I just purchase a car here at family 1st Auto Sales last Sat. The first time I walked in This place customer service was on point she was very professional took her time going over all the paper work. I highly recommend this place. I want to Thank Ms. Tish and Family 1st Auto Sale. I love my car and I Thank God for it.

I purchased a car about 2 or 3 months ago and I reverently noticed a strong smell when I cut on the AC or heat. Had it checked out and come to find out the car was sold with no Catalytic Converter and it was welded with a pipe that is letting fumes into the car when i burn the ac or heat. Other then this issue I had a good experience with this company.

This was my first time buying a car. I know I must've have them insane with my questions and uncertainties. The funny thing is they were happy to assist me and so patient. I found them through my credit karma believe it or not and took a chance. A chance that I am proud to say I took. Today I drove home in my new used car with the biggest smile ever. Feeling accomplished, satisfied and happy. All because of family 1st. Thank you for giving us the opportunity and being so informative.I def recommend this place to anyone. Best deals ever!!! So cute that s my gas money (I m too ecstatic)

I have taken my car here for multiple things to be fixed including a new motor. I was very pleased with the service and the friendliness of the owner and the mechanic. Always a job well done. I m a very satisfied customer. I will take my car here again if I need to.

Best of what she does with great prices and warranty she does offer Gap insurance with financing I would recommend first time buyers to come to her.
