Best experience I ve ever had . Was looking for a camper made an appointment and the owner and staff were completely amazing. These guys made sure the camper was clean inside and out and I could tell that my satisfaction was all they wanted. They were honest, transparent and friendly. If you are looking to buy an RV this is definitely the place to go. Doug the owner is a super guy , he treats his customers and staff with respect and dignity and as a bonus is very chill and laid back. Thank you to the Auto Martt and Sewell motor coaches for your friendly professional service.

I have purchased several cars here. Love the people! The best buying experience I've ever had, that's why I keep coming back. It's like dealing with family, so nice and personable. Will definitely be visiting again when I need another vehicle on a side note, I saw a bad review on here, I don't believe a word of it. There's always several people there bending over backwards to serve you and help in any way possible. I understand through RV department is a little different, you can't just show up unexpectedly and jump right in one. They're a little more complicated than a car! Poor planning on your part, doesn't mean the dealership did anything wrong. Some people have nothing better to do than to try and hurt someone. Thanks for listening to my rant

We ve bought so many cars there over the years that I ve lost count! Always get great service from everyone. They treat you like family. You can even tell them what kind of vehicle you re looking for and Doug will look for it when he s shopping for more inventory.

When I visited had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. They had a wide selection of cars to choose from, and I found the perfect one for me. I highly recommend checking them out if you're in the market for a new or used car!

These guys are the best! I've got all my cars from Jeff. I followed him from Spirit to Auto Martt. Everyone is friendly and goes out of their way to make sure all your needs are meet. They put my son in a car days after his car was totaled out. You won't find better customer service anywhere around.

Dave and I can't say enough great things about Doug and his team!!! They have been extremely helpful and accommodating to us from the moment that we looked at RV's to the purchase of our first one. And the follow up service and treatment have been impeccable!!! I would recommend them for your RV and car needs.And don't forget to make an appointment!! That way you get undivided attention and he can have the RV's ready for you when you arrive.....

Stopped to look at 2016 Tundra. The price was good enough I asked what they could give me on my trade. We ended up splitting the difference. Talon did the paperwork and the older gentleman did the negotiating. They gave us the carfax on the vehicle without asking. Heather was the best at getting the financing done. No one around.Stood in the vacant office for 5-10 minutes. Finally left. A young man did appear as we were walking toward our car.He apologized and directed us to talk to an older man who was familiar with Motorcoach sales.That man treated us like interlopers who should have not just showed up at the dealership. Appointments are required. He informed us he could not show us anything without one.He was busy with another customer who was looking at a small car.We understand having another customer, so asked when we might be able to see or talk about a $175,000 Motorcoach.He brushed us off and left us standing speechless.We drove off and will never return.

I first called this establishment and explained my horrible experience with another car dealership only for this one to do the exact same this as the lastI call 11:39 am 1/18/2023 inquiring about about a vehicle I was told was available for purchase. After being emailed the bill of sell to take to my bank, I took time off work to go to my bank, have my credit pulled and was approved; while I was on the phone with the representative from this business at 5:11pm the same day.Today 1/19/2023 at 12:26 pm while at the post office during my lunch, check in hand to mail off, I was told by the same representative someone else was looking at the car because they did not hear back from me (in less than 24 hours) and I would be given an update. It is now 5:35 pm, after my credit was pulled and time wasted I was told the car was sold to someone else. Instead of simply telling before hand this car was possibly being sold soon yesterday, I was allowed to waste my time and have my credit pulled which does have a negative impact.For those who live in this area this establishment maybe reliable, but for those outside I would not trust them. Now I have to go back to my bank and cancel this check after throughly explaining to these people this has happened to me before.Buyers this establishment will play with your credit and time.Do not trust them if you are out of town.

Super friendly place. We live 2 hours north of the dealership and happened to see the model of RV we wanted to buy. After 1 phone call and 1 visit, the deal was done. Mike, Heather and the rest of the staff at Auto Martt were the best to work with. Highly recommend this dealership.

A pretty typical car dealership. The guys I met were friendly enough. They actually didn't seem to mind that I had arrived within 30 minutes of their closing.Upon arrival, I was met by the salesman I had spoken with earlier, where we greeted and introduced ourselves. Then, he immediately handed me the key to the car I was curious about.I took it for a spin, family along for the ride. We weren't terribly impressed with the car. Nothing wrong with it, it just didn't seem to ride as well as mine. I can compare the cars that way, because they are the same model, just with different transmissions.Upon arrival back at the dealership, another gentleman began to discuss financing with me. I explained that I still owed too much on my current vehicle and he'd be hard pressed to keep my payment down, even with the financing I already had.We went inside and further discussed how the purchase could occur. I kept turning down the offers, not because they weren't good, simply because I wasn't very impressed by the newer car.I cannot fault them for trying. They are in the business to sell cars, as are all other dealerships. They are a bit more aggressive on selling than my last two dealership experiences. I much prefer to buy a car, or any other product, rather than being sold a car.If they get another of the same model, I wouldn't be afraid to try them again.I actually wish that car I tried had impressed me more. I might have a newer car right now.

Spoke with Doug about a motorhome and asked him to FaceTime my wife and I. When it came time to show me the coach, he seem to hide thinks I asked him to see. At one point he put the phone face down so I couldn t see what he was doing. You know when you just don t have a good feeling about someone. My wife and I slept on it and when we woke the next day we decided not to fly from Boston to Kentucky after we paid $500 for non refundable flights. When I called him to tell him, he said I didn t think you were serious anyway. Glad I didn t spend $80k with him.
