They did a great job. I had 2 cars with tires needing replaced and front light restoration. We had some issues with tires being late. The people at the desk were professional and helps straighten it out and rescheduled me. Everything was fine at the start. But then they put the wrong tires on, coincidentally they were the cheapest the store carried. When we told them they weren't the tires we ordered, they said that they were. We showed them the invoice of the ordered tires and they finally saw they were the wrong ones. They went to take them off to put on the ordered ones but then 2 hours into the appointment they told us they only had 3 of the 4 ordered tires. And told us we'd have to go to another store to get the 4th with either two of them on and the other two the old ones or all four old ones. After another hour and a half they miraculously found the 4th tire. The only reason I'm giving one star is because the mechanic came out and apologized and owned up to their mistake.Service: Tires

I ordered 4 tires from walmart online to be delivered and mounted on my wheels at the Hanson, Ky Walmart.. I had made an appointment for this service for 12/21 at 11AM. I arrived 10 minutes early and after a short wait got checked in and confirmed that the tires were there. I was told about 45 minutes. Two hours later they weren't ready and one of the workers said the tech guy had been working on them for the entire time!!!!!! Hmmmmm. After a chat with a manager they were ready in a few minutes. Tech could not get the hub center mounted back on a rim so I took it and mounted it myself.Not going back there. Tires are great but service is terrible.Service: Auto tire replacement

I know that places are short handed but this should not be an excuse to keep rude and lazy employees that don t know what they are doing. I waited an hour before being told that their tire lift would not lift our van that they have rotated tires on more than once. When questioned Meghan smarted off. All she had to do was look it up on her computer and she would have seen that they have lifted that van on several occasions but she would not listen and was too busy being rude. She was even smarting off as I was walking out the door. However Albert was polite and took care of it.Services: Auto tire replacement, Oil change

It was a bit of a longer wait then I was expecting but the price was ok. However I told them I would take the old tire's with me and I didn't notice that I was charged for them to get rid them so look at the bill before you leave

They seem to have a problem with staffing. Had an appointment today at 3. When I arrived 2 associates left to go home, leaving 1 person to take of 3 vehicles. I had tires mounted and balanced as well as had an oil change. This took almost 3 hours. Mind you the 1 associate taking care of 3 vehicles, is in no way at fault. And I was actually pleasantly surprised as he allowed me to come back into the shop area so he could show me something to keep an eye on about my car. He apologized profusely fort the wait pointing out he was the only one working. But he finished shortly afterwords and got all 3 vehicles out right around the same time.

Went to replace or fix a flat, top notch service, they were willing to work with us when they didn t have a replacement and patch the tire. They even made sure to check for sidewall damage

They denied me new tires after making me wait 30 minutes. When it was my turn to be serviced they told me it would take about 4 and half hours then when I said yes they walked away to the shop room. When they came back without telling me they were going to walk away they told me they couldn t take any more tickets. My wife s car needed tires and we are about to go on a trip without them now. Someone needs to get this shop in order, it has been bad for some time.

I have been sitting here for an hour and a half waiting on an oil change and they have not even put my car in the bay yet. The cashier keeps running off so the mechanics have to stop their work to come inside and help customers. This is ridiculous.

Quick and very cost effective. The only complaint was the mechanic was kind of rude, sorry and impersonal when I asked a question about the screw he removed from the tire.

This is a good place for a oil change, to purchase tires, to get a new battery etc. They have friendly associates that will assist you with your needs. There is usually a wait, but considering the savings you will get it is well worth it. I do all of my business here.

I have tried calling for 2 weeks, phone rings with no answer. I went in to the center and was totally avoided WHILE the phone continually rung. People everywhere BUT no one waiting on them. Walked out. Pooooor. Not at all the way it once was

This is the worst excuse for a automotive tire and lube express that I've ever seen. Went there on two different occasions to get an oil change, both times I called ahead to make sure that I could get in, and once I arrived I was told it would be a 4 hour wait. I've never in my life seen such horrible customer service in my life. Employees just walk off during a conversation or completely ignore you. I highly suggest going anywhere but here. Spend the few extra dollars and save yourself the time and headache from dealing with the complete lack of professionalism.

Absolutely do NOT buy tires here! I took two tires on the rims at 8am to drop off and have them put new tires on and would come back to pick them up. It took me three times explaining that I wanted to buy two new tires and have them put on the rims. When they asked my phone number and I told them they asked if the name that came up was my name and I told them no it was not and I asked two more times if they had the right phone number to which they said yes. They then spelled my name wrong, twice. I left the tires there and went home where I planned to do some work on my vehicle but couldn't because I had the 6000lb vehicle on two jack stands and didn't want to risk it. 5 hours later I call to check on the tires and the phone literally rings for 30 minutes STRAIGHT and not one person in the tire department ever picked up. My girlfriend then calls from her phone and gets a different number from the customer service lady and gets ahold of the tire department and they said the tires had been done for quite awhile but they had the wrong phone number and couldn't get ahold of me (remind you I asked twice for them to verify the number they wrote down for me was correct as I repeated it to them both times). My entire day off work was ruined for what I had planned.Another brief experience, my girlfriend and I took her car there for a set of 4 tires and left it there and they said they would call when it was done and we went home. 6 hours later we called to check because the tire center was about to close and they said it had been done for 5 hours.This place is a joke and they will NEVER get a penny of my money! Save your hard earned cash and go to Madisonville Tire and Retreading or Shelby Tire!

Poor service, and semi unprofessional attitudes by the two people I had talked too. One gentleman decides to stand in the door way and let everyone know that it will be "several hours before we can get anything done on anyone vehicles" seems that they are SO swamped with changing tires that it take 2hrs to do one vehicle.....I call BS!! I can got to shelby Tire in Madisonville, and wait less than an hr with 3 vehicles in front of me for a full mount and balance.I won't be taking my vehicles to Walmart for any tire repair or work. I'll go to Shelby Tire or to Discount Tire in Evansville and have them to it.....

Maybe it was an extremely busy day, but it took them over two hours to put new tires on my car. I know other customers were serviced before me.

I purchased tires. Every time I try to get the tired checked there's a wait over an hour. I won't be buying tires here again until they have more help.

There's only a couple of employees who work there act professionally and the so called certified techs especially one white haired guy who was extremely rude and talked down to me. I don't recommend going to this TLE uncertified and unprofessional!

They have really good prices but you might want to go in and make an appointment in person because no matter how many times you call they won t answer.
