**BEWARE** They ll nod their heads and tell you whatever it is you d like to hear. Took a 2019 side by side there and took them 3+ months to get it working . Came back with missing fasteners to hold the body panels on, broken parking brake cable, white substance in the oil after they stated they changed the oil (I didn t ask for that and wouldn t have after conversations with them). Each time we d call there was a new part or tool that was needed. It was pretty obvious they were clueless and I would have much rather heard that from them than pretending like they knew what they were doing. Asked for a call from the owner after picking up the machine and seeing the state it was in and haven t heard anything. That s been weeks ago. No telling how much more money will have to be spent to fix a machine that s 3-4 yrs old with low hours.

They were cool when I bought the mower, but this is the second time this week I'm driving to Crofton to pick up parts since they won't pick up the phone. I'd much rather get the parts with them but I'm not wasting a trip for a 5050 chance. Crofton dealer just tells me if they have it. Super cool.

I was glad to find a local lawnmower repair service . The staff is very professional and they got my mower repaired faster than I expected.
