None of the vehicles on their website have any prices. This is because Auto Brokers of Paintsville PREYS upon people with bad credit. They scam people who can t afford much with a bait & switch 27%+ APR!!!

I have been attempting to look at a truck that they have on the lot since April 27th. I originally spoke to Rick and he put me in touch with Jay Daniels. I spoke to Jay that same day and with me living 5 hours away he was going to send me additional photos and a video but was going to wait til it stopped raining. Jay asked me to send him photos of my current truck so they could appraise it. After sending the photos, I found out the dealership that I bought it off of originally was willing to give me more then I could get anywhere else as a trade in and shared this information with Jay and asked what the status was, as I had received emails that inquires had been attached to my credit. Jay mentioned how much they could give me for my truck which I really wasn't worried about and I asked yet again what they had found out about a loan. I then started getting even more alerts that they had been running my credit again. This took place on May 3rd and still to this point I have not heard anything from Jay or the dealership. They made all these empty promises and tried to hype their dealership up and I feel like it was all for show. The communication has not existed one bit even though Jay can keep getting on their Facebook page and bragging about other vehicles he has sold to people and listing new vehicles that is now on the lot. I can't speak for the whole dealership but my experience was that they lack professionalism and have a poorly operational business. I will never recommend anyone to this lot. I tried to reach out to Jay again and express my concerns but he has failed to communicate with me once again so I wanted to share my experience and thoughts so others could know what they are getting into.

I have recently purchased a truck with Jay Daniels. I called Jay on a Wednesday, I decided on a truck and I was on the phone with him maybe a total of 30 minutes total and was approved and deal was done. They put a lift, wheels and tires on my truck and delivered to me at work, over 2 hours away, on Friday. Took less than 10 minutes to sign the paperwork. Easiest car deal I ve ever had.

Great bunch of people! Never been to a dealership that really listens to the customer and cares about what they want!Chris, Rick and Lance were very nice. I left the lot with a great deal and a few new friends.check them out, you wount be disappointed.

Ok, this is way past due! I highly recommend Autobrokers of Paintsville. I recently purchased a truck from them with Jay Daniels being the sales rep. Professional and honest with the integrity that anyone would want when purchasing a new vehicle! Now go get you one!!Ask for Jay!!

I have Dealt with them for years and I will not Deal with any other car lot, they have great employees very knowledgeable and they won't lie to you just to sell you a car ... So I highly recommend them

Will never buy anything from here again lift installed on truck was very poorly done and cheap , bolts left loose not only that continued to run my credit without permission very sorry place to buy from
