The people in automotive was very helpful and professional. They did what I needed to be done, 4 new tires. Thank you automotive.

About a month ago, I took a battery to exchange. It took 45 minutes for them (them as in 6 or 7 employees) to exchange my battery because of a price change and the fact that they didn't know how to do it. They called and physically went to get a manager for help. It took her at least 25 minutes to get back there. After all that, I went home and put the battery on my truck, and it was the WRONG battery!!! Since I had already connected the new battery (positive and negative on the wrong side), it ended up blowing a fuse! (A $30 fuse). I then took it back to Wal-Mart to let them know that it was the wrong battery, and was told that I couldn't have the new warranty on it. The only warranty they could put on it was from the original old battery that I took in in the first place! (2 months) Needless to say, I think I'm being pretty generous with 3 stars.Services: Tires, Battery, Oil change

I don't know why but I always seem to get flat tires on Sundays when my local mechanic is closed. I hate for anyone to have to work on Sundays but it is great to know WalMart Auto Care Center is there and can handle a wide array of things. Those guys are a big help.

Waited way longer than it should have taken. Two customers that was in front of me got tired of waiting and left. They seem to not have any support from the management team. The employees were overwhelmed and nearing shift change but all did their best to get it done. Could have been a higher rating but again they had zero support from management.

Went in for a oil change and to have my tires check. They was able to drive my truck in the bay to do the job. Then all of a sudden wasn t able to start my truck. Fiddled Around with it for a little bit trying to get it started and still nothing. Next thing I knew they was pushing it out the bay into the parking lot and didn t know why it wouldn t start. Asked me if I had a way home and told me I could leave it there and it wouldn t get towed. I was so dumbfounded because THE TRUCK FIRED UP AND DROVE PERFECTLY FINE BEFORE YOU WORKED ON IT!!! And now it s just well it won t start hope you can figure it out!! Had to get a friend that is a certified mechanic come look at it and get it started. Turns out it was the fuel relay fuse.

Good prices and quick service; just have to check over their work when it's done to make sure they tied up all loose ends. If I wasn't knowledgeable about cars then I would go to a real mechanic instead.

I hate that we can t just drive through and get it done like other places. Was forced here because they weren t open on Sunday s. But they were detailed and did a good job with oil changeService: Oil changeService: Oil change

My car showed low tire pressures, the service center told me it was my sensors, after a legenthly inspection. I found a screw in my tire, before getting in my car. I showed the service professionals, who inspected my vehicle. When they took my tire off again, they found a nail and the screw. Good thing my tires were under warranty.

Took 30 minutes to check into TL&E today. Staff was lethargic at best. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone even my worst enemy. Took approximately around 2 hours for an oil change.
