Brought my Kawasaki mule (i purchased used elsewhere) in for servicing. Excellent service. They were happy to see me and did a great job. They also performed several factory recall repairs. Very happy and will definitely be returning for future servicing.

they are very nice and helpful. dont have many helmets is my only issue as a bike shop. they will order you one but cant tell you what size you need. they will pre order parts and pay when you get there after you start shopping. which is extremely helpful. for me.

Sold me a bolt that looked old compared to the one I had to get the next day somewhere else because the threads were messed up and wouldn't allow the nut to even start on the bolt. Partially my fault for not thoroughly inspecting it and just assuming it was unused and the threads weren't messed up...

I called to see if they had a dirtbike in stock, after telling me it was. I told her I lived an hour from there shop , she gave me an out the door price. I told her I needed to do financing. Said it was not a problem theh could finance me thru Kawasaki.I get my truck ready to haul it back , drove about 30 min, decided I better let her know I'm comin, she ten tells me she had talked to her husband and they would not be able to finance me because I was out of state. Complete waste of time ,effort and just unprofessional business . If this is how they always do business then good luck getting repeat business

I took my 1996 Virago to Carter s. My husband picked the motorcycle up after it was at the shop for about two months. The motorcycle still wasn t running right and the mechanic admitted it wasn t running right. I was charged nearly $700 for services that didn t fix the motorcycle. I posted the motorcycle for sale on Marketplace. I was embarrassed that the guy that came to buy the motorcycle had to show me that only one carburetor was running after driving 1.5 hours and renting a U-hale. The mechanic at Carter s never mentioned only one carburetor running. I will never go back to Carter s or recommend maintenance work at this business.Service: Carburetor cleaning

Family run, friendly. I have purchased one new motorcycle and one new four-wheeler from them in the past. They do all the work to these.

Very friendly and knowledgeable people that practiced social distancing and mask wearing. I bought my side x side and Mrs. Carter had most of the paperwork done by the time I arrived. Mr. Carter pointed out the particulars and I was on my way!!!

Took my bike to this place last year and was very pleased. So I decided to take my husband's bike back there this year for a service. This includes checking the fluids, air filter, spark plug, etc. Some friends of ours that ride to needed a service so we advised them to take their bike also. My husband took the bike for a test run before our trip and the clutch went out! He gets home and checks the fluid n it's empty. I called them n they told me that it was full when it left here and it worked just fine when the bike left the shop...yea it worked fine bc there was still fluid in the line!!! I'm not a mechanic n I know that one. I would not advise anyone to take their bike here...a waste of money and time bc you will have to take it somewhere else anyway.

Stuck up people! order a part and was told it be a week 2 weeks later i had to call to find out my parts was on back order! Most expensive place yet ive been as well for atvs!
