big o hardinsburg has a new manager came from leitchfield store doing awesome job the service we got from her and the employee in shop quick service and very polite . will go back anytime i need tire tires are service

Extra fast service, both employees kept me informed of progress. It s been more than 48 hours and both tires holding air. Elissa was exceptionally good at getting things started. Thank you, to all.

I highly recommend using these guys for your auto repair needs. I went to so many different shops, trying to get my front end repaired. Everybody just kept giving me the runaround cause it s big and has big rims. It s a blessing finally finding the right shop not only did they do the things I asked instead of giving me the runaround, but they took extra time to find other things that I didn t even know we re wrong, but we re very important to repair. Not like they were trying to get extra money. They actually didn t charge me enough for all the work they did I m not taking my vehicle anywhere else the most honest affordable mechanics I ve ever used. Scheduling my next repair this week. They re willing to work with me getting each thing done as I can afford to. like I said, blessed, I found them.

Elissa dean went above and beyond to help while at the hardinsburg location, not only does she work the front but also helps the guys in the back! Only place I go is big o in hardinsburg bc of the dedication they put in! Thank you

Great service! I had a flat tire with no jack or spare. The fine folks at Big O came out to my home and got the wheel off my vehicle and returned a few hours later with a new tire mounted. Big thumbs up

Tried to replace perfectly good rotors with brake replacement...Took advantage of my wife's mechanical knowledge. Will not be returning.

I was on the road and one of my tires seperated. They took me in right away and put 4 new tires on my truck in under 30 minutes. Thank you and great job.

Hours about 10 minutes away and called them to see if they could get me in for an oil change right away. I even double checked and asked them if 8 pulled up in the next few minutes could they get started on it. They answered yes. Apparently 45 minutes is their definition of right away. Certainly not mine. After watching and listening to the circus, simply got my keys back and left, without an oil change.

the crew is incredible. they did exactly what was supposed to be done in a timely manner (oil change, balance and rotate). well informed crew told me what needed immediate attention or it could wait. reasonable prices and a welcome atmosphere. Elissa and Erin are excellent at their jobs.

We were from out of town helping our daughter and son in law build a deck and picked up a nail in the side wall of one of our tires. I went in to get the tire fixed but found out it was in the sidewall and had to replace the tire. We ended up replacing all four tires dueto looks and age of current tires. They fit us in, provided good and fast service. I would highly recommend Big O tires in Hardinsburg.

Had an appointment scheduled for 9am. Arrived on time and then proceeded to watch them take their friends and family members in as walk ins before they would get to the customers that had scheduled appointments. Spent 2 1/2 hours here for just an oil change. Would not recommend coming here just drive the extra time to go to leitchfield or Radcliff.
