Just got back with new set of tires plus the spare. I drove from ashland down and it was well worth the drive. Best prices and best customer service around.

Horrible service. Been to them a few times. Once with no problems. Twice I drive 45 minutes to find that their mechanics are on lunch And can t help for another hour. I understand people have to eat. I ve worked in a shop most of my life. Most shops let techs take lunch at different times to keep things flowing. The final straw was calling to buy 2 tires when I m told they can t put 2 tires on an Awd vehicle. I m a mechanic and know how it works. Body shop put 2 tires on my vehicle. Just wanted to put 2 more on it so they are all 4 new. But the extremely rude woman on the phone can t comprehend logic and wanted to hang up on me. Never again will I be back to that place and wouldn t recommend anyone else to either

The people here were really nice and friendly. I needed a new tire and even though they weren't busy it took a while for them to get the tire changed. While I was waiting I noticed an advertisement for tire financing so I asked about it. I applied for it but decided not to go that route when I saw how much it was. When applying I didn't see any kind of Terms anywhere so I did some calculating, 4 new tires would have ran $500 with installation, using their financing would have cost me $1,300... For $500 worth of merchandise and services. That's well over 100% interest and is a total ripoff. Do yourself a favor, get a Goodyear credit card instead, 20%-30% interest is way better than 100%+

Got back to shop to pick up my car while it was raining and found my car window down so of course seat got wet. I even text them about it and seems like to me they really don t care all they want to do is make excuses

I d give a zero star if I could! This place s mechanics don t know what they are doing! And not only that they will tell you parts are bad to get you to buy more and the part won t even be bad. If you try and dispute them they will have their mechanic threaten you with violence. Hell I worked for another mechanic shop and we sent them some business because we didn t do the type of work they wanted done. They told the customer we sent to them that we put the wrong kind of tire in their car and it could damage their car! They came back to us and raised hell. WeHad to show them in our books were it was completely safe. So we called these people back and the wouldn t answer the phone. And after we called them 20 times they finally answered the phone and we told them we showed them what we did in our books were completely safe and if they lied we could send them back down so they could show them we we re wrong in their book they hung up. It s pretty bad when you try and help another business they try and damage yours! I wouldn t take a bike down their to be worked on if you liked the biker.

Ended up getting new black rims for my husband's father's Yukon bc the rims he had was causing the air to leak around the rims and he was having to air them up every few days. Wildcat tire was just very friendly people and were just helpful. Appreciated them very much and I recommend them to anyone. Didn't get any pictures but they look great!

They give a price to repair the vehicle then want to increase it before they will do anything. Also employee wears a gun, is the business a safe place. Don't need to be at a place carrying guns on their side. Sorry but a scam and tires are better at WalMart.

Very poor customer service. I went in and purchased 4 new tires at 2:30 pm. Immediately the older lady at the desk had an apparent attitude problem because I didn t know the tire size right off the top of my head and even rolled her eyes at me. I was told I was purchasing 4 new tires and had confirmed I could receive an alignment as well. The younger lady s I spoke with were very nice and helpful aside from me making a complaint that the lady was rude and the young lady stating she wasn t arguing with me. I was very patient and waited until after 5 pm just for tires to be put on. They brought my car out where I was then greeted by the not so pleasant older lady who stated Honey we don t have time do your alignment today we are closing so you will have to come back another time. I then proceeded to ask for a discount because for one you shouldn t sell service you cannot provide. I have to pay for gas and take time out of my work day that I am not paid for to bring the car back for a service that I paid for and confirmed I could receive. Not to mention my car is out of line so driving a car that is not inline will cause uneven wear on the very expensive tires I just purchased. This situation was not handled in a professional manner at all and my experience here was not ideal. This lady was also outside the establishment where customers were setting and was badmouthing previous customers. I will not recommend them or pay for service here again. If you own this company I would however recommend that you evaluate your employees and make sure they understand the value of good customer service.Service: Tires

WE GOT LEAS THAN 2 MILES AWAY WITH HAVING OUR CAMPER TIRES REPLACED, AND CARS WERE HONKING AT US AND TRYING TO PULL US OVER BECAUSE ONE OF THE WHEELS WAS ABOUT TO FALL OFF!!!! If we would have looked closely before we left it would have been very apparent that the lug nuts were put on by hand and not tightened down AT ALL!!! Not my job. One of the lug nuts was almost off when we pulled over.We had tires put on our camper. Apparently it was done that same day but no one called us. We got a hotel room for the night. Would have been nice if they told us it would be done the same day. We finally called them at 2 the next day and they informed us the girl working the day before was working by herself and must not have had time to call us.When we called to tell them our tire was about to fall off, they did send someone immediately. No apology from the office. No apology from the guy that came out. Just thankful it was a camper and not a vehicle. Could have been horrible!Service: Tires

They tried to sale me 4 new rims and tiers. said my rims were bad...all I needed was a few valve stems. They wanted 2,500 for wheels and an alignment...lol they honestly are crooks and don't care about anything but money. Never ever do I recommend anyone go here. They will make you sit for 3 or 4 hours for a 30 min job. They are slow and lazy and I will never spend a dime with them. I walked out laughing like omg this lady just heard me talking to a guy about having 2,500 to put into my car and she made sure she got the price up to 2,500 Mwaaahahahahahah not today RottenCatYou can rip off the locals, they don't know any better. Lol

took a tire down there they broke the bead. Then went to go back lady told me to come in the next morning and they wouldn t even try to mount my tires cause their main guy wasn t there Service: TiresService: Tires

Would not recommend anyone getting their vehicle fixed here!! I got 4 tires done, they balanced 3 of my tires, & put weights on both the inside & out! They wouldn t fix it, they were very rude & unprofessional. The lady in the front office has a smart mouth & the one mechanic who did the tires was laughing like it s funny. It s not funny when my vehicle is all over the road & shaking to death. But yet it didn t do that before i took it there when I had bald tires on it! Very angry about the situation. I wouldn t even give wildcat a rating of one star. Go somewhere else for vehicle repairs!Service: Tires

This place is awesome. Definitely a five star. I d give more but it won t let me. I have bought several sets of tires and wheels grime them and their friendly service was great. They treat you like family. And in today s world that means a lot. I highly recommend them for all your tires and lift kit needs.

Rented a camper from Wildcat Tire/Wildcat Adventures. Camper was in excellent condition when we picked it up. Had questions about the camper while we were on our trip, the staff didn t hesitate to walk us through the operating procedures, they were/are very knowledgeable. On top of the great service, the price was unbeatable. Highly recommend and we will definitely be renting again.

Seemed like a very nice place until we went to pay for our services. We were told one price, and then charged totally different. Once we asked about it they get a bad attitude both ladies that work there, the mother and the daughter. Both are very disrespectful especially the daughter. Other than that the services were fine. Will be using capital tire from now on.

I will never buy off this place again. I have never heard such rude people in my life. I have bought many tires and been going there for years. After talking to the rude lady at the desk and how she decided to talk to a buying customer that ruined everything for me. I say get new employees.

Cost too high to change struts, charged 2 hours for less than an hour work. ( I watched them) My tires was mounted wrong. They said I needed inner tie rods for alignment. Took care to another place and they had it aligned in 30 mom's. ( Thanks to Crowe tire in Hazard. I would not recommend this place for anything.

Dropped off the car without an appointment after it broke down. Had it up and running by the end of the day. Reasonable prices for parts and labor. Definitely my go-to place when something goes wrong with one of my cars.

I purchased cooper tires with a $50.00 rebate promised to me as a selling point for these tires. After 3 1/2 months and approximately 6 phone call I still have no rebate. Personal at Wildcat Tire stated they would submit the form only to find out it has never been submitted. Me being 85 years they are taking advantage of the elderly. Will never buy tires there again! A Man is only as good as his word!

I was very interested in having my 02 sierra denali worked on but after several public reviews of how several customers were treated by the OWNERS of the company I chose to go elsewhere. The disrespect shown to a former customer is clearly shown in the statements made by the owners. Good business is fixing your mistakes and making the customer happy not slandering the customer and doing near non repairable damage to a high value vehicle... Please use discretion when using this company I hope others have better luck then the several former and remember the better business bureau is there for companys like this

I normally do not leave reviews unless they are good. However, this place is entrusted to provide auto services and disappointed us greatly. We brought them our brand new Ram 1500 Sport to install a leveling kit. We dropped it off to have it done, and when we picked it up we immediately noticed dirt in the drivers side floorboard and some grease smears on the outside of the truck. This wasn t a huge deal, but we would have appreciated them cleaning up their mess in our new truck. We decided to wash it when we got home and then noticed a small dent on the front fender. Mind you, this is a new vehicle and was inspected in great detail beforehand. The worst thing is that we noticed hard pulling to the left after getting the leveling kit done. We took it to a local garage and turns out the truck is out of alignment...

Went in for the first time to get an oil change. They did not top off fluids, and did not screw up my plastic shield under my car. It was hanging half way off.Lousy job. I will not go here again.

I had an appointment to have new tires installed on my pontoon trailer,called them on a Wednesday ,said tires would b there n 2 hours,due to rain I waited until Thursday to take pontoon and trailer to Wildcat Tire, and n a short time tires was installed ,and the employees treated me well,price on tires was also good,excellent place to buy tires n my humble opinion !!

Wildcat Tire has always and above and beyond to take care of any problem I have ever had with my vehicle. Wildcat tire is where I go for all of my tire and wheel needs, plus they do snap finance that alone is a huge help. The service is also top notch. I would recommend this business to anyone.
