times to reach out to them and no one calls me back!!!!!!! Legal action is my next move I guess!!! Don t buy a car from this place!!!!!!!

I got one of their mailers in the mail and instead of throwing it in the garbage like I normally do I decided to check it out it was a contest well I played and won so I did what was required and went to the website and got an appointment to go to the dealership to claim my prize and when I went in and showed the woman at the front desk she laughed in my face and I was there on the appointment time set by their own website most disrespectful people I've ever had the pleasure to meet I will never go here again and would never buy anything from this disrespectful place and people this is a total scram trying to get bodies on the dealership lot to sell cars from disrespectful people no thanks I strongly recommend going somewhere else don't spend your hard earned money with disrespectful people like this one of the most disrespectful, deceitful, shady businesses in hazard they don't even honor their on contest just shameful!!!

Overpriced and they will not stay away from you. You go to look at a vehicle and they walk right on your heels I guess they're afraid you'll steal something. Personally myself I'd rather use someone else than I did when I bought my truck I did not use these guys although I did go there, looked at the same truck for a little bit higher and they would not even let me test drive it

Car buying is a big decision and I have always been anxious about the process. I just bought a Nautilus here and I could not have asked for better service than I received from Poppy, Chris, and the entire sales team. Excellent customer service, very helpful, did not pressure me and answered the 1000 questions I asked without hesitation. If you are looking for a new vehicle go check them out.

Tried to call service department hade to wait for over an hour before eneyone would answer and when they did finally answer had to be put on hold for for 30 minutes or more will not be going back to them

I purchased a vehicle from there a year or so ago. I was told by the GM of this location that it had a clear fax, ASK TO SEE THE CAR FAX FOLKS! I blame myself for this one. Once I had the car a couple months, one of the brand new tire(s) developed a knot, they said I could buy one from them and wouldn t give me warranty information. A couple months after that it started acting up. The fan would kick on to cool the turbo, I took it to a repair shop where they informed me this car had been severely wrecked and I had to get a new radiator and water pump. Once I replaced it all, I didn t feel safe in it. I called the GM back and he said he would give me what I paid on a trade in to just keep a watch on inventory for something I liked. Once I found something, he screened and avoided my calls. I took the car to another place to trade in and they showed me the car fax. He lied completely, it had been in a moderate wreck. Thankfully a wonderful salesman from Don Franklin in Lexington made this right, gave me more than I owed on the car and got me a pretty new BMW. I would never do business with this place again. Completely just out to sell you anything, and will tell you anything you wanna hear. Lessons learned here.

My experience with Tim Short Ford Dealership was Great !!! The salesmen as well as the delivery drivers were all nice ,understanding and respectful . I actually found this Dealership from car gurus website and was approved online for one of their cars Wednesday night , Thursday morning the Dealership called me confirmed my information and I sent over all my paperwork didn't have to leave my home no long wait times at a dealership they also offer delivery. price may vary for your location by Friday afternoon 12pm my car was delivered to me in my driveway I signed my paperwork ( car has already 30 day tag on it when delivered )NC plate and registration will be mailed to me

I bought a vehicle over a year ago. When i bought the vehicle i noticed a part was broke, they took the piece and told me they would mail me one, there was also a small dent on the vehicle they were going to fix being it was a $50k vehicle. After calling and calling over and over again and always getting the run around and NEVER speaking to anyone except the front desk that she will give them the message, I would highly NOT recommend this dealer. We drove 5 hours to this dealer and learned our lesson. They make promises just to make the sale and then disappear. After reading reviews it looks like this is common practice for them. Same your time and money and go somewhere else.

I really wanted to be able to give this dealership a good review! The only reason for the 1 star is they did deliver the car to me and the conversation was nice over the phone!! But once I signed that contract, they cared nothing for me. Awful customer service!!! To make matters worse, once I did finally get someone to answer my calls to get the floor mats that were promised to me, I had to make the 2 hour and 45 minute drive to hazard to make sure I got what they Owed me! I received the most generic set of floor mats! I had purchased a $25,000 car from this place and received nothing from them in return. Not to mention, after my service that day, the keys were handed to me to walk to the back of the building to get my car instead of them driving the car up to me at the door!! The one thing I did learn from this experience is that I will never do this over the phone again! I will always go to the dealership in person for my car buying experience!

I cannot stop appreciating all the assistance provided by salesman - Mr. Glenn Cornett and sales manager - ChrisAbsolutely no pressure sales, we agreed to a deal and payed a deposit but due to some personal issue could not pick the car for a few weeks. They were extremely cooperative throughout the process and did an extremely nice detailing on the car purchased.I will highly recommend this dealership to all my friends and would love to do business with them again.

I have been trying for well over a month to speak with the general manager about canceling the order I placed through Ford.com for a Mustang Mach-e (and to ask how to have my $500.00 deposit that this dealer charged my credit card for that order refunded). The manager has never answered the phone when I have been transferred to their extension (no voicemail picks up either), but they have also never called me back in response to any of the messages I have left. Ford marketing division (that deals with these online orders) has told me I have to talk to the Ford representative at the dealership and when I call the receptionist tells me they think that is the general manager but numerous messages and even more phone calls later and I still have not been able to reach them. I am willing to accept that they are very busy, but over a month with no response and never being able to reach them???

If I could give them 0 stars I would.. Spent 80 grand on a truck.. To find out they sold me the brand new truck with an active service fault light on it.. I don t live local and have been given the run around for 4 months yesterday about their service department being backed up!! Take your money elsewhere!!

Too long a story to put here but Jeff King and Bobby Collier (in the parts department) went above and beyond to help a sick, elderly friend of mine to locate an almost impossible to find part for his beloved 30 year old Lincoln Town Car. Thank you Bobby and Jeff!!!

Trying to work out a deal with them over the phone and they actively sold the truck I was interested in while we were working on the details. Couldn t bother to call me back and tell me that in person either. Not professional in the least bit and show little respect to their potential customers time

Shady business going on here. Dealt with them in Feb. Had a trade in that I owed on. They sold my trade in to the salesman I was working with. Once papers where signed the salesman couldn't help me. The bank that my trade in was through was telling me to repossess the vehicle and keep making my payments. I had to make extra payments even though I didnt have the vehicle. This was a big mess. I was told by the salesman along with another person there that they where going under and couldn't pay my trade in off. Beware and get your agreement notarized or just run in the other direction. I know I wont deal with them again .

We bought an Audi Q7 from this lot, and were told that the check engine light was only one for a cooling Temperature sensor. We had them check it again, and they verified that before we left with it. Once we took it to the garage a code also popped up for the thermostat which we had fixed along with the other part and have the receipt to prove it. The heat still doesn t work in it. We called them and there service department looked at it, and said they couldn t fix it. They don t know what s wrong with it. We have 3 kids we traded our van in because the air didn t work in it just to get a vehicle that the heat don t work in, and no one told us about it before hand. Now the Audi dealership said they can t get it in to look at it until Nov. 5th. We just paid 20,000 for this vehicle to turn around put $600 in it, and it s still not fixed. I definitely would not recommend this dealership ever.

As for friendliness of the service dept I ve never had much of an issue however if you re going to try to get in contact with anyone via phone it s extremely difficult. I called hours ago and was told the parts dept was on the phone with two customers waiting and they would call me back. I waited several hours for a call and tried to call again to which I was told sorry their busy. Called Bruce Walters in Pikeville and they answered right away, scheduled me an appointment, and got everything going.

This dealerships service departmentIs a joke. They kept my car for 3 months. They didn't start work on it till after 2. I had to contact mfg to get them on it after all the lies i was told. All in all when 4 mths pasted got car back with same issues as when dropped off.

Absolute worst car buying experience ever. Made the trip there to get a car only to find out the salesman took it out of town. Was suppose to bring the following day, sent someone that couldn't answer questions. The sales or lot manager Mr. Chitwood, extremely rude and showed his lack of intelligence. Trent Short very rude, showed his lack of doing anything without daddy backing him. DO NOT deal with this bunch. The only reason I gave it 1 star is due to my salesman, Tim, was very nice and helpful.

Me and my dad drove two hours to look at a vehicle because I am going off to college and I need a reliable vehicle. I have saved money for a long time for a new vehicle and when we got there I test drove the vehicle. Everything was fine and we purchased the vehicle. On the way home, not even an hour on the road, the engine blew up. We called the dealership and they couldn t care less. They will not do anything about the vehicle and they will not give me my money back in which I need for college. Absolutely horrible customer service and I would not recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle from them. Absolutely ridiculous.

Really poor experience and zero follow-up when I expressed concerns. I have spent well over $1,000 to repair issues that vehicle was sold with, some significant safety issues. I sent dealership invoice of issues and what I had to paid, they never responded. Now the radiator leaks. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.Update: another $1,300 in costs today. Thanks Tim Short Ford. I learned a valuable lesson from you. Also. Thanks for trying to make it better... absolute lack of customer service.

Started working on my deal around 12:00 P.M. with my salesman Bobby, and had the deal worked out around 2:00 P.M. I made the drive and was in out and in less than an hour. One of the most pleasant car buying experiences I ve had. Would highly recommend this dealership.

Please read. Bought a used Camry 4/1/21 & on way home it started getting dark & we realized the headlight didn t work. Today is 6/10 & they still haven t fixed it. I finally took it to an auto repair person who told me, that for the past few years, they get more vehicles from Tim Short that are sold as in good shape but have multiple problems. They said they d never buy from Tim short

I recently purchased a 2019 Hyundai Tucson and the experience was so simple and easy! I seen the vehicle for sale the night before and the next morning received a follow-up from Jason Sparkman who was very thorough and professional. Jason referred me to Bobby who is an amazing, experienced salesman. Bobby had my car delivered to my front door within the SAME DAY (I live three hours away) for a reasonable price. I am in love with my car!! After being t-boned in a horrible accident, this purchase experience has made things so much easier with a simple click of buttons on my iphone. My brand new car is in stellar condition with LOW miles and I received the Below Market Price!! Thank you all so much!! -Kayla
