Nice people and friendly, however they replaced my wheel bearing and it went bad again after exactly 2 months. I knew there was a problem because there was a noise in my car but didn't think it would be the exact same problem again, so I went to a different mechanic that was closer to where I was at the time and because Goff doesn't do repair work on Saturdays and that's my only day off now. Brought them the receipts afterwards but Goff wouldn't refund me for the work, said I should have come back to them to do it again. Said they would give some kind of discount next time I come but I doubt it will account for the over $200 I spent. Not sure I want to have anything else done there anyway since it wasn't done well.

Goff's Auto Care provides excellent service. They explain what needs to be done. They go out of their way to be accommodating. They give you a time estimate and are reasonable with pricing. They are knowledgeable and experienced. It's a great place to service a car.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! FAIR PRICING. BEAUTIFUL PAINTINGS INSIDE PAINTED BY A LOCAL ARTIST THAT ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! DID AN EXCELLENT QUALITY JOB ON MY VEHICLE AND I ADDED ON SERVICES AT THE LAST POSSIBLE MINUTE- THEY WERE HAPPY TO ACCOMMODATE ME WITHOUT NOTICE! PRICE FOR A NEW TIRE TO BE PUT ON AND BALANCED (A QUALITY TIRE TOO) PLUS AN OIL CHANGE WAS SIGNIFICANTLY LESS THAN THE QUOTE I GOT FROM WAL MART AND TWO OTHER AREA BUSINESSES. THE MAN AND RETIRED (I THINK OWNER) WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL! ALTHOUGH IVE JUST MOVED 40 MINUTES AWAY FROM GOFFS, THEY WILL BE THE ONES I CHOSE TO DO ALL FUTURE REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE ON MY VEHICLE. A+++
