I blew a tire on my way home from working in Tennessee with my wife at 7am. After calling several towing companies and being quoted more than I could afford just for the tow, I was given Mr. Brandons number by one of the other tow companies. I called him and explained the situation, that I needed either donut tire, a used tire, or a tow home but that I had a pretty limited budget. He was extremely friendly and helpful, he told me he would look for a tire that would fit at his shop and if he couldn t find one he would tow me home within my budget. He ended up finding a used tire, and towed my car to his shop to mount it, all for less than either a tow or a new tire would have cost through anyone else. I highly recommend Main Street Towing and will be sure to go through them in the future.

Saved the day! Rented a Tesla 3 and no one else was available or willing to charge me 8 miles to a charging station and he showed up in 15 min and charged a really affordable rate. Super nice and professional.

Mr. Brandon Thomas the owner of this business is more than just a businessman, he's a gentleman and a person who goes 110% out of his way to assist a traveling stranger in need.I'm currently traveling around the country and as I was passing through Hartford, KY, my vehicle broke down. Luckily for me, someone called Main Street Towing on my behalf. Mr. Thomas arrived within minutes and tried numerous things to get my vehicle started. With no luck, I needed to call the Road Side Assistance of the manufacturer of my brand new 2022 vehicle to get authorization for a tow. After being on the phone nearly 1.5 hours with Roadside Assistance looking for a Dealer that would accept my vehicle, Mr. Thomas waited right there with me in the 90+ degree weather. In fact he even took it upon himself to call people he knows on my behalf at local Dealerships to see if they would assist me.After finding a dealer 60 miles away that would accept my vehicle the next day, Mr Thomas towed my vehicle to a safe location for the night and said he would return at 8:00 am the next morning to tow my vehicle to the dealer. The next morning Mr. Thomas was true to his word and returned at 8:00 am. Not knowing how long it would take to fix my vehicle and how I would travel the 60 miles to pick it up once repaired, he actually offed to drive me the 60 miles to pick up my vehicle in the event I was not able to secure transportation.What we need in America today is more people like Mr. Brandon Thomas. My wife and I were traveling thru and our trailer had a blowout on the Interstate. Talk about quick service! Brandon was apologizing for taking so long but he had us up and going quick! Thank you so much for saving us and getting us going again. Great service! Great guys! Thanks!!!!

Brandon was very helpful and thorough in taking his time to pull my car out of a deep ditch that could have caused more damage to the vehicle if he had not taken his time and analyzed the situation with my father to determine the best outcome. One of the best experiences I have ever had getting my car towed- stuck on the side of the interstate, 8 at night, on a Friday- he was so quick to get there, get my car hooked up and towed to my house. So pleasant, friendly and professional- also amazing price especially for our situation- Definitely will recommend to anyone needing to get their car towed, and will be using again if ever in the situation again. 10/10 recommend.Service: Car towing

Brandon is a very respectful and nice man. I had a blow out with a tire he came and fixed it with no problem. Didn t take him long to get there. Looking for a great tow truck company Main Street towing is the best way to go if you want good reliable nice service.

On the way through Kentucky on the interstate, we hit a pothole and blew a tire without a spare. Brandon showed up within 20 minutes, got us off the side of the road, and found a decent tire replacement in his lot. The whole accident only put us off about an hour and a half. Service was fast, friendly, professional, and affordable. He s a lifesaver. highly recommend!Service: Car towing

My dad was recently traveling from Texas to Michigan when his truck decided to give up on him, I m not sure of the man s name who helped him but we are so thankful for him! Main Street towing is very helpful. There great with there customers and have good rates. My vehicle broke down on the highway near heartford Ky coming back to Indiana from Missouri I got a ride home and called main street the next day and they went straight and picked it up and took it where I needed it to be. And I didn t have to drive the hour an a half to meet him just to tow it off the highway somewhere safe. Paid over the phone they text me a receipt and sent me a picture of it when they dropped it off. I would highly recommend this business. Great professional people.

My son's car broke down and this amazing and very nice man went out of his way to help my son. After he towed his car home he even looked at his car and helped to see if they can see what was wrong. He told my son a few things he can do with it. Wonderful tow company and will make him our tow service from now on. His prices are very reasonable. Thank you so much for everything you did for my son.

This guy is fantastic. He picked me up on the highway, I was a crying mess. By the time he got me home (and he did take me home after the tow was settled) I was in better spirits and laughing. Very professional, reliable, friendly, and kinda handsome to boot! Thank you so much, Brandon Thomas, you are a true 5 star man! After 5 hours of waiting for Allstate to find me a provider to tow my vehicle 30 miles...this company happened to be in the area and said they would do it. He was very kind, very professional and I highly recommend them! Great guy and great service!

He was called to tow my daughter's car after her wreck. It was a miracle she made it out with a few scratches. The car was pretty mangled. Brandon found her license and kept it with the car. He was very nice and understanding of the situation. Will definitely call him if needed again

On our way to a softball tournament in Madisonville. Had to make a stop in Beaver Dam and daughter got stuck in seatbelt. The owner spent 2 hours trying to get her out without cutting the seatbelt and never charged a penny. One of the most selfless deeds I've seen.
