I recommend 100%!!! I was going to get my truck towed from Elizabethtown to Louisville to be serviced. When the driver got there, he listened to my car and automatically knew what the problem was. He even gave me a ride to the auto parts store. What was gonna cost hundreds, maybe thousands, was solved with only $50 and 30 minutes of time. He went above and beyond the call of duty. Truly a blessing!

Needed a truck taken to scrap yard. Called them, very friendly. Easy to pay over the phone, quote was reasonable. They checked back with me , driver was exceptional and professional. Explained everything,The main reason for 5 plus stars; my first time arranging this service, my husband recently was in a horrible car accident and wheelchair bound, he normally handed situation like this. I am here to say this wrecker service made it a less anxious situation!Thank you Homie!

Called Triple A this morning because my Mom locked her keys in her car. Keep in mind I live 1.5 hours away from Mom/towing company. Towing company representative called me and I have to say, was the rudest man I have ever spoken to on the phone. I was yelled at and talked down to. He was asked to stop yelling and to stop being rude. He only yelled louder! I had to hang up on him. I had to call Triple A and put in a complaint. They were not happy at all. Do not recommend this company.

Truck 54 just cut us off on 71 North. We are hauling a camper and had to slam on our breaks as this truck whipped around us to squeeze between us and a semi. I wouldn't call this company to haul a vehicle for me of this is how they drive!!

These guys went over n beyond what they got paid for, and someone said something about the AAA causes them to miss alot of runs for waiting hours before calling them. So don't blame them over something beyond their control...I also made 2 really great friends!!!!

If you want to have your batteries go dead because they left the keys on this is the company for you. Called dispatch about it she did nothing. I have used Bennetts for years will never go back. Use butlers instead.

Nothing but legal theftTheir workers are ameture and so is the business, their phone operators have no idea what they're talking about, it's almost as they make things up as they go, and the person in charge is almost never there.
