Needed to leave a MAJOR five star review (more so 10/10) for RPP, We first encountered Jarred and his team back in June of 2020, My husband Jose - brought his 2014 ZL1 Camaro to them when he brought it down from Durant, OK / into Kentucky after purchasing it from a Chevy dealer in OK. We made the whole entire trip, got about 5 or so min to our destination in KY, and there was an exhaust leak - which caused an engine light as well, we found out about RPP by word of mouth from a local Camaro group out of Lexington. They pulled us right in and took care of the issue without hesitation, did not even request any form of small payment for fixing the issue! (Yes of course we offered) - Simply just cared to help us out. Now fast forward! Oct 18th 2021 - Jose s Camaro broke down in the worst way possible - nothing even of his own fault. But an exhaust valve had dropped and chewed up the walls and part of the block. It had sat at his work for a month or so before being trailered off to RPP, Jarred got it in, and got right to it as soon as he could (as there was many others ahead of us) - Informed us of all of the issues, and guided us in the most affordable and best way possible to get his ZL1 up and running again. It ll now be officially completed very soon! We cannot thank Jarred & RPP ENOUGH, for everything they ve done to help us out and give Jose s ZL1 life again! I wouldn t recommend anyone to anywhere else BUT here, they are extremely knowledgeable and take very great care of their customers.Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Auto emissions testing, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance

Jared Cocanougher is by far the most dishonest individual I ve ever done business with. He caused over $30,000 worth of damages to my Z06, when I took my car to him to replace a ticking lifter. He quoted the job would take two weeks. The car ended up in his shop for nearly five months in extreme heat and humidity with the same E85 sitting in it the entire time. This caused corrosion/clogging to the fuel system resulting in an injector sticking open. The car would not start because it had a primed cylinder full of fuel. Their solution to this was to hook multiple jump boxes to the battery to force the engine to turn over, hydrolocking the engine which bent rods. Jared wanted to bill me thousands of dollars to assess/repair the damage he caused. After this, I was going to pick up my car in its current damaged condition-however Jared convinced me the engine was not damaged and we d dodged a bullet . This was not the case. The engine turned into a grenade less than 10 miles upon leaving his shop, destroying the entire lsx441 long block. We have been involved in an ongoing civil suit for over two years. He has gone to extreme efforts to claim no liability or take responsibility for his actions. He has been operating without any form of commercial liability insurance. He has had over five LLC s operating under Race Proven Performance . Any time there is a significant problem, he moves on to the next one-which is apparently his idea of insurance. I d like to include that I will later be posting a full public write-up with all court documents, texts, and pictures to display his incompetent work and dishonesty on my Facebook page. I am a small business owner myself; I can t imagine treating one of my customers the way I ve been treated. I consider myself a reasonable person and have given him plenty of opportunities to resolve this. His best offer was a discount on labor to reassemble the car he destroyed.Service: Engine repair

They installed a Brian Tooley Racing stage 3 cam kit in my LS3 Camaro in June. I'm extremely happy with the entire experience and the car has been running like a beast since it left their shop.
