We had a car emergency on a road trip, and didn t know where to go. Plugged in Harvey s and they were so kind. They helped us get safely back on the road and advised us on the issue and next steps. Highly recommend!

The driver was on time,courteous and very helpful.He actually told me what was wrong with my car and how to fix it.He saved me a whole lot of money by doing that.I thought it was the transmission,but it turned out to be a $25 fix.

I used to work for AAA as a Sr. Support Rep for 9 years. Part of my job was to give other reps advice on trouble calls that needed attention or to correct mistakes. I needed AAA at 9pm 3 weeks ago. Harvey towing was dispatched to assist. They are 4-6 miles from where I was broken down. AAA said they were on another towing call. Ok... but this wrecker service has more than one truck per their website. I waited over 3 hours only to call into AAA again and find out my driver reported he WAS NOT COMING UNTIL THE NEXT MORNING. I was in someone's driveway. They leave for work about 4am. I was furious. My car wouldn't move. Driver wasn't coming. My only option was to pray it worked out and I left my car in a strangers driveway. They did go get the car and take to a repair center. But bottom line here is this; AAA is a 24/7 operation. That is why members pay premium prices for service yearly. When you sign up to be a driver for AAA you sign papers stating you are in agreement to their terms of service to get paid. Obviously, with this wrecker service in Greenville KY will respond to the call to assist IF they feel like it and WHEN it's convenient for them. AAA has been called to file a grievance and BBB has been notified as well.

My transmission blew in my truck in Kentucky. Called Triple A, and they tried a few contractors to come tow me they weren't available. However they eventually tried Harvey's Family Towing and the tow truck was there within the hour, and got me towed over 100 miles back into Tennessee. Really nice and helpful guy. If I'm ever stranded in Kentucky again I know who to call!Service: Long distance hauling
