They took care of my needs and I got a nice car from them. I love my car, very cool environment and everyone is very polite. Even with little credit they made it happen.

I went here the other day and I am very disappointed in these people! Awful workers! This young boy was basically just insulting me! He was so rude and so hateful for no reason! Was so snobby too.. I didn't think teenagers could be vehicle salesmen?! How about y'all get better workers.. if you ever want to go here don't all their vehicles are awful and these "good" reviews are bots or family members to the CLUTTS. Go to Tim Short people!

Bought a 2015 Chevy Silverado clutts told me I would get a warranty and that the truck had so much value I wouldn t need gap insurance even though I specifically asked for it. They get me on a payment that the truck isn t worth. They marked the truck up to 27k when the value is only around 17k at the time the truck was better valued however they also told me they could get me in a way cheaper payment, I go to clutts to get the truck and they raised the truck payment to 581 instead of the 500 flat rated amount that was discussed, less than a year goes by and I call because the engine light came on. Clutts then says you don t have a warranty and they left me stranded now I m stuck with a truck that has an engine light and no warranty what so ever this is the worst dealer you could go to. NEVER do business with this shady terrible place the monthly bill is like a gunshot NEVER and I mean NEVER go here I was new to this and was lead astray would ve read fine print but took their word on it DONT GO HERETRIED TO GET A TRADE IN they offered me 15k for the truck and would not help me at all The market was bad at the time of purchase other dealers offered more money

We had a great experience at Clutts. We drove almost 4 hours to purchase a truck seen online. They gave us more than anyone local offered for our trade, and a fair deal on the new one. Overall very pleased and felt welcome and valued as customers. Nick was our salesman and he was friendly and knowledgeable. We were in a hurry and they had us in and out with minimal wait. We highly recommend Clutts Auto Sales and are happy with our new truck!

Update: After a few months the doors and windows started acting up. We took it into our local dealership and they told us that the warranty was only good for service to be completed at Clutts Auto. So for us we would have to drive 2 hours round trip to get our car checked out and worked on. When purchasing the warranty they told us it was good at any dealership.Previous Review: Overall a pretty smooth process. Worked with Jeff and Kevin and was well taken care of. The Finance Manager was also great to do business with. Was able to get in the vehicle I wanted at the price I was looking for. They also have a very good extended warranty program that will take car of our vehicle through the life of the loan.

Great stuff with these salesmen they did everything over the phone they will go to work for you immediately which is pretty shocking in the sales industry you usually run into slacking salesmen but not these guys Jeff and Justin are the go to guys if you re looking for your next new ride! P.s I wasn t at the dealership 10 minutes and left in my new ride these guys go to work! Great eastern Kentucky worker s at this lot!

Jeff and Justin took care of me. Drove 2.5 hours away, but very much worth it. Not pushy, very friendly and knowledgeable. I saw the negative reviews on here, and if you call ahead, they have the vehicle there waiting on you. Met the owner; he is a very nice gentleman. There's a reason they have been in business for almost fifty (50) years. They were excellent, from finance, to sales, to the other associates who were not directly assisting. Just make sure you see the Carfax BEFORE you buy.

Highly recommend this dealership! We were treated with great respect as well as our children! We were in the market for a truck and this group of men worked endlessly to get us in what we wanted. Our salesman Jeff Halcomb was beyond great, he showed a great deal of care, so much that he even stayed after hours so that we could take home our truck! If I could give more starts I would!

After a brief visit, I've found they are first and foremost, salesmen. They're not going to be blunt or honest with you they just want to sell you something. It may be fine for some, but I want someone who will just tell me honestly what's wrong with something. Having someone sit there spouting lies that are clearly just that, is honestly just insulting to me, I don't plan on ever returning.

BAIT AND SWITCHIf you are considering a used car here, please save your time and money and move along. The employees are reviewing Clutts at 5 stars, review themselves! This place is horrid for used cars. You will be told anything, and their service department is just trying to get that vehicle through theirb1 month warranty. It is truly unbelievable. I've bought 10+ used cars for 7 or 8 dealerships and this was hands down the worst experience Ive ever had or heard of.I was looking at a vehicle here, drove 3 hours to look at and test drive.Their pricing is very VERY misleading. Their prices assume that you are trading a car in. So if the vehicle you want is 7,000 on their website. Go ahead and add 1 to $2,000 to that, because once you get there they will start tacking on thousands to the price. Some are nice, but the managers there are just looking to RIP you off. They will tell you anything. After 3 visits trying to buy the vehicle I wanted I finally got to give them my moneyThere was a horrible exhaust rattle that I had asked them to fix, turns out they put some wood shims under the vehicle to keep it from rattling for about a month, when I found them I was appalled. One of the head assemblies was cracked and taped up. When I drove it away the headlight was out. I called them up and they said they couldn't help me. I'm 3 hours away so I was screwed on that. There is so many little thingsTheir service department, if there is one, is just there to get their used cars out and working for about a month, their warranty. I wish I never found their website.

I would not recommend this place to anyone . They will do ok the first go around then when your credit gets better they will message u until u come on then they will stick it to u good. I ended up with way worse than the junk I had and owing a war pension for it. The service dept won't fix anything even if u do have a warranty it's either not broke or not covered. Lol new motto

You cannot even look at the vehicles they currently have for sale. You'll have to give them your; first and last name, email, and phone number to just be allowed to even look at their inventory. Reason being according to them, and I quote, "Other dealers try to copy our pricing and other things." So yes, that ended any interest I may of had very quickly. Hopefully they'll be able to protect the mentioned "things" from their competition.

I would give them 0 stars if that was an option. My husband scheduled an appointment to drive 3 HOURS AWAY look at SPECIFIC truck at a certain time, and when he arrived, they had already let someone take it off the lot. That is awful customer service! Would not recommend taking the time out of your day to work with this dealership! That's absolutely ridiculous!

If I could give them negative five stars I would. I called this dealership interested in a truck. Over the phone they told me the price was negotiable so I drove 2.5 hours 1 way to buy the truck. When I arrived the truck was covered in salt and was a rusted POS every other vehicle on the lot was CLEAN except the one they new I was coming to buy. I looked over the truck and it had been painted in several spots and the backup camera didn't work. After I told them all the problems they said they had no idea about them. After going inside the building I said see what you can do on the price. so after waiting 20 mins they came back with the same exact price as before and said all the problems I found were included in that price ($31000). When I got up and was getting ready to get in my car the sales man ran out and said my boss wants to talk to you. So I went back in to talk to the boss. When I told them why I wasn't buying it he came back with many pathetic excuses on why they couldn't lower the price. He was extremely rude and had major attitude. So I got up and left. I WOULD NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP!!! THEY WASTED MY ENTIRE DAY FOR NOTHING!!!!

My wife and I have been repeat customers of Clutts Auto for many years. We just purchased our 5th vehicle yesterday from Jeff Halcomb and Clutts Auto. The sales people will bend over backwards and do everything they can to try and get you into the vehicle you like. I would recommend you stop in and see them for your next auto, they understand the working man and there is no high pressure sales guy breathing down your back they just make the process stress free and help you make the purchase that makes you happy when you leave the lot.

Went to look at a car that was listed on the website for $6900. After deciding to purchase, the number they gave us was absurd. Said it would cost $9000 because since we were paying in cash, they charge $1000 for not financing and $500 for not trading in a vehicle. We called before driving 2 hours to come look at the vehicle and nobody told us about this. Left without purchasing anything.

I have been calling about a Kia Soul that had for sale. I started calling Saturday morning at 9am for an out the door price, and it is currently Tuesday at 2:30pm and I have yet to hear a price. I have talked with both Nicks and a man named Jeff. I'm done with trying to get them to give me a price. Apparently I was wrong when I thought this was a car lot, and their job was to sell cars. This would have been the easiest sale ever, and they couldn't handle it.

Went there on the evening of 12/17/13 to look at a 2013 Ford Taurus. Was greeted by a very polite salesman, his name was Sam. We had actually spoken on the phone about that particular car so he instantly directed me towards the car and began showing it to me. First of all the car was in pretty bad shape for only 7,700 miles. Door ding on the back drivers door, several chip marks on the hood, front bumper, roof of car etc. Parts of interior was extremely dirty as were a few of their other cars. Carpets were clean mostly but had alot of stuff in cracks of seats, cup holders, many other crevices of the car. Anyways about the customer service cause thats one of the main reasons I would go to a dealership to buy a car and this one definitly doesn't have customer service. They refused to negotiate on the price of their not so perfect 7k mile Taurus but wanted me to come down on my trade in. My trade was a 2013 Toyota Avalon Limited. It had 11k miles on it at the time and only offered me 27k and said thats the best they could do. I understand its a business but if they wanted my car for such a low ball price definitely should have been able to negotiate on theirs as well. Went on trying to make a deal with them but couldn't get anything settled and I mean an hour. I'd request more money then they would make me wait 15 mins to run their numbers to tell me "no not enough profit for us" lol. Finally they held me up long enough I said forget it I have to leave and they talked me into driving the car home to keep for the evening which I did. Car drove just fine. Mechanically it was a sound car but cosmetically definitely needed some attention. Brought the car back the next morning b/c I had been texting the salesman and had a deal worked out. But when I got there they couldn't honor their words, not enough profit for them again. I was told via text that they could finally do the deal but when I got there they had adjusted my 60 month term to 75 months and wasn't even gonna tell me. As if this wasn't enough I had a heated discussion with the finance manager, Brad and he was absolutely rude. Showed me several prices to prove his was priced the cheapest and it was most certainly not. His was priced at 22,544 and then I went on to show him all the ones that were priced at 19,999, 21k etc. He defended his by saying they don't have the same options as his, well I agreed b/c his didn't have hardly any that the others did such as: navigation, heated/cooled seats, blindspot monitoring, remote start and quite a few more. Thats what the similar models had that his didn't and were cheaper than his. Bottom line is I didn't buy his car, got up from the table and walked away. Same evening I got a phone call about another taurus I had inquired about from another local dealership, they had the same year, 2013 Ford Taurus Limited with every option, car just wasn't an AWD. I went straight there the same day and traded, got a better car same mileage and more features for 2,200 cheaper including all fees, taxes, lic etc. For anyone looking for cars I assure you their are many more dealerships out there that have more knowledgeable employees, workers that would actually appreciate your business and not talk down to you. I just can't believe that dealerships stay open with that sort of behavior.
