I love doing business with Lowe s! They have literally helped build my business! They have saved me so much money and have the best deals! Not to mention the best employees one in particular who has went above and beyond to go out of his way to help build my business a Mr. James fields! I literally feel like family when I m greeted every morning!

Delivery schedules are appalling. Lowes uses a third party called Spirit. We were given a delivery date for a stove in February and waited all day. We called the store only to find out no one was coming and our date was moved to the next day. If this was a one time deal it wouldn't be so bad. However, We had another delivery scheduled for Spirit to deliver another appliance for March 7 and waited the allotted time. It too was rescheduled for the next day March 8. The next day rolled around and guess what? No delivery. It was rescheduled again to March 11. This date was not met either. I called Lowe's corporate and was assured delivery on March 13. Spirit brought nothing. Thank you to Taniel and Chris at Hazard Lowes for finally getting us our refrigerator. Five stars for you. Lowe's I think it's time to get rid of Spirit.

Love Lowe's. They had a Santa that was extremely sweet to my children. The employees always seem to have lollipops for the little ones and I think that's the only reason my kids are excited to go

Tried for almost half month to get my order and still keep getting putting it off. If you have a project to do I suggest you hire your own person to go pick it up. I was told to cancel my order and reorder so they could deliver faster and here Ive been put off twice again on my order. And still not gotten it . I wish they was another place I could get supplies

This would have to be the best Lowes store ever visited! Employees are the KINDEST AND MOST HELPFUL, especially Chase, and the store is very well organized.

Needed 70 square feet of tile (70 pieces #2806832). They only have cracked pieces in stock at Hazard and never got anymore. There was 258 squares at the Wise Virginia store. Called three days in a row to ask if they could get it transferred. Received the same response of "we will check and call you back". Nobody called back. On the 4th day I requested to stay on the phone until someone called to see. Was told they were going to transfer it. A team would go get it and it would be available when I needed it. They never went to get it. Store associate at hazard told me the order was in but was not carried out. Never was. One week later my husband drove to the Wise Virginia location and told them what he needed. They informed him they already had it all together and had been waiting on Hazard to come and pick it up but they never had. So, at least it was already waiting for him at this store and they were quick to help him.

Ordered drywall from here and twice they failed to deliver it. First time they failed to deliver it without ever contacting me. So, I rescheduled it for delivery on a Wednesday between 12-4pm and they tried to deliver it at 9:30 am. Got a phone call from the delivery driver saying I can reschedule it for Monday. But the worst part is I had a worker that goes in at 9am, at the place of delivery, and he said they never even showed up.In summary, Hazard Lowe s is almost as bad as Pikeville Lowe s when it comes to delivery and customer service. If possible go to Wise Lowe s in VA.

Nobody working Pro Services on the weekends, Being a contractor it s hard to get help and answers needed to plan for upcoming work week(Logistics and availability of materials) Inventory on website is never accurate. It s at least 2-3 hours to get outta of the store per visit, finding an associate that can help you, being on hold for an average of 10-15 minutes. This a busy time of the year for home and yard improvements, to not have enough associates working the floor.

I come there quite often to get straw, no one is ever at a check out lane, self check out is a joke. I had to wait for a staff member to scan their badge before I could find the product. Then had to wait over 20 minutes to get the straw. Come to find out, the member if staff had not notified him I was out there. I use to work for lowes and it was a great company to work for at that time. But now the employees basically run and hide if they think you're gonna ask for help

Do not go here for appliances. They never have anything in stock, don t live up to their delivery estimates when you have to order something, and workers give you the run around when you need help with something. Absolutely shameful that this is the only place in town to buy appliances without going to a rent-to-own business.

The employees on the floor at the store couldn't be any friendlier. Where they fall way short is on deliveries. While I'm working on a house over 40 miles away I thought they could save me time but buddy, I was wrong! I ordered 5 deliveries in total at $80 a delivery and every time they arrived I'd get moldy wood and damaged drywall.They came out twice every time to fix the order and my 5th and final order was not only damaged and moldy but it took a total of 3 visits to get what I actually asked for. That last time they replaced the damaged goods, it was with the wrong material. Every time I order from them I'd ask them to please make sure nothing was damaged and moldy but it still happened. They even had "fresh" lumber in the store with black mold growing on some of it. Way too many women working here! All I had to do in the end was ask to speak to a man a viola! Problem solved!

Well it was very uncomfortable because of the employees kept hounding me asking if I needed any help and just following me around like I was trying to steal something, its like this every time I go here and it is not just me it's numerous different people

They helped me get the right parts that I needed to fix the bathroom sink. Plus you can get everything you need to fix about anything. They answer questions that you might have about a project and help you to get all the pieces you need to get the job done. Also, they have good deals on stuff people bring back or didn't ever come to pick it up. Plus, if you don't have the money, you can apply for a Lowe's credit card, and, if approved, you can get the stuff that you need to start a project that day. They even have the tools you'll need if you don't have them. You used to be able to put down a deposit on tools to use them and when you bring them back, you get your deposit back. That way you won't have to buy a tool that you may never use again.

Great place to shop. When I can't find out what I need over the phone, I just call or go to one of their other locations. Unless I know of a worker in the store that I can talk to in person that can answer my questions & make a sale. That is exactly what happened today. Thanks so much. There still is a few good workers.

One of the better Lowes Stores I have been to. The staff does help with any questions every time I am in the store. Truly could not ask for a better location to get all my home improvement needs. And the customer service here is what sets it a part. Truly!! :)

Hazard Lowe's is one of my favorite places to shop. We are always greeted by friendly & helpful staff. The store is clean & well maintained. Sometimes check out in the lumber yard is really slow and it takes awhile for them to open a second register but they are very thorough.

Have been trying for over two hours to speak with an employee to make sure an item is actually in stock before making a 30 mile trip to the Hazard store. On previous occasions, the site indicates a product is available only to find out upon arrival that it is out of stock. Employees have said it is best to call ahead.I have exhausted every option mentioned on the answering service and still cannot reach a person. This is not an isolated incident -just business as usual and management should make something of an effort to improve customer service.So far this year, we have purchased over $3,200.00 at this store and it doesn t look like there is going to be other opportunities for us to shop here.Based on today s experience, I rate the service to be at a minus 3.
