I had one of the best experiences with buying a new car that I ve ever had. Toby Sheffield was an awesome salesman! No pressure or stress at all! Highly recommend them!

We had our trucked towed to this location because they were recommended. Was quoted almost 5,000 to fix which was no issue. Turned around 3 weeks later to check on the vehicle and the service desk said they were never told whether to continue with the repair. They were called back 4 mins after the initial call to proceed with the fix. 3 weeks later, no repairs had even been started, they had no idea what parts they had and what parts they did not have.HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. Most unprofessional service shop I've ever dealt with.

Moore Ford is the worst mechanic shop I ve ever seen! They barely know the details of what s going on with your car. They had it for 3 months, one of those months I was without a rental car. Those months I had to go up there, an hour away, or call myself to get an update. They never called me or told me the parts were on back order or that the mechanic himself broke the parts off in my car . Very very poor service considering I had to take it back to them once after I got the car for a oil leak that wasn t there before. My car now has no AC and has never ran so horrible in the 4 years I ve owned it. I refuse to ever go back to this place or recommend it to friends or family. I paid them well over $1,000 to make the issue worse and now have to pay another shop to fix the damages caused. Very disappointed

You can t reason with them on price and they don t want to give you anything for your trade-in. They want you to buy theirs and give yours to them for free.

Broke down. They were the closest dealer. Called them on the phone to say we were being towed in. We were immediately helped and they stayed after hours to finish. Got us on the road. Thanks to Tia, Stephanie, Jeff, Enoch, Jimmy and Ryan (School Boy).

My wife and I can't say enough good things about the sales and service staff at Moore Ford in Hartford. They are genuine people who care. They are simply the best.My wife and I bought a 2020 Ford Escape from them last year. Jordan and Trevor made the process so simple. Buying a car is always so stressful---but not at Moore. If you live anywhere near these folks, please put them on your car shopping list. You won't be disappointed.

Through the years, I have come to know the Moore family and those working at the Hartford location.From service to parts to sales, I trust their capabilities and value their integrity. So much, I am willing to drive from another county away. I've always been treated like family and service is second to none!If you like small town, southern hospitality like I do...Moore Ford-Ram is the location.

If you want people to buy a vehicle, maybe you should be a little more organized and do what you say you will do. We were already approved at another dealership, and were willing to drive 2 hours for a better price. Not anymore. This was a waste of time. All factors were given BEFORE the process was started, and promises were made but not kept.

Gary Kirk and Trevor Wilson were life savers! I had an awful experience to get me to them (my car I d only had for 7 months was totaled when I was rear-ended). Gary helped me deal with the insurance people with the research he did on my totaled vehicle and Trevor helped find the perfect replacement car. I highly recommend you make the drive to Hartford!

Repair department less than forthcoming if not out right dishonest. Arranged for another dealer to service my vehicle. All I know for certain is my family car sat for a month with rear doors secured with a luggage strap. They said parts were unavailable. Ford said that problem had been solved for some time and got my UNSAFE family car an appointment within minutes with BF EVANS. Both Ford and BF Evans found the situation unsatisfactory. Huh

I didn't have a very good experience here. My truck was messed up and they said they couldn't fix it. They weren't in they market for overhauling vehicles. But they would offer me a trade in. It would have been a quick fix if they would have been interrested in fixing it tho. All they would have had to done is change a sensor. So I went to O'Reilly down the road, got the sensor Moore Ford told me was bad and fixed it myself. Thank you Moore Ford. You save me a bunch money when you hooked my truck up to your computer.

Actually would have given them less then 1. They were to busy to help a long time multi vehicle Ford owner. We were from out of town, just wanted it checked (also heard another similar experience from last year) in case problem was an emergency. They sent us to someone else & ends up the wheel bearing was about to cause us to loose our wheel. To me that could have been a life threatening situation, yet they were to busy to even look after having heard what seemed to be going on.

Bought a ford f250 came with a 50000 mile moore ford warrenty took it in to get workedon never fixed it and then charged me for parts and labor not sure what the warrenty covers but not the first time that ive seen this happen there

This is the second car we have bought at Moore Ford. The staff is very nice and went to great lengths to help us get the new car we needed. We will definitely go back the next time we are in the market for a vehicle.

Very rude sales department. Not trustworthy. Never gave us a chance to trade nor did they give us an opportunity to hold the vehicle so we could come back with a trade in. Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership.

Had my sisters truck for over a month. After $1100 and two trips from Louisville to pick it up after it was fixed it s still broken and the GM wasn t willing to do anything to resolve the problem.

Never take your vehicle here for an alignment. Said they couldn't align it and my vehicle needed $800 in parts. Found the parts that the vehicle needed for $200. They still charged me $50 to align it. Can't even tell they've been under the vehicle.

Gary useless for help and smart mouth used cars brake do n all the time n paint peels they won t do anything about or help you
